Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan obyek Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun, dengan melibatkan responden yang merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun yang berjumlah 37 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai budaya organisasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun. Disamping itu terdapat variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi delapan variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Asas Tujuan, Asas Keunggulan, Asas Konsensus, Asas Kesatuan, Asas Prestasi, Asas Empirisme, Asas Keakraban, Asas Integritas, Serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan kerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan bahwa asas integritas mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung adalah sebesar 6.521 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2.045. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penolakan Ho dan penerimaan Ha yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel asas integritas terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja Pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun (Y).  Nilai thitung ini dinyatakan paling besar dibandingkan variabel-variabel yang lain. Kata Kunci:  Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract This research was conducted with the object of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, involving respondents who were employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, amounting to 37 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture values ​​both simultaneously and partially on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency. Besides that, there is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction. The variables in this study include eight independent variables consisting of the Principle of Purpose, Principle of Excellence, Principle of Consensus, Principle of Unity, Principle of Achievement, Principle of Empiricism, Principle of Familiarity, Principle of Integrity, and one dependent variable namely employee job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing results in that the principle of integrity has the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of Karimun Regency Government Office Employees. This is indicated by the tcount value of 6,521 with a significance level of 0,000 greater than the table of 2,045. This shows that there is a rejection of Ho and Ha acceptance, which means there is a significant influence of the integrity principle variable on the job satisfaction variable of the Employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency (Y). This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This study using data analysis methods namely multiple regression models that are used to see the effect of independent variables, namely Mutations (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction (Y), so that in research this aims to be able to produce data processing that has been done at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil X Bandung, then tested using the T test and F test, showing that mutation variables and organizational culture simultaneously on job satisfaction shows results as complete as 53.8% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the significance level used is 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected while for partial mutation variables for the variable job satisfaction of 27.04% or having a Sig. value of 0.011 is smaller than 0.05, meaning H0 is rejected so that it only has 1.1% and variables organizational culture on job satisfaction is 51.27% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected so that it only has an effect of 0% where all of these variables produce a continuum in the good category based on responses from employees as respondents fromfilling the questionnaire. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center with a sample census. The variables used are organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline and work environment as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Knowledge management has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, and work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work climate, and welfare facilities on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance in PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by a random sampling method of 226 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that partially, organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The highest influence value is the variable of organizational culture, meaning that organizational culture has a more dominant influence on employee job satisfaction, with a total effect of 36.40% (direct effect of 31.03%). Simultaneously, organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities directly and indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is an intervening variable of organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities to employee performance, because there is an increase in the influence of organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities on employee performance by 16.12% if through job satisfaction variables.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the effect of working capital management on profitability ofbasic industry and chemicals that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within 2011-2014. Indicator of working capital management used in this research are cash conversioncycle (CCC), receivable conversion period (RCP), inventory conversion period (ICP),payable deferral period (PDP), and current ratio (CR). On the other hand, indicator ofprofitability used in this research is net profit margin (NPM).The sample data used in this research took from financial statement that have beenaudited and published in IDX. According to sampling technique used in this research,which is purposive sampling, there’re 25 companies that fit to certain criteria. Method ofdata analysis used in this research is Multiple Regression Analysis, which previouslyperformed classical assumption test. Hypothesis test is using F-statistic test, t-statistictest, and determination of coefficients with significance level of 5%.The result of this research indicates independent variables simultaneously (F-statistictest) effect on profitability (NPM) with significance level 0,000. On the other hand,partially (t-statistic test) indicates CCC has negative and significant effect onprofitability, PDP and CR have positive and significant effect on profitability.Meanwhile, RCP and ICP has positive and not significant effect on profitability. Adjusted’s score is 0,454 which means that the ability of independent variables can explainprofitability with 45,4%, while the rest is explain by other factors.

Abstract:                  This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style and organizational culture have on work discipline among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. The population as well as the sample is 49 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with two independent variables, namely leadership style and organizational culture. Meanwhile, one dependent variable is work discipline. Data analysis techniques used the help of a computer application program SPSS 24. The results showed the value of the F test of 41.583, thus it can be seen that the variable leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on work discipline at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that the variable of leadership style has a partial effect on work discipline, the results of t count are 7.975> 2.012 (t table), while the variables of organizational culture have no partial effect on work discipline with t count 0.383 <2.012 ( t table). The results of the study of the variable leadership style affect work discipline. This can be compared from the variable value of leadership style (X1) 0.802 and organizational culture (X2) 0.389. Based on the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the simultaneous influence hypothesis and leadership style variables have the most dominant influence on work discipline at PT. The Tenggarong Branch of Telkom Indonesia has been proven to be true.   Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline

Background: The Orthopaedic and Traumatology Hospital had an increase in employee turnover of 1.39% from January to June 2012. It occurred due to high resignation and employee unsatisfaction. Thus, an organizational culture that consists of clan, hierarchy, market, and adhocracy becomes one of the determinant factors for employee turnover.Aims: This study aims to analyze the correlation between organizational culture and the employees’ job satisfaction.Method: This study used descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional design, and the data were analyzed with a correlation test. There were 52 employees as the data of this study. The instruments utilized were OCAI and JSS questionnaires.Results: Market-type organization correlated significantly with job satisfaction. Organizational culture type, such as clan-type organization, adhocracy-type organization, and the hierarchy-type organization did not correlate significantly with job satisfaction. The majority of employees perceived that the Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital adopts a hierarchy-type organization orienting to regulation and leadership. On the other hand, they expected the hospital to apply clan-type organizations that concerned about teamwork and ownership.Conclusion: There is a correlation between the market-type organization and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, there is no correlation between the clan-type organization, adhocracy-type organization, hierarchy-type organization, and job satisfaction. The hospital should increase internal strength, such as teamwork, training, facilities, and policies that support work procedures and staff.Keywords: market, adhocracy, clan, hierarchy, employees’ job satisfaction.

Purpose The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) and servant leadership (SL) are two variables that have been essential for the organization leaders to ensure a healthy and happy work–life for their subordinates. The purpose of this study to be conducted was for leaders understand the role EI and SL play in maintaining employee job satisfaction and help them to create engaging environment and bring effectiveness in the work productivity of the assets. Design/methodology/approach Quantitative method was used and a total of 150 people were taken as a sample which consisted of several leaders and their subordinates and an emotional intelligence questionnaire by NHS and SL: multidimensional questionnaire was floated to rate the leaders EI and SL behavior comparing it with the leaders self-rating. The result was analyzed using SPSS, Pearson correlation and regression was used to understand the significance level and reliability of all the independent and dependent variables, respectively. Findings Through correlation and regression, it was found that presence of EI and SL style in a leader plays a huge role in employee job satisfaction. It was also found that EI and SL are the substantial predictor which have positive impact over employee job satisfaction. Originality/value The outcome of the study will help the leaders understand the significance that the EI and SL have in their role to maintain employee job satisfaction, as well as the training and development measures for leaders.
