The objective of this paper is to rank the competitiveness of tourist destinations based on different aggregation operators, specifically, the ordered weighted average (OWA) operator and the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The use of these methods allows tourist destinations to be sorted according to their competitiveness. In addition, it enables the generation of different scenarios that highlight the relative importance of each criterion. This information is useful for the government and recreation sites when generating different evaluations based on the specific characteristics of each municipality. An application of these methods to determine the competitiveness of the tourism destinations of Sinaloa, Mexico has been performed.  JEL Codes: D49, L83, C44 Received: 10/07/2020.  Accepted: 03/11/2020.  Published: 01/12/2021.

With respect to decision making problems by using probabilities, immediate probabilities and information that can be represented with linguistic labels, some new decision analysis are proposed. Firstly, we shall develop three new aggregation operators: generalized probabilistic 2-tuple weighted average (GP-2TWA) operator, generalized probabilistic 2-tuple ordered weighted average (GP-2TOWA) operator and generalized immediate probabilistic 2-tuple ordered weighted average (GIP-2TOWA) operator. These operators use the weighted average (WA) operator, the ordered weighted average (OWA) operator, linguistic information, probabilistic information and immediate probabilistic information. They are quite useful because they can assess the uncertain information within the problem by using both linguistic labels and the probabilistic information that considers the attitudinal character of the decision maker. In these approaches, alternative appraisal values are calculated by the aggregation of 2-tuple linguistic information. Thus, the ranking of alternative or selection of the most desirable alternative(s) is obtained by the comparison of 2-tuple linguistic information. Finally, we give an illustrative example about selection of strategies to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its feasibility and practicality.

Most preferred ordered weighted average (MP-OWA) operator is a new kind of neat (dynamic weight) OWA operator in the aggregation operator families. It considers the preferences of all alternatives across the criteria and provides unique aggregation characteristics in decision making. In this paper, we propose the parametric form of the MP-OWA operator to deal with the uncertainty preference information, which includes MP-OWA operator as its special case, and it also includes the most commonly used maximum, minimum, and average aggregation operators. A special form of parametric MP-OWA operator with power function is proposed. Some properties of the parametric MP-OWA operator are provided and the advantages of them in decision making problems are summarized. The new proposed parametric MP-OWA operator can grasp the subtle preference information of the decision maker according to the application context through multiple aggregation results. They are applied to rank search engines considering the relevance of the retrieved queries. An search engine ranking example illustrates the application of parametric MP-OWA operator in various decision situations.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify new formulations for evaluating corporate social responsibility using different aggregation information operators. Design/methodology/approach The ordered weighted average (OWA) operator and its extensions, the induced OWA (IOWA) and prioritized OWA (POWA) operators are used to generate a new score for a Mexican enterprise with the corporate social responsibility (CSR) distinction. Findings The use of these operators allows for generation of different scenarios highlighting the relative importance of the elements. This information is useful for the government and companies to generate different evaluations depending on the specific characteristics of the region, state or municipality. Originality/value The use of aggregation operators in the traditional CSR formulation is presented. Likewise, the application of these new strategies to evaluate CSR is presented in a Mexican enterprise case to understand the steps that should be followed if the OWA operator and its extensions are to be used.

This paper presents the ordered weighted average weighted average inflation (OWAWAI) and some extensions using induced and heavy aggregation operators and presents the generalized operators and some of their families. The main advantage of these new formulations is that they can use two different sets of weighting vectors and generate new scenarios based on the reordering of the arguments with the weights. With this idea, it is possible to generate new approaches that under- or overestimate the results according to the knowledge and expertise of the decision-maker. The work presents an application of these new approaches in the analysis of the inflation in Chile, Colombia, and Argentina during 2017.

The aim of this paper is to propose the 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators and a decision-making approach to deal with uncertainties in the form of 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic sets. 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic operators have more flexibility than general fuzzy set. We proposed a numbers of aggregation operators, namely 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic weighted average, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic ordered weighted average, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic hybrid average, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic weighted geometric, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic ordered geometric, and 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic hybrid geometric operators. The distinguishing feature of these proposed operators is studied. At that point, we have used these operators to design a model to deal with multiple attribute decision-making issues under the 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic information. Then, a practical application for best company selection for feeds is given to prove the introduced technique and to show its practicability and effectiveness. Besides this, a systematic comparison analysis with other existent methods is conducted to reveal the advantage of our method. Results indicate that the proposed method is suitable and effective for decision making problems.

The rapid development of technology at this time so that the manual system has almost been completely abandoned. The development of this technology is also felt in marketing and distributing information about a tourist destination. Government organizations are no less affected by the rapid development of technology in marketing tourist destinations. The trend is no longer focused on the distribution of brochures or leaflets that are printed physically, but by using digital media. The purpose of this study was carried out, to see how the Tourism and Culture Office of Sabang City, in marketing tourism destinations using digital media, made use of several media such as, websites, youtube, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) in their marketing. The research instrument used was an interview technique, which was given to the government and a questionnaire given to tourists visiting tourist objects in Sabang. Therefore the title was raised as "Digital Tourism Marketing by the Sabang City Government

The success of the government is determined by essential aspects of the village and has increased every day and has changed into a town that has independence in carrying out activities and survival by each of its residents, to support and improve the quality of government villages which motivate for villages to compete to become the best village through a series of costs to improve the quality of the town. The process of determining the best village starts from the sub-district. The winner will be smart at the city district level up to the national level, in the process of determining the best town according to government regulations in sending villages with five aspects and each aspect that has specified specifications and through validation from the government In the process of the government in the form of a committee conducting visits and conducting assessments based on the completeness of the data with the team for each aspect and giving to the committee based on individual orders, the value submitted will do the calculation by determining the final cost of the process of finding an average value -average overall and do the division of the total aspects. To assist the procedure in choosing the best village, the researcher wants to develop an online decision support system application with features that will be equipped in the developed application by uploading documents according to conditions in the field and documentation carried out by the team towards the village, so that the order process is open. It can be witnessed by all concerned, while in the Calculation and analysis Process using the OWA (ORDERED WEIGHTED AVERAGE) combination operator to determine the average value calculation and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method as part of the ranking of several existing villages

This article applies the Bonferroni prioritized induced heavy ordered weighted average (OWA) to analyze a series of data and focuses on the Bonferroni average and heavy induced prioritized aggregation operators. The objective of the present work is to present a new aggregation operator that combines the heavy induced prioritized Bonferroni and its formulations and represents the Bonferroni mean with variables that induce an order with vectors that are greater than one. This work develops some extensions using prioritization. The main advantage is that different types of information provided by a group of decision makers to compare real situations are included in this formulation. Finally, an example using the operators to calculate the transparency of the websites of the 32 states of Mexico was performed. The main idea was to visualize how the ranking can change depending on the importance of the five components of the methodology. The main results show that it is possible to detect some important changes depending on the operator and the experts considered.
