This article titled characteristics of Ashabul A`raf In perspective of Ibn Kathir's Interpretation. There is a boundary between heaven and hell where the boundary is named after al-A`raf. Allah SWT. also mentioned that there was a group of people who were in the A`raf. Those in Araf are also called Ashabul Araf. The discussion of this problem will be described using research in the form of library research, therefore the data used is qualitative data. The method used is the thematic method or maudhu`i. In the interpretation of classical and contemporary scholars, although there are some opinions of the commentators there is a difference, however, the majority of opinions have the same interpretation that is close to each other with Ibn Kathir's interpretation, namely the inhabitants of A'raf are people whose good and bad are the same. The characteristics of Ashabul A`raf in al-Qur`an according to the interpretation of the cleric of Imam Ibn Kathir's classical interpretation namely Ashabul A`raf can see the conditions of the inhabitants of heaven and the inhabitants of hell, can know the signs of the inhabitants of heaven and hell, have a great desire to be able enter heaven, the A'raf inhabitants have a sense of worry, anxiety and fear if they are included with the inhabitants of hell, the inhabitants of A`raf can dialogue with the inhabitants of hell and heaven, they can give a call or reproach to the residents of hell they know . Ashabul A`raf is the last group to be put into heaven.

<p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>

Abstract: The Development of Waqf Management Throught Waqf Act in Indonesia (Note on Republic of Indonesia Act Number 41 of 2004 regarding Waqf). Waqf is an Islamic endowment of property to be held in trust and used for a charitable or religious purpose. The development of waqf law in Indonesia, as one of religious institutions, is the realization of Muslim community needs to fulfill their religious life. The object of waqf that formerly was focused on immovable objects, with the presence of the Act has been broader to movable property, especially money waqf. This paper describes the urgency of civilization and the dynamics of waqf both from the side of law and its management in the context of people prosperity. By using library research that use qualitative data, this paper found the existence of waqf, normatively lies not only in the individual obligations, but also in social meaning in the context of collective obligations involving mawqûf bih (the property), wâqif (the person creating a waqf), nazir (the supervisor/manager of waqf), mauqûf ‘alayh (waqf users), and the government through legislation. Basically, the Republic of Indonesia Act Number 41 of 2004 regarding Waqf is based on the philosophical, sociohistorical, and juridical foundation.

Qur’an is the main source of Islamic Education or Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) teaching materials. In the Qur'an, there are various stories repetitions that are presented well. Repeating the story allegedly has a close relationship with Islamic education learning strategy. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding that the repetition of stories in the Qur'an can be used as a learning strategy for Islamic religious material. This library research used qualitative data. The data is in the form of primary sources, such as ‘Psikologi Kisah dalam Al-Qur’an’ book The data that had been tested were then analyzed using the content analysis approach of repetition story as PAI learning strategy. The results showed that the concept of stories repetition in the Qur’an is very relevant to be used as PAI learning strategy. The results of the study showed that the story repetition concept in the Qur'an is very relevant to the Islamic education learning strategy. These stories become part of an effective and efficient learning strategy in equipping students with various Islamic studies. The repetition taught by Allah in the Qur'an and prophet in Hadith is one of learning principles. The principle of repetition in learning should be implemented in the Islamic education. So, all methods applied in learning must use repetition.

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) on the financial performance of SMEs in Sidoarjo. The financial performance of SMEs in this study was measured by the level of sales comparation between the period before and after ACFTA. This research applied mix method technique with squids mixed method strategy, especially sequential explanatory strategy. It is a strategy for the researchers to combine the data that was found from one method with the other method. The steps were begun with the researcher collecting the quantitative data by performing different test or Paired samples T-test then continued with collecting the qualitative data by doing library research. The results show that  there are significant differences in financial performance; first, it is seen from the sales between before and after ACFTA, and second,  it is proven that  that the existence of ACFTA significantly affects the sales rate of SMEs.

This study is a qualitative research with library research instrument. The data used are qualitative data in the form of descriptions, presentations, and writings relevant to the research topic, which are referred to from books, journals, and articles. This research method is descriptive, which describes data from library materials according to relevant studies. The data was collected using a documentary technique, in which the data was extracted from documents from various library materials, then analyzed using content analysis. With this technique, qualitative data is sorted, categorized (grouped) with similar data. The contents are critically analyzed so that a concrete formulation is formulated which is then explained in depth. The emergence of several phenomena in this country such as the issue of terrorism, Islamophobia, excessive demonstrations, discrimination against one group and blasphemers of religion, made the government realize that Indonesia is a large country that has hundreds of tribes and languages. Ways are needed to maintain that sovereignty, one of which is by providing an understanding in education about the application of moderation in everyday life. Some Islamic values that need to be understood and implemented in the moderation process of Islamic education are: Tawasuth, Tawazun, I'tidal, Tasamuh, Musawah, Shura, Islah, Awlawiyah, Tathawur, Tahaddhur.

This paper discusses about building communication between family members as a fortress of family resilience. The family is the basis for maintaining diversity, the family is very important to maintain the social understanding of family. As social beings, humans are never separated from communication. Communication is often a fundamental problem in one's family household relations, especially what often becomes a conflict is communication between husband and wife who lacks understanding of the concept of communication patterns in the family in order to maintain family resilience in the household. The purpose of this paper is to provide and express the concepts and principles of communication in the family so that it can be a solution on how to build communication in the family that can fortify family resilience. As for the focus in this paper is how the concept of communication patterns, communication as an ethical value to realize family resilience, communication as the realization of ma'ruf relationships in the family, the theory of ethical values ​​and their relevance to the family communication system and the concept of family resilience. This paper is included in the type of normative legal research literature (library research). By using a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. the type of data in this study using qualitative data. The results of this paper conclude that family resilience is very influential on the concept of communication in the family. By understanding the concepts and principles of communication patterns between family members, they can maintain resilience and strength in the family, so that they can realize the purpose of marriage, namely forming a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family as contained in the Qur'an Surah Ar-Rum verse 21. This study aims to explain  the drill pattern technique as an old historical technique that still exists and used by foreign language teachers to date. This technique is in fact used as the effective main technique of  audio-lingual approach and its variants in learning a foreign language. This research is a qualitative research because it does not touch on the results of nouns or quantity values. As for the type, including library research whose primary data is in the form of qualitative data which sourced from books and literature references relating to the theme under study.The results of this study found that drill patterns techniques in its development lived in two periods, namely during the environmentalist period and the nativist period.

This study aimed to discover the development of tourism industry in several cultural events at Batam Regency, Riau Island Province. This is seen crucial as it deals with how the cultural event in tourism industry may affect the intensity of tourists’ revisit and tourism development. The data were obtained from interview and library research about the number of tourists’ visits on the cultural events and the increased number of the local revenue. The data were analyzed through qualitative data analysis. The results from the study showed how effective the cultural events to attract tourists’ revisit, develop the tourism industry, and local revenues. Gender is the study of women and men among their roles in society. Since the year of emancipation occurs in all the country, the term gender becomes popular. Talking about gender, of course, is same as talking about feminism. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is one of the most influential woman in Africa. Her speech and essay, ‘We Should All Be Feminists’, which serves the idea of feminism have changed the term feminism with a high balance discussion. The study of gender, in Africa, has too often taboo because there is no equality insight between women and men. By implementing the transitivity in Halliday’s SFL (Systemic Functional Linguistics), it is necessary to know the language used by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. The type of the data in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. This study also uses Critical Discourse Analysis as the approach. Hence, the library research supports the understanding of the material which is applicable and accurate to obtain the source of the data.

The purpose which would be expected in ”Penal Mediation” in positive criminal law which is to root the values   promoted by restorative justice is rooted in traditional values   in traditional societies such as the value of balance, harmony and peace in society. This study used library research (library research) with normative approach to determine the policy of the criminal law in the prevention of criminal acts through efforts to settle outside the court process in order to reform the criminal law in Indonesia. Analysis of the data used in this study is qualitative data analysis of the primary data and secondary data. Results of this study were (1) the criminal law policy in combating criminal acts through efforts to resolve extrajudicial positive today only a small part, while others are still oriented to the formal completion. (2) Policy criminal law in combating criminal acts through the efforts of  a settlement Penal Mediation in the framework of criminal law reform in Indonesia should be arranged in an integrated manner, and the required type of criminal that could compromise or take advantage of the positive aspects (the reverse also means, avoid negative terms) on the other side of the prison and criminal surveillance sector on the other side.
