Grouper fish is a type of reef fish that is exported as a commodity to various countries such as Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and China. Grouper fish can be cultivated using floating net cages and have a high selling price (high profit) but also have a high risk (high risk), thus affecting the market and the number of grouper aquaculture. The purpose of this research is to determine the socioeconomic impact of the use of floating net on grouper farmers. The determination of the research area was carried out deliberately in Situbondo Regency. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation and depth interview. The informants of the research were determined intentionally, namely grouper fish farmers who do aquaculture with floating net cages. The data analysis method uses Milles and Huberman. The results showed that the use of floating nets for grouper culture had social and economic impacts. The social impact on grouper farmers is the formation of grouper farmers, thus creating a social network in the form of interaction between farmers; construction of supporting facilities for the development of aquaculture businesses but also raises social prejudices between farmers because of frequent theft of fish in floating nets. While the economic impact is based on increasing grouper production which has a direct impact on the income of grouper farmers. Keywords : Floating net, grouper fish farmers, socio-economic impacts

This study focuses on locally produced animation cartoons that have an important potential especially in the transfer of national and moral values. The concept of social entrepreneurship arouses a legitimate interest in both the economic literature and in the social sciences literature. The consideration of the concept of social entrepreneurship results in the identification of some notions from the conceptual area confined to it, such as sustainability, social responsibility, mission, value and social impact. But the definition and understanding of social entrepreneurship necessarily implies the term "social", and, once recognized as defining, this term implies the establishment of the role and contribution of social entrepreneurship in the society, suggesting the solving of several issues in this segment of social practice, such as the issues associated with vulnerable and marginalized groups. Since in the last years, the volume of scientific research in the economic field that addresses the topic of social entrepreneurship has increased dramatically and it is increasingly difficult for researchers to follow the relevant literature in their field, we have used quantitative bibliometric methods that can manage data and filter important works by estimating their impact and discovering the underlying structure of a research field. The purpose was to obtain a representation of the structure of the research area, by dividing the elements (authors of documents, articles, words) into different groups and to revise a certain line of research by using bibliometric methods that allow a quantitative approach for description, evaluation and monitoring of published research.

ABSTRACTThis paper aims to examine the social impacts of e-commerce on regional integration in Southeast Asia. This paper argues that the existing literature takes for granted the positive relations between trade and regional integration; define narrowly regional integration in economic terms; and thus, focus mainly on economic impacts of e-commerce to regional integration in Southeast Asia. In contrast to this existing view, regional integration envisioned by ASEAN is not only economic but also social, emphasizing the development of a sense of belonging among regional members. In addition, the logics of the business sector, including e-commerce, may or may not be in line with the logics of ASEAN in imagining regional integration, and thus giving a possibility for the convergence or divergence of interests between the two. Applying constructivist approach on how imagination and transaction contribute to promoting region-ness among regional members, this paper finds that the imagination and transaction of e-commerce actors in the region has not had significant social impact to regional integration and may even develop risk of widening the gap among Southeast Asian countries as the imagination and transaction of many of the e-commerce actors in Southeast Asia are concentrated in the more developed parts of the region. Keywords: E-Commerce, Regional Integration, Southeast Asia, Constructivism

This article presents a comparative overview of the most relevant findings from studies of the impact of microcredit institutions like the Grameen Bank and BRAC in Bangladesh. It first evaluates the evidence on economic impacts, which suggests that the vulnerability of bank members has been reduced even if there is no consensus about whether the two institutions also reduce poverty. It then considers the social impact, especially in relation to the situation of poor women and to various spill-over effects in different spheres of social and economic life.

Jual kase-kase is a selling practice by traditional Banggai traders. Jual Kase-Kase is a term that comes from a habit of traders, thus making people call their practice the term Jual Kase-Kase. Starting from the barter system or the exchange of goods sold from house to house by traders, thus forming a way of transacting based on interests. In making an exchange the traders voluntarily accept the imbalance provided by the buyer. Changes in the sales system, affect the way of trading carried out by traditional traders, assigning value to each item sold and changing the location of the seller has an influence on the traders. However, the character of traditional traders is not lost even though some things from their sales practices have changed. The value given to an item does not only seek material benefits for traders but includes non-material values. Jual Kase-Kase means to give excess voluntarily. The purpose of this research is to reveal the meaning of selling price in the practice of selling cases from the perspective of traditional traders. An ethnomethodological approach is used to understand the meaning of the selling price of the practice of Jual Kase-Kase carried out by traditional traders. In this study, the value of goods sold by traditional traders is influenced by Banggai culture which is inherent in the character of traditional traders, where the value of goods is not only formed from material values but is formed from social and spiritual values. Where the social value is seen in the relationship created between fellow sellers or between sellers and buyers. The spiritual value that is present in the determination of the selling price is seen in the sincerity, honesty, and inner feeling of the perpetrator which finally appears in the price given.

The purpose of this study are: (1) to investigate the implementation of partnerships in the VOK tobacco business in an Islamic perspective, whether include mukhabarah, muzara’ah, or musaqah contract; (2) to explore the partnership implementation of VOK tobacco business on social, economic, and finance. This study use the snowball method with in depth interview. This research captured that there are two contracts of Islamic partnership on tobacco business, namely mukhabarah and muzara'ah. The social impact is the availability of jobs for people who do not own land/rice fields, thus helping the government to reduce unemployment and create close kinship in the community. The manifestation of the economic impact is that people who do not own land can still earn income for live. This study shows that there is a difference formula in calculating the profit sharing between the net farm income (NFI) and local culture formula. The local cultural formula does not use the real cost to count the net profit which is considered injustice. It is important to note that injustice is something that is against Islamic belief. Profit-sharing ratio between landowner and land tiller is 50%: 50% of net income.

Resettlement in the context of disaster management is a policy that has a broad impact on the affected community on legal, social and economic aspects. This article focuses on problems in implementing the resettlement policy for victims of the tsunami in South Lampung which occurred in December 2018. By using the socio-legal approach, the results of the study indicate that the resettlement policy for communities affected by the tsunami in South Lampung was carried out based on the Regent Decree No. B/613.1/VI.02/HK/2019. This policy was carried out as an effort to recover from the tsunami that occurred. In its implementation, this policy has an impact on at least three aspects of the life of the community concerned, namely the legal impact, social impact and economic impact both before, during the process, and after the construction of new housing. With regard to the legal impact, this resettlement causes legal relationships and issues regarding the rights and obligations of the victim to the building and land where he lives in the resettlement area as well as the rights and obligations of the victim to the land and building in his former place. On the social and economic impacts, problems arise with regard to access to education, employment, and the adjustment of conditions to the new environment in which they live. Therefore, resettlement cannot only be seen as a policy of rebuilding housing in a new place, but resettlement must also be seen as a holistic policy that focuses on rebuilding the livelihoods of the people involved in it, which in this context is a solution to the consequences, which occurs in both the legal, social, and economic aspects of resettlement
