2020 was the year of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, which made things worse. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was also felt by employees of PT Telkom Akses North Jakarta which caused work stress which resulted in lowering the level of employee work productivity. This study aims to determine how much influence work stress has on employee work productivity. This research uses quantitative methods with the analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population used is all employees of PT Telkom Akses and the sampling method is the probability sampling technique with the number of respondents is 68 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are primary data using questionnaires and secondary data using literature study. The results of research conducted by researchers indicate that Work stress is in the good category, the Work Productivity variable is in the quite good category. From this research, it shows that there is a significant effect of Work stress on Work Productivity during the pandemic period at PT Telkom Akses. This shows that the higher the level of work stress, the lower the level of work productivity of PT Telkom Akses employees during the pandemic period.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusioner dan melakukan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan korelasi determinasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel yang paling dominan adalah faktor esktern bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Dimana besarnya kontribusi faktor penyebab kredit macet terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang.Kata Kunci : Kredit Macet, NPL, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat   AbstractThis research aims to determine the factors internal bank and factor external bank of causing non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. The research method that was used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected by using questionnaires and conducting interviews, while for secondary data obtained through literature study. The population in this study is non performing loans customers at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna in 2018 as many as 46 people. The sampling technique that was used is non probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique that was used is a multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the research are the most dominant variable is factor external bank. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of factor internal bank and factor external bank  to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Where the magnitude of the contributing factors causing of non performing loans to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya showed a moderate influence.Keywords: Non Performing Loans, NPL, Rural Credit

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of business innovation, consumer attitudes, and loyalty to sustainability marketing. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing sustainability marketing at PT. Indonesian Railways DAOP VI Yogyakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study is not infinite and the sample used is 100, where the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the innovation variable, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions on the Toyota Calya Car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 75 consumers and the sample used was 75, where the sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 2,797 students and the sample used was 100, where the sampling technique used accidental sampling. This research was made to build a design of destination branding for Tourist Village Kerta in Payangan Districts, Gianyar Regency. The Method that being used is qualitative description. The informant determination technique that being used are purposive sampling technique. The data sources that being used are secondary data sources and primary data sources. The Primary data on this report is a data that comes from the observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and interview. While the secondary data on this report comes from the documentation and literature study to completed the primary data. The result from this research showing us that a brand from Tourist Village Kerta is a Climatic Village. Climatic Village was choosen as Tourist Village Kerta brand because Kerta Village has won many awards as Climatic Village. The logo design of Kerta Village as Climatic Village is described with four components such as a bamboo, a cow or a cattle, human and a temple. The bamboo, cattle and human was connected to the Tri Hita Karana concept, while the temple showing us the connection between human and the God. This research was conducted based on the condition of the development of tourism on the island of Nusa Lembongan, aiming to find out the impact brought about by socio-economic conditions against the tourism society.This study uses qualitative and quantitative approach with mix method, the primary data source that are obtained by observations and direct interviews and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling techniques and data analysis using the method of case study. This study shows tourism provides impact on society and the government on the island of Nusa Lembongan are seen from eight aspect among others : impact increasing of foreign exchange, impact toward local community income that increasing before tourism exist, impact toward higher prices than the real prices, impact toward employment for opportunity to local community, ownership and control of tourism accommodation, the distribution of benefits and advantage against indigenous village, development in general are seen from 4A tourism and government income of tax viewed from PHR. Advice can be given to government and businessman and tourism service on the island of Nusa Lembongan in the order of future improve the facilities, infrastructure supporting tourism, reinforce the rules on the division of the proceeds against the indigenous villages, improving access and employment for local community on the island of Nusa Lembongan.   Key Words              : Tourism, Nusa Lembongan Island, Impact
