The effect of negative conversation occurs intensively in children aged 3-4 years because it is a period of imitation. This period is one of the stages of socialization that a child gets within his family's scope. This study aims to comprehensively examine the negative conversations that affect language acquisition, especially phonological acquisition, mainly acquiring vowels that occur in SM and NS. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The study results revealed that negative conversation significantly affected children's language acquisition and its characteristics. The concrete reality at this stage, especially when the family says anything, then gradually the child brain area will process it. The child will repeat it. This phenomenon occurs repeatedly, and then it is not imagined that he will speak these words spontaneously. A child tends to say it without understanding the meaning. Still, it will affect his character if the negative sentences internalized to his thought. Adopting this negative conversation tends to have unideal characteristics because a child does not imitate his negative words. Still, he tries to understand the meaning uttered by the person closest to him. In this case, the study results reveal that negative conversations significantly affect children's language acquisition and affect their characteristics. The conclusion is that language acquisition through an unfavourable exchange is obtained by internal (family) factors and external factors.

Indonesia has many traditions that are still very thick, one of which is in Java. In Java has a unique tradition when after eater people died, namely earth surgery. This tradition aims to pray for the deceased as well as a form of sincerity of the family left behind. This paper aims to see the tradition of earth surgery in Java and Islamic views of the tradition. The aim is to find out the tradition before the funeral takes place, the tradition after the funeral takes place and to know the Islamic view of the tradition. The research method used in writing. This is a qualitative descriptive method and a literature method. Keywords: tradition, earth surgery, Islamic outlook.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the Triple Bottom Line in the application of management accounting in the mining industry in Donggala Regency. This research method uses Qualitative Descriptive Method with respondents as many as 30 people who are communities around the location of the company, community leaders, and local government. The analytical tool used in this study is Phenomenology Analysis and data collection techniques carried out by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation to respondents directly.Based on the result of this research shows that company is PT. Balikpapan Ready Mix is not apply yet the concept of Triple Bottom Line in implementation of environment managementaccounting in the company.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hambatan belajar siswa tunadaksa di kelas inklusif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan purposive sampling di SMAN 1 Sukabumi sebagai salah satu sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan belajar involunter siswa di kelas inklusi berkaitan dengan hambatan motorik yaitu hambatan menulis yang dialami terutama saat meringkas materi matematika dan menyampaikan jawaban melalui tulisan.     Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning obstacles of tunadaksa students in inclusive class. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with purposive sampling at SMAN 1 Sukabumi as one of the schools providing inclusive education. The results showed that the learning obstacles of tunadaksa students in inclusive class were related to motoric barriers, namely the barriers to writing experienced, especially when sumarizing mathematics material and delivering answers through writing.

The study aims to uncover a self-esteem relationship with the altruistic motivations of students who participate in scouting activities. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive method with a population of 104 people who come from students of State Junior High School 7 Sungai Penuh who participated in Scout activities, then samples were taken using a simple random sampling formula then obtained a sample of 83 people. The tool reveals self-esteem data in an adaptation of the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI) and the altruistic motivation data researchers developed themselves, namely the Altruistic Motivation Scale (SMAL). The data of the study results were processed and analyzed descriptively to see the distribution of frequencies and then conducted a correlation test using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of this study revealed that the self-esteem and altruistic motivation of students who participated in scouting activities in school were on average in the world

Talent and creativity development require extraordinary counseling from the members of the family, and as such, it is necessary to highlight the crucial role of family counseling towards developing talent and creativity. The article aims to examine the contributory role of the family in talent and creativity growth. The study shall serve as a reference for families to eliminate challenges growing with talent and creativity maturation. If the family has no awareness of how to deal with their gifted son, it may cause psychological stress and academic problems, thus undoubtedly affect the child’s talent. Hence the importance of this study is to demonstrate the role of family counseling in developing the talent and creativity of the gifted child by providing support and awareness to the family on how to deal with this talent to preserve and develop this talent because the gifted individuals are the basic building blocks in the progress and development of societies. Therefore, the article attempts to analyze the talent and creativity of gifted children and counseling of gifted family. The article includes a quick overview of talent origins, components and techniques, the role of the family in talent and creativity development, family factors influencing talent, creativity, gifted children, and family counseling. The study is qualitative descriptive research since the approach is considered suitable for determining the particular role expected from the family towards developing talent and creativity. The approach used in this study is appropriate for pinpointing the responsibilities of families in the process of growing children’s talent and creativity.

A mismatch between the administrative documents or the physical characteristics of a property offered in a contract and the actual conditions received by the client becomes an important problem in a property business. The property, which is the object of an agreement, should be in line with the legal aspects required by the legislation. The purpose of this study is to understand the legal condition of registering a property as the object of an agreement, by using consumer protection law in relation to property sales (i.e., Legislative Decree number 1 of 2011) as the perspectives. This study used normative legal framework based on Law and concept approaches as its research method. Several primary laws were collected and analyzed by a qualitative descriptive method. This study found that a property could be included as the object of an agreement if it fulfills the terms and conditions written in the Article 42 Clause 1 of Legislative Decree number 1 of 2011 on Real Estate and Residential Areas. Furthermore, a property can be an object of sales agreement if they meet several criteria written in the State Minister of Community Estate Decree’s number 09/KPTS/M/1995, with the date of issuance on 23 June 1995, about the sale and purchase of a property. It can be argued that the Legislative Decree number 1 of 2011 on Real Estate and Residential Areas might not offer a comprehensive protection to the consumer rights, and subsequently inflict physical and mental harm to the consumers.

Internal control is a tool that can help the company officer in doing their job and their function so that have a good role for the company. One of the internal control that important to a company is internal control of sales and cash receipts because from this the company’s revenue is derived. With the implementation of internal control that applied by the company also reflects the effectiveness of sales and cash receipts.The research method that the writer used is qualitative descriptive method which means comparing theory with practice in the company. It used to determine how the application of internal control of sales and cash receipts in the company and whether the application has been effective or not.The results of the study shows that the application of internal control to sales and cash receipts are good enough and effective even though there are still a few weaknesses in internal control sales. Sales and cash receipts procedure also are in accordance with the SOP.Keywords : Internal control, sales, cash receipts, effectivity

This study aims to determine the work culture of the sub-district government in providing administrative services to the community in the Covid-19 era. The research method is a direct qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The study results show a fundamental service change in 2020, namely the pattern of routine and usual ways of working that are very different felt by the people who will provide services at the Teluk Ambon District Office. Changes in bureaucratic work procedures are caused by the public's complying with the health protocol and maintaining a sitting position, which is one meter while providing services at the Teluk Ambon sub-district office.

Tulisan ini membahas tentang ketaksaan leksikal dalam lagu “Glow Like Dat” dan “See Me” karya Rich Brian. Ketaksaan leksikal dalam lagu  dapat menyebabkan penyampaian pesan mengalami kendala pemaknaan budaya, bahasa, sosiologis, dan psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk leksikal yang digunakan di dalam lagu  tersebut apakah mengandung ketaksaan leksikal, dan kemudian menganalisis bentuk ketaksaan leksikal  dan makna kata-kata  dalam lirik lagu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  metode deksriptif kualitatif  dan metode non-participant observation sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Data yang dianalisis diambil dari lirik lagu “Glow Like Dat” dan “See Me” karya Rich Brian yang kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam beberapa kategori ketaksaan leksikal dan pemaknaannya.  Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh adalah ketaksaan leksikal yang terdapat di dalam lagu  “Glow Like Dat” dan “See Me” karya Rich Brian dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai homonimi berbentuk homofon, serta polisemi yang dikemas dalam bentuk kata slang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemahaman terhadap pemaknaan leksikal dalam lagu berbahasa Inggris  sangat penting  bagi penutur bukan berbahasa Inggris agar memperoleh pemahaman makna lagu yang komprehensif. This paper discusses lexical ambiguities in the songs "Glow Like Dat" and "See Me" by Rich Brian. Lexical ambiguities of the songs can cause the delivery of messages to experience constraints of meanings in cultural, language, sociological, and psychological aspects. The purpose of this study is to identify the lexical forms used in the songs whether they contain lexical ambiguities, and then to analyse the lexical ambiguities forms and meaning of words in song lyrics. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method and a non-participant observation method as data collection techniques. The data analysed were taken from the lyrics of the songs "Glow Like Dat" and "See Me" by Rich Brian, which were then classified into several categories of lexical ambiguities and their meaning. The research findings obtained are the lexical ambiguities contained in the songs "Glow Like Dat" and "See Me" by Rich Brian can be classified as homonymy in the form of homophones and polysemy which are packaged in slang words.  The conclusion of this study is that the understanding of lexical meanings in English songs is very important for non-English speakers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the meaning of the songs.

Batik is a cultural heritage of ancestors which is still developing. Batik in Indonesia has its own diversity and distinctive characteristics, including in the Papua region. In Papua batik has characteristics that describe animals, plants and musical instruments. In this study, the use of motifs in Enggros tribe has a different position from each of its clans. Some motifs in the Enggros cannot be used by other clans. Each of these batik motifs has a meaning and hereditary meaning. This study uses a review of the shape of the motif, colour, and aesthetic value. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method supported by the hermeneutic theory as a method of obtaining a valid interpretation of objectivity. The results of this research discussion reveal about Enggros batik as a characteristic of the Enggros tribe whose surname is from the Iwo Tribe. Expectations achieved in this study can help and find out the motives of the Enggros and the community is expected to understand more deeply these motifs as a legacy of ancestral tradition.
