This research is intended to find out the influence of elements in situational leadership style toward the performance of the Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Fak-fak employees. The elements to be analysed include the instructive leadership behavior (X1), consultative leadership behaviour (X2), participative leadership behaviour (X3), and delegacies leadership behaviour (X4), as independent variables, and the performance as dependent variable. The objectives of the research are to analysed the influence of the situational leadership style which consist of instructive leadership behaviour (X1), consultative leadership behaviour (X2), participative leadership behaviour (X3), and delegacies leadership behaviour (X4) toward performance of the Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Fak-fak employees and to analysed the dominant influence leadership behaviour toward performance of the Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Fak-fak employees. The whole employees, 73 person, of Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Fak-fak is considered as the population, and all of the employees as a sample by using census technique. The result of the research shows that the instructive leadership behaviour (X1), consultative leadership behaviour (X2), participative leadership behaviour (X3), and delegacies leadership behaviour (X4) has no significant influences toward performance, and the Ho at first hypothetic is rejected. its means the delegacies leadership behaviour has significant influence toward performance. Answering the second hypothetic found the regression coefficient delegacies leadership behaviour has the value of 0.626, and significantly value 0.046. So the delegacies leadership behaviour has positive and significant value toward performance, and the second hypothetic is rejected.

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of situational leadership style, organizational culture and compensation on performance of employees. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. CIMB NIAGA Kuningan Plaza Branch Office with a population 75 people. The sampling using the method of population (census) is to examine the entire population. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS.The results showed situational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance.organizational culture gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

This research analyzed some problems, such as: influence of the subordinate competence (X1) and leadership style (X2) toward effectiveness of the organization (Y). Hypothesis of this research is, first, it is presumed that both subordinate competence and leadership style have simultaneously significant influence toward effectiveness of the organization. Second, it is presumed that leadership style has dominant influence toward effectiveness of the organization. Data analysis technique uses multiple regressions. Technique of the sample collecting uses census. Result of the multiple linear regression analysis shows that variables of subordinate competence and leadership style have significant influence toward effectiveness of the organization, therefore, the first hypothesis is accepted. The test result of the regression coefficient value resulted by each independent variable shows that independent variable of leadership style (0.427) has the highest value for the regression coefficient in comparison with the independent variable for the subordinate competence (0.288). The comparison result of the regression coefficient values resulted by each independent variable shows that the second hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract:                  This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style and organizational culture have on work discipline among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. The population as well as the sample is 49 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with two independent variables, namely leadership style and organizational culture. Meanwhile, one dependent variable is work discipline. Data analysis techniques used the help of a computer application program SPSS 24. The results showed the value of the F test of 41.583, thus it can be seen that the variable leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on work discipline at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that the variable of leadership style has a partial effect on work discipline, the results of t count are 7.975> 2.012 (t table), while the variables of organizational culture have no partial effect on work discipline with t count 0.383 <2.012 ( t table). The results of the study of the variable leadership style affect work discipline. This can be compared from the variable value of leadership style (X1) 0.802 and organizational culture (X2) 0.389. Based on the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the simultaneous influence hypothesis and leadership style variables have the most dominant influence on work discipline at PT. The Tenggarong Branch of Telkom Indonesia has been proven to be true.   Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline

This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze the partial effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on student satisfaction. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is used to determine how much influence the independent (independent) variables, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy on the dependent variable is student satisfaction. Research site is at STES Ihya 'Ulumiddin Banyuwangi. The study took a sample of 39 people. While the results of this study can be drawn as follows, the variables Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty simultaneously affect student satisfaction. The partial test of the Reliability variable, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty is positive, but the Tangible variable is negative. Reliability variables are variables that have a dominant and significant influence on student satisfaction.

The data used are primary data and secondary data. In this study the population consists of all teachers SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang District as many as 56 teachers. Sampling as a whole because all members of the population used as a sample of the number of small population, so the number of samples equal to the total population of 56 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21 program.The results showed that: (1) leadership style, work environment and motivation have positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang Regency and (2) From the three independent variables that have significant influence in determining teacher performance level, it turns out that the motivation variable has a dominant influence in improving teacher performance in teacher SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang Regency.

Handika  Fikri  Pratama;  This  research  is  intended  to  know  the  influence  of  service  quality (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles) either partially or simultaneously to the satisfaction of customers and to know the more dominant influence from quality service. This research used quantitative method. There were 100 samples collected using accidental sampling. Collected using questioner and documentation. Instrument test is done by validity and reliability test. Multiple linear regression and classical assumption test used as analysis test. Hypothesis test is done by F test and t test.Result of this research shows take value  of value Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles variable have significant influence to dependent variable (Y) simultaneously. Tangibles don’t have significant influence to variable (Y) Partially. Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy variable have significant influence to dependent variable (Y). The value of determination coefficient (R Square) 97,6% it means that the independent variable may describe the dependent variables, while the remaining 2,4% is explained by the other independent variables which are not included in the this research.Keywords : Service Quality, Customer’s Satisfactions.

Research on consumer purchasing decisions is often done. In this study aims to partially and simultaneously determine the level of income and lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions. The population in this study all employees of UD.Dewi Sri Elektronik Lamongan numbered 50 people from the population taken 50 employees. Data collection techniques are done by giving questions to respondents using a questionnaire with a Likert scale because the answers of the instruments have different gradations. The analytical method used to analyze the effect of income and lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions is to use multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 statistical program. And test the hypothesis based on the p value> 0.05 then the alternative hypothesis is rejected and vice versa. From the research results, it is obtained that partially the level of lifestyle influences productivity on purchasing decisions, simultaneously the F test has a significant influence of independent variables with the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that lifestyle variables have a more dominant influence than income. Lifestyle is an activity such as the thing is people work, and a person's lifestyle will also affect the choice of an item that will be purchased, so that consumers will make a purchase decision on the goods needed by consumers UD.Dewi Sri Elektronik Lamongan

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan obyek Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun, dengan melibatkan responden yang merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun yang berjumlah 37 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai budaya organisasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun. Disamping itu terdapat variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi delapan variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Asas Tujuan, Asas Keunggulan, Asas Konsensus, Asas Kesatuan, Asas Prestasi, Asas Empirisme, Asas Keakraban, Asas Integritas, Serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan kerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan bahwa asas integritas mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung adalah sebesar 6.521 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2.045. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penolakan Ho dan penerimaan Ha yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel asas integritas terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja Pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun (Y).  Nilai thitung ini dinyatakan paling besar dibandingkan variabel-variabel yang lain. Kata Kunci:  Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract This research was conducted with the object of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, involving respondents who were employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, amounting to 37 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture values ​​both simultaneously and partially on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency. Besides that, there is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction. The variables in this study include eight independent variables consisting of the Principle of Purpose, Principle of Excellence, Principle of Consensus, Principle of Unity, Principle of Achievement, Principle of Empiricism, Principle of Familiarity, Principle of Integrity, and one dependent variable namely employee job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing results in that the principle of integrity has the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of Karimun Regency Government Office Employees. This is indicated by the tcount value of 6,521 with a significance level of 0,000 greater than the table of 2,045. This shows that there is a rejection of Ho and Ha acceptance, which means there is a significant influence of the integrity principle variable on the job satisfaction variable of the Employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency (Y).
