This study aims to determine whether economic growth, population, and local original income affect regional spending in the Main District in Jambi Province. The data used in this study are secondary data for 5 years, namely from 2012 to 2016. The variables used are regional expenditure, economic growth, population, and locally-generated revenue(PAD) in Parent Regencies in Jambi Province. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression using panel data. The results of data processing obtained the following results. First, economic growth does not significantly influence regional spending. Second, the population has a significant influence on regional spending. Third, the PAD has a significant effect on regional expenditure. Fourth, when viewed together it can be concluded that only PAD has a positive and significant effect, while economic growth and population do not affect regional spending in Parent Regencies in Jambi Province. This study aimed to analyzed the effect of the construction of basic infrastructure for economic growth in 26 provinces by using secondary data from 2004 – 2009. The model used is multiple linear regression using Panel Data with  Fixed Effect Analysis Method. The results of this study show variable electricity and roads in a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the region in 26 provincial in Indonesia. The provincial government is expected to prioritize the allocation of funds for the improvement of access to basic infrastructure (roads, electricity, telephone, and water), especially in remote areas, so as to boost economic growth in each province in Indonesia. Keywords: economicgrowth, basic infrastructur, data pael, FEM

The research location used as the object of this research is the Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and population simultaneously on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of economic growth partially on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of the total population partially on the unemployment rate in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression methods, with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of simultaneous economic growth and population growth has a significant effect on the unemployment rate, economic growth has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, the population has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, and other variables affect the unemployment rate that is not examined in research

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> - </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penyaluran Dana ZIS dan Tingkat Inflasi terhadap Pertumbuhan Perekonomian Di Indonesia periode 2015-2019 serta mengetahui strategi yang digunankan BAZNAS dalam menyalurkan dana ZIS sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan laporan bulanan Dana ZIS dan Inflasi selama 5 tahun atau 60 buah sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan data panel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi dengan menggunakan bantuan <em>software</em> SPSS 23.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dengan tingkat signifikan 95% maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Dana ZIS memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia, sedangkan variabel Inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Variabel Dana ZIS dan Inflasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia, BAZNAS melakukan penyaluran dana ZIS yang akan disalurkan kepada 8 golongan penerima zakat. <strong></strong></p><p> </p><p>Kata Kunci : Dana ZIS, Inflasi, dan Pertumbuhan Perekonomian.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em> - </em></strong><em>This study aims to determine the effect of ZIS (Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah) Funds Distribution and Inflation Rate on Economic Growth in Indonesia in theperiod of 2015-2019 and to find out the strategies used by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in channeling ZIS funds so as to influence economic growth in Indonesia. The sample used in this study is to use the ZIS Fund and Inflation monthly report for 5 years or 60 samples. The research method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression using panel data. The analysis technique used is regression analysis using SPSS 23 software.</em><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Based on the results of regression analysis with a significant level of 95%, the results of this study indicate that the ZIS Fund variable has a significant influence partially on economic growth in Indonesia, while the Inflation variable has no partial effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The ZIS and Inflation Fund variables have a significant simultaneous effect on economic growth in Indonesia. To improve the Indonesian economy, Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) distributes ZIS funds which will be distributed to 8 groups of recipients of zakat. This is done so that people who fall into the 8th category of the recipient of zakat can get a decent living and can directly or indirectly contribute to economic growth in Indonesia.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: ZIS Funds, Inflation, and Economic Growth</em><em></em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of investment and labor force on economic growth in Indonesia. This study aims to identify and explain how the effect Inflation, Interest Rate Deposit, and Finance to Deposit Ratio Total Mudharabah deposits in Islamic banks. The method used is multiple linear regression. The object of research used in this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri using secondary data from the publication of monthly financial statements starting from 2010-2014. The results showed that: The rate of inflation has a negative and significant effect on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. Furthermore, other results showed that the rate of interest did not affect positively and significantly to Total Deposit Mudharabah. While the results of Finance to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant influence on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. The test is performed with a significance level of α = 0.1.

The indicators of success in macro development can be measured from the economic growth, which is reflected in changes in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The factors which affect the economic growth are very complex. This study analyzes the economic growth and the factors that affect Sumatra island. The data used is panel data with descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. Based on the research results: Education, economic openness, road infrastructure, and investment have a positive and significant effect on economic growth and poverty and unemployment have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Besides, the results of panel data explained that the openness of the economy to economic growth is very low, while the highest is education.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on the Retention of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat, while the population and sample in this study were 68 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression by conducting a regression test, the results of this study indicate that Career Development has a significant influence on the Retention of State Civil Apparatus. This is evidenced by the results of t-test where tcount> ttable (17,992> 1,677), while the amount of Career Development that is proven by Rsquare is 0.831 or (83.1%), while the remaining 16.9 %% is influenced by other variables

Conditions in Jember Regency from year to year economic growth is quite high, but the poverty level is very high as well. This study aims to determine the effect of investment and inflation on the number of poor people in the district of Jember in 2000- 2015. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The data used are secondary data formed in time series, the data used include investment, inflation in Jember district for 16 years in the year 2000-2015. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that investment variables do not significantly affect the number of poor people in Jember, while Inflation has a significant effect on the number of poor people in Jember.
