The emergence of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in China at the end of 2019 has caused a large international outbreak that threatens public health. COVID-19 is a new type of virus that has not been previously identified in humans. This study aims to determine whether this virus affects the public in consuming halal food products and adopting a healthy lifestyle. Islam itself has introduced the terms halal and haram where when this is not prioritized it will cause harm to human health. This study uses descriptive-quantitative methods, with data collection techniques using primary data sourced from a questionnaire with a total of 101 respondents through purposive random sampling technique with the SPSS program and secondary data sourced from literature studies as a theoretical reinforcement in finding a solution that can answer the problem. research written. Our results show that there is an increase in awareness of the halal label and the tendency to consume halal food after the occurrence of COVID-19. In order to realize the SDG's goals, it is necessary to increase public awareness of the halal lifestyle and be strengthened by the results of the survey that has been conducted, we recommend a system that is implemented in 3 ways, namely regulation, education, and literacy (REL). The initiative is intended to maintain and increase public awareness of consuming halal food products so as to accelerate the growth of the halal industry in Indonesia.

The research aimed to know the implementation workload, the barriers of implementation workload and the efforts made in the implementation of the workload at the Branch Office Revenue Service Office of the Provincial Bogor City Region. Methods Used was survey research. The types of data used were the primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by spreading questionnaire, and supported by the observations and interviews. The collection of secondary data sourced from documents, libraries and related writings. Sampling Technique: The research population amounted to 23 respondents in the Branch Office Revenue Service Office of Bogor City Region. on the workload analysis at the Office of Personnel Services Branch Office of the Provincial Revenue Bogor City Region can be concluded although there was a delay only requirements factor and completeness of the taxpayer that were less satisfied however, it did not affect the overall performance. The volume of work could be obtained information about the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, and had the objective to the achievement of public service in minimizing the public complaints in particular taxpayer and effective working hours in work standards was a guide or guidance of each employee to complete the appropriate time in order to carry out tasks to provide certainty and clarity of the process and provide legal certainty to the public, especially taxpayers. Keywords: Workload, Work Volume, Norm of Effective Time and Effective Working Hours

The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor. The implementation of the Community Policing Strategy (POLMAS) in the implementation of BhabinKamtibmas duties as the basis for the detection of radical understanding, is very important in creating social security. This study aims to analyze the Polmas Strategy in the implementation of BhabinKamtibmas duties as the basis for the detection of radical understanding, potential constraints and problems related to the implementation of the Polmas Strategy in implementing the duties of BhabinKamtibmas as the basis for the detection of radical understanding. The method used in this research is normative legal research. Sources and data types use primary data and secondary data. The data collection method was done through literature study, while the data analysis method used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Community Police Strategy in the implementation of BhabinKamtibmas duties as the basis for the detection of radical ideology, namely BhabinKamtibmas carrying out door-to-door visits to all areas of its assignment, carrying out and assisting problem solving, organizing and securing activities the public, receive information about the occurrence of non-crime, provide guidance and guidance to the public or the community regarding issues of social security and police services. The obstacles faced are the developing police culture, young police officers, the idiom that police officers on the streets are better than police officers who work behind the desk, the accountability of the police in response to complaints and the dynamics that occur in society, limited human resources, welfare of police officers, 2 police car patrols, accountability command, structural rewards, community satisfaction with police performance, failure to integrate Police work with criminal detection. The problems faced are the public's negative perception of the police, low public awareness of environmental security, sociological diversity of society, ambiguity in people's attitudes, facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Community Policing; Community Security; Radical Understanding.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and commitment to turnover intention at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Office. This research uses quantitative methods, namely by presenting research results in the form of numbers or statistics, in order to test the hypotheses. As for the subjects of this study were employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Office. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from respondents who filled out questionnaires and secondary data obtained from several sources. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling technique using saturated sampling method. The tool used for this study was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence and commitment negatively affect turnover intention. Simultaneously, the variables of human resource competence and commitment affect the turnover intention. Patially, commitment has a dominant influence on the turnover intention of sharia bank employees. Keywords: Human resource competence, commitment and turnover intention.

Tayub is a traditional dance popularized in Kecamatan Jatirogo, Kabupaten Tuban. Tayub dance usually performed in the wedding party, circumcision, and bersih desa which aim to get the fertility. This tayub dance performance is closely related to the social divergence, social labeling, and the effect which is emerged. This study aim to describe the factors considered that tayub is divergent from the public norm which causes social labeling and influences the existence on the profession of ledhek and the effect of tayub dance performance either to ledhek or community in Kecamatan Jatigoro, Kabupaten Tuban This study is a qualitative descriptive which the primary data resource consisted of ledhek, pengibing, and public figure. The secondary data resource was collected by using documentation and references. The data were collected by: observation, interview, and documentation. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling. The validity of data used the triangulation and method. In addition, the data analysis consists of several steps, such as data collection, data reduction, presenting data, and conclusion. This study showed that tayub dance is performed in two sessions; in the midday and night. Tayub and ledhek still exist at the time. It has been shown that the Tuban local government in every year invites the ledhek to be a representative dancer of East Java simultaneously to intend the Culture program in Jakarta, even performs in TMII. In addition, it has been a fundamental program of the Tuban celebration. Tayub dance performed in the wedding party, circumcision, and purified village ritual are believed to be able to influence the fertility. Tayub dance has a manifest and a laten functions. The manifest function can be considered from its purpose that is gratitude, and keep the good relationship between the figure and its community. The latent function considered from the public divergence, labeling and the effect of tayub dance. The effects of its divergence are sawer (has not been allowed by Tuban government since 2003), drinking alcohol, conflict, and an affair. This social divergence emerges the social labeling on ledhek either positive or negative. Tayub dance has a positive and negative effect to either ledhek or its community.  The positive effect can be considered from the high financial reached by the ledhek. Ledhek has an experience performed in Jakarta. On the other hand, the negative effect emerges the negative labeling from the public. Keywords: Tayub, ledhek, social divergence, labeling, effect

Indonesia is a country with muslim mayorities, therefore the state must protect the community to make ends meet, including of halal food according to the faith of every Muslim. In reality, many products in the community are not guaranteed with halal licence. In Indonesia, there is many packaged food products with unclear halal status, producer of these products is needed to be safe for consumption by all people, especially those who are Muslim. Writing this thesis uses an empirical juridical research approach method. The data collected is in the form of primary data obtained from related parties in the supervision of packaged food products, as well as secondary data obtained from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. From the results of the study it was found that the authority of the BPOM in conducting oversight of the halal packed food products contained in 2 (two) things, namely: supervision of pre-market and post market. The authority of LPPOM MUI in conducting supervision is carried out by Halal Auditors and Internal Halal Auditors in a company. Until now, BPOM still has not cooperated with LPPOM MUI or BPJPH as stated in a cooperation agreement. So that these agencies only work in accordance with the tasks specificly in the regulations made by their respective agencies and until now it is still difficult to create good coordination or cooperation, including in overseeing the halal of packed food product.

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world with diverse marine biota. However, there are still many people who do not know that this is the education needed and become one of the tourist destinations. Therefore Sea World was created to educate the public about marine air and fresh air with additional fishing camp facilities that can be a means of entertainment for people who have a hobby of shopping and provide a refreshing means of daily activities. The method used in data collection is a method of collecting data based on sources, namely primary data and secondary data as well as sources of physical and non-physical data forms. From the data collection method obtained data collected design Sea World and Fishing Camp in Denpasar City, then carried out analysis with qualitative and quantitative methods. In interior design using utopia methods with beautiful underwater interiors. It is expected that the design of Sea World and Fishing Camp can provide entertainment and education facilities that have facilities under the sea.

The objective of the study is to examine the extent to which public awareness on County bursary fund allocation has influenced the retention of needy students in secondary school. The study employed survey design in the collection of data. A study sample of 133 respondents was engaged in from a total population of 6,093 obtained from a stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire was the method of data collection used to gather the Primary data. The questionnaires were coded and edited for completeness and consistency. They were further processed by utilising statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program. The analysis procedure included inferential examination and descriptive statistics. The descriptive analysis method provided the sample data in quantitative form, which ended in producing mean and standard deviation. The study established the relationship between dependent and independent variables by conducting regression analysis, which found out that the P-values of awareness of county bursary fund, was 0.001, which is less than 0.05 significance level; this implies that variable is significant. The study concludes that communication through the public participation forum, posters, radio social media was detailed enough to make the application and submission easy for the applicants. The study recommends that more awareness campaign should be enhanced using varies forms of communication. Still, posters and notices should be prioritised as they scored the highest value of 43.4 % as compared to other communication media. The researcher also concluded that the fund retained needy students in secondary school with 61.1% of the interviewed school principals, 65.9% of the bursary applicants and 80% of the bursary committee secretaries agreeing.

2020 was the year of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, which made things worse. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was also felt by employees of PT Telkom Akses North Jakarta which caused work stress which resulted in lowering the level of employee work productivity. This study aims to determine how much influence work stress has on employee work productivity. This research uses quantitative methods with the analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population used is all employees of PT Telkom Akses and the sampling method is the probability sampling technique with the number of respondents is 68 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are primary data using questionnaires and secondary data using literature study. The results of research conducted by researchers indicate that Work stress is in the good category, the Work Productivity variable is in the quite good category. From this research, it shows that there is a significant effect of Work stress on Work Productivity during the pandemic period at PT Telkom Akses. This shows that the higher the level of work stress, the lower the level of work productivity of PT Telkom Akses employees during the pandemic period.

In modern society a healthy lifestyle is one measure of quality standards. A healthy lifestyle can be started by consuming organic vegetables. Crispy Farm is a place for cultivating organic vegetables with Hydroponic techniques, by means of hydroponic aquaculture which is currently increasingly being applied among homes. Organic vegetables are vegetables that are produced from natural ingredients without using synthetic chemicals. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix which includes: prices, products, promotions and distribution on consumer decisions to buy Hydroponic vegetables at Crispy Farm. This research uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The research area was established in Banyumanik District, namely Jl. Tejosari, Gedawang Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. The research was conducted from October to December 2018. The results showed that the factors that had a significant effect were the price of hydroponic vegetables (X1), Vegetable Hydroponic Products (X2) and Promotions Conducted by Crispy Fram (X3) on Decisions of Hydroponic Vegetable Consumers. While the factors that have no significant effect are the distribution of Hydroponic Vegetables (X4) to the decisions of hydroponic vegetable consumers (Y).
