This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, organizational climate, and employee engagement on work satisfaction and turnover intention of the staffs of Education Department of Probolinggo Regency. The research sample consists of 83 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Results of the research show that work stress, organizational climate, and employee engagement have direct effect and indirect effect through work satisfaction on turnover intention of the staffs of Education Department of Probolinggo Regency. The aim of this research is to study the direct effect of locus of control (LoC), emotional intelligence (EI) and organizational climate (OC) on nurse work stress (WS) and the indirect effect of LoC and EI effect on WS through OC in Outpatient Clinics of Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Hospital. There are 5 research hypothesis have been stated, they are 1) LoC (X1) effects WS (Y); 2) EI (X2) effects WS (Y); 3) OC (X3) effects WS (Y); 4) LoC (X1) effects OC (X3); and 5) EI (X2) effects OC (X3). A survey method was used with causal techniques, and the influence between different variables was evaluated using path analysis. The objects of this research are 62 nurses. All data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The results found that the LoC had a direct effect on WS and had an indirect effect on WS through OC. The EI had a direct effect on WS but had not an indirect effect on WS through OC. Based on these findings above, it can be concluded that 4 of the 5 research hypotheses have been significantly proven, they are the effects of LoC (X1), EI (X2), and OC (X3) on WS (Y), and the effect of LoC on OC. One of the 5 research hypothesis, that is the effect of EI (X2) on OC (X3) has not been proven. Keywords: nurse work stress, locus of control, emotional intelligence, and organizational climate

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

<p class="Style1">This research investigates the effects of passion towards organizational commitment as a mediating role to career adaptability and engagement of millennial employees in startup companies. The convenience sampling method was used to collect data from 63 millennial employees of startup companies located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data collected were then analyzed using path analysis and the results showed that passion has a direct and indirect effect on organizational commitment and employee engagement. Meanwhile, career adaptability does not affect partial meditation as an intervening variable. Conversely, passion positively and significantly affects career adaptability, employee engagement, and organizational commitment.</p>

The objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze the Effect of Job Stress, Career Development and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention in PT PKSS and (2) To analyze the significant influence between Job Stress, Career Development and Employee Engagement simultaneously / Jointly towards Turnover Intention at PT PKSS. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample of all employees at PT PKSS, amounting to 98 people. The analysis technique used is Part Least Square Analysis (PLS). While the variables in this study are: (1) job stress, (2) career development, (3) employee engagement, and (4) turnover intention. The results of this study include: (1) Job stress has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 5,481, (2) Career development has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 4,909, (3) Work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-value Statistics of 3.071, (4) Career development has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-Statistic value of 5.526, and (5) Employee employee variable can mediate jointly from the effect of work stress and career development on turnover intention. Can be proven by the analysis of VAF (Variance Accounted For) value calculation above, it can prove hypothesis 8 that employee engagement variable (Y1) can mediate the effect of work stress variables and career development together on turnover intention of 21.15%.

The study investigated the effect of social economic status, individual modernity, life style towards farmer’s participation in continuation of cultural value. Data on strategy use is gathered through a questionnaire (n=250) and analyzed by using Path Analysis. Results show that there status and farmer’s participation. There is direct effect between individual modernity and farmer’s participation. There is not indirect effect between social economic status through life style and farmer’s participation. There is indirect effect between individual modernity and life style towards participation in continuants of culture value. Economic status, individual modernity and life style are determined factors of cultural value of community.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the BPNT program on household consumption and consumption patterns of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in Mengwi District, Badung Regency using a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a large sample size of 96 KPM. This study uses path analysis techniques to analyze the direct effect and Sobel test to analyze the indirect effect. Based on path analysis, the results of the study concluded that the BPNT variable had a positive and significant effect on the consumption of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The BPNT variable has no effect on the consumption pattern of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The household consumption variable has a negative and significant effect on the consumption pattern of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The household consumption variable did mediate the effect of the BPNT Program on the consumption pattern of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of work life balance and employee engagementon employees job performance onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia .The research was conducted to all of employees onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 67 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of work life balance on job performance. (2) there isdirect effect of employee engagement on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of work life balance on employee engagement. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by work life balance, and employee engagement.

This study aims to determine the effect of arm length, hand-eye coordination, and arm-toe coordination on the bowling ability of male cricket athletes in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in early January 2021, which took place at the campus of the Jakarta State University Cricket Arena. The method of research used in this research is survey method with path analysis technique or path analysis. The sample used in this study amounted to 18 people who came from the male Cricket Athlete in Jakarta. The first test that was carried out was measurement of arm length. Then proceed with a test of eye-eye coordination, arm power and bowling ability for male cricket athletes in DKI Jakarta. The hypothesis testing technique used in this study is to use path analysis techniques. The data that has been obtained aka n through a process of analysis of the data through SPSS. The results of this study are: 1) the direct effect of variable X1 on Y (X1  Y) or (r1y) = -0,245. So the effect of arm length (X1) directly affects bowling ability (Y) of -0.245 or -24.5%. 2) The direct effect of variable X2 on Y (X2 Y) or (r2y) = 0.535. So the effect of eye-hand-foot coordination (X2) directly affects bowling ability (Y) by 0.535 or 53.5%. 3) The direct effect of variable X3 on Y (X3  Y) or (r3y) = 0.457. So the effect of arm power (X3) directly affects the bowling ability (Y) of 0.457 or 45.7%. 4) The direct effect of variable X1 on X3 (X1  X3) or (r13) = 0.552. So the effect of arm length (X1) directly affects arm power (X3) by 0.552 or 55.2%. 5). The direct effect of variable X2 on X3 (X2  X3) or (r23) = 0.407. So the effect of hand-eye coordination (X2) directly affects arm power (X3) by 0.407 or 40.7%. 6) The indirect effect of variable X1 on Y through X3 (X1  X3  Y) or (r13y) = 0.552x0.457 = 0.253. So the effect of arm length (X1) indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3) by 0.253 or 25.3%. 7) The indirect effect of variable X2 on Y through X3 (X2  X3  Y) or (r23y) = 0.407x0.457 = 0.186. So the effect of hand eye coordination (X2) indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3) by 0.186 or 18.6%.

The objectives of this research was to study the effect of organizational climate on work motivation and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Education Department employees in Province of DKI Jakarta. Quantitative approach used in this research with survey method. The samples of this research were 120 people selected randomly. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The first results of the research can be concluded that organizational climate and work motivation had a positive direct effect on OCB. Second, organizational climate had a positive direct effect on work motivation. Third, organizational climate had a positive indirect effect on OCB through work motivation as an intervening variable. Therefore to improve OCB of Education Department employee in Province of DKI Jakarta, then organizational climate and work motivation should be improved.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress, organizational commitment, and work satisfaction to turnover intention. The object of this research is a company operating in the field of car sales auto parts sales and maintenance of cars. The method used in this research is descriptive method and causality with multiple regression method to test the hypothesis. This research use nonprobability sampling technique with saturation sampling method. Respondents used in this study were 87 active employees. Technique of collecting data by using questionnaire..The result of the research shows that work stress has significant effect to turnover intention, but organizational commitment and work satisfaction has no significant effectto turnover intention.
