Background: Hypertension is still a major health problem in the world. One of the factors causing hypertension is exposure to cigarette smoke. Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between cigarette smoke exposure and the incidence of hypertension in housewives in houses in Dampit village. Methods: This research adopted an analytical observational approach. This was a cross-sectional design study. The population for this study was all housewives in Dampit village in March 2020. A total number of 115 housewives was selected using the cluster proportional random sampling technique. The dependent variable was the incidence of hypertension; the independent variables were the duration of cigarette smoke exposure in houses, the number of instances contact was made by being in close proximity to smokers, and the contact duration with smokers. Data collection was done by interviewing respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using frequency tables and Epi Info. Results: The study indicated that there was a relationship between the duration of cigarette smoke exposure (over 33 years) in houses with the incidence of hypertension in housewives (p=0.01; OR=3.52; 95%CI=1.53–8.05). Similarly, there was a relationship established between the number of occasions contact was made by being in close proximity to smokers every day (over three times every day) (p=0.01; OR=36; 95%CI=7.64–168.76) and the contact duration with smokers (p=0.01; OR=8.09; 95%CI=3.13–20.87) with the incidence of hypertension in housewives. Conclusion: There was a link between the duration of cigarette smoke exposure in houses, the number of instances of being in close proximity to smokers every day, and the contact duration with smokers with the incidence of hypertension in housewives in Dampit village.

Intelligence is the ability to apply the knowledge and experiences that have been gained into the effort tasks are challenging and flexible book. Behaviour is an action that involves aspects of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. Goal: This study aims to determine the relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Method: This study uses correlation with cross sectional design. The study population was all students / i Ners Level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan as 65. The samples used were 65 respondents, the sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. The instrument of this study using questionnaire and observation sheets by using product moment test person. Result: Intelligence students as many as 30 people (46.2%) classified as having an average level of intelligence. A total of 32 people (49.2%) classified as well-behaved students. Person product moment test results obtained p value = 0.172 where a significant level of p> 0.05 so that this value proves that the absence of a relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Conclusion: Recommended for institutions, motivating students in balancing the behavior and intelligence.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The achievement of Pulmonary TB CDR in the working area of Banjarmasin City Health Office is still 49% in 2015 and increased by 52% in 2016. The low achievement of pulmonary TB CDR in Banjarmasin became a health problem related to the performance of P2TB officers in the Health Service Working Area City of Banjarmasin. This study aims to explain factors related to the performance of Proram Control Officers Tuberculosis in the Work Area of Banjarmasin City Health Office. This research is a quantitative research using cross sectional design. The population is all officers of P2TB in the working area of Banjarmasin City Health Office. The sample taken is a population of 57 people using total sampling technique. The results showed that the availability factor of the facility was related to the performance of the Proram Control Officer Tuberculosis (ρ-value = 0.049). While factors unrelated to officer performance are psychological factor (ρ-value = 1.000) and incentive (ρ-value = 0.260). The Conclusion of this study is the relationship between the availability of facilities with the performance of Proram Control Officers Tuberculosis, but there is no relationship between the psychological and incentives with the Proram Control Officer Tuberculosis in the Work Area of Banjarmasin City Health Office.

As people's standard of living increases, the demand for quality health also increases. Patient satisfaction is correlated with the quality of service in the hospital. By understanding the level of patient satisfaction, hospital management can learn and improve service quality. The study aims to determine the relationship between reliability, responsiveness, and empathy aspects with patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital. This research was an explanatory quantitative research with cross sectional design. The sample of this study amounted to 60 people and taken by accidental sampling technique. The data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital on reliability aspect was 63.3%, responsiveness aspect was 56.7% and empathy aspect was 81.7%. Based on the result of the research, the suggestion given to the service provider in this case Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital is to improve the performance of health service especially in Pharmacy Installation service by way of monitoring and evaluating periodically with the implementation of the service, evaluating and developing human resources, and infrastructure. Background:Exclusive breastfeeding is a breastfeeding exclusively without any food or other additional beverages starting from newborns to 6 months old baby. Data from Indonesia Health Profile of 2014 states that infants receiving Exclusive Breast Milk in Indonesia only reach 41.67%. Objectives: To analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge, education, and exclusive breastfeeding among mothers in the village of Kedung Rejo, Waru Sub-district, Sidoarjo District.Methods: This research was descriptive analytic study using cross sectional design. The population of this study was mothers who has infants aged 6-12 months in Kedungrejo Village Waru Sub-district Sidoarjo District. Sample was selected using simple random sampling technique involving 31 people. Data analysis was tested using Fisher's exact test.Results:The results showed that the prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding in Kedungrejo Village, Waru Sub-district was 29%. The results of tests using Fisher's Exact showed that mother's knowledge and education were not related to exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 6-12 months.Conclusion: There was no significant association between maternal knowledge, education and exclusive breastfeeding practices among mothers.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang:ASI Eksklusif adalah memberi Air Susu Ibu secara Ekslusif tanpa ada makanan atau minuman tambahan lainnya yang mulai dilakukan saat bayi baru lahir sampai bayi berumur 6 bulan. Data dari Profil Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2014 menyatakan bahwa bayi yang menerima ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia hanya sebesar 41,67%.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengetahuan ibu dan pendidikan ibu hubungannya dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di desa Kedung rejo, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 6-12 bulan di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo  yang dipilih secara simple random sampling  sebanyak  31 orang. Data kemudian dikumpulkan dan diuji dengan menggunakan uji Fisher’s Excact.Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi pemberian ASI Ekslusif di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten  yaitu hanya 29%. Hasil uji dengan menggunakan Fisher’s Exact menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu tidak berhubungan terhadap pemberian ASI Ekslusif pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan.Kesimpulan:Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu, pendidikan dan praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif di kalangan ibu.

Consumption of iron tablet 1 tablet per day during pregnancy can cause constipation. Based on the results of preliminary study in the Bandar Village, Pacitan through interviews with 14 pregnant women there were 12 pregnant women who consumed iron tablet regularly and 8 pregnant women complain of difficulty to defecate while not experiencing constipation 4 pregnant women. From two pregnant women who did not consume fe tablets they didn’t get constipation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship consuming Fe tablet with constipation in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design conducted in March 2016. The population of all pregnant women in Bandar Village Bandar Subdistrict District of Pacitan as many as 33 pregnant women. The respondents ware all pregnant women in the Bandar Village Bandar district Pacitan. Using total sampling technique, the research was conducted on March 1 until March 30, 2016. The variable in this study is the fe tablet intake and incidence of constipation. The research instrument used was observation about fe tablet consumption and interviewing about incidence of constipation. The data were tabulated and analyzed using a statistical test Chi Square test determined significant with p> 0.05. From the results showed that majority of 19 pregnant women (57.5%) consume iron tablet regularly, and majority of 18 pregnant women (54.5%) got constipation. There was a relationship consuming Fe tablet constipation with in pregnant women in the Bandar Village district ofPacitan. Evidenced by the significant level of 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho refused. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about how to consume tablets fe correetly and balanced with foods contaiming high in fiber.

Diarrhea disease in Indonesia is still one of the endemic diseases and still often causes extraordinary events (outbreaks) in the community. This study aimed to study the relationship between the application of Germas (Community Movement) hands washing with running water and soap simultaneously with the occurrence of diarrhea in SDN 108 students in Seluma Regency. The type of research used was Analytical Survey using Cross Sectional design.. Samples  of  this study were 167 students in grades 4, 5, and 6 of  SDN 108 Seluma Regency. Sampling in this study used a Total Sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using primary data by interview using a questionnaire. The statistical test used is Chi-Square. The results showed that of 167 students, there were 113 students (67.7%) who did not experience diarrhea, 123 students (73.7%) had poor hands washing with and running water and soap, and there was a relationship between hands washing use soap and running water and soap with diarrhea. Keywords: diarrhea, germas,hands washing, soap

Adequacy of nutrition is needed by a person from the womb to adulthood. Pregnant women are one of the groups of people who are prone to malnutrition. One of the nutritional problems in pregnant women is iron anemia (Fe). Pregnant women are said to be anemic if their Hb level is <11 g / dl, anemia can also occur due to an increased need for a person's body, for example during menstruation, pregnancy and childbirth, while the iron that enters is only a little, it is highly recommended to consume food that comes from animal protein such as fish. , meat, eggs and milk. Objective: to examine the relationship between the adequacy of animal protein consumption on hemoglobin (Hb) levels of pregnant women in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the second and third trimesters who were recorded at Puskesmas Johan Pahlawan and Suak Ribee, West Aceh district in February 2020, totaling 165 people, the sampling technique used the purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula with a sample of 62 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the consumption of animal protein intake and hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with a p value = 0.022. Background: It is undoubted if basic immunization has benefited immensely to child for over the years. Nevertheless there aresome parents who remains reluctant to immunize their children. This condition could be proved by the achievement of UCI (Universal Child Immunization) in 2015 in Klaten which involved 401 villages. There was only 90% of the total population who participated in this program. The Purpose: To analized the relationship between education level, work satus and mother's knowledge about basic immunization with the successness of giving basic immunization to babies. The Subjects: The study was observational analytic with cross sectional design. The population were all mothers who had infants aged 9-12 months in January-February 2018 in Wonosari District taken using total sampling technique. The data was then collected by using questionnaires. The results: Most of the infants were 11 months old (50%), most of mother were 25-35 years old (66.8%), most of the mother's education level was Senior High School (46.7%), most of the mother's knowledge about immunization was high (96.7%), the majority of mothers did not work (53.3%), most infants were fully immunized (96.7%). Chi Square analysis found that the correlation between education level and the successness of immunization in infant p=0.245, work relation with success of immunization giving to infant p=0.341, and relation of mother knowledge about basic immunization with successness immunization giving to infant p=0.000. The conclusion: There was no correlation between the level of education with the successness of immunization in infants (p=0.245), there was no relationship between work status with successness immunization in infants (p=0.341), and there was a statistically significant relationship between maternal knowledge of basic immunization with successness immunization in infants (p=0.000). Background : Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is one of the main causes of high rates of mobility and mortality in infants in developing countries in the world. In 2015 the death rate from respiratory problems was 920,136 people, the most common in South Asia and Africa. Purpose : This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the smoking behavior of family members with the incidence of ARI in infants in Sidotopo, Surabaya. Methods: This research was an observational analytic study using cross sectional design. The sample size uses simple random sampling technique where all existing data and meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. This study used chi square statistical test to determine the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the incidence of ARI Results: There is a relationship between lighting (PR = 3.35; p-value = 0.01), ventilation (PR = 5.75; p-value = 0.01), kitchen smoke holes (PR = 4.05 ; p-value = 0.01), roof of the house (PR = 3.07; p-value = 0.02), smoking behavior (PR = 5.63; p-value = 0.01) with ARI incidence and not there was a relationship between the wall of the house (PR = 0.64; p-value = 0.68) with the incidence of ARI. Conclusion: There was an relationship between the physical conditions of the house (lighting, ventilation, kitchen smoke holes, roofs of houses) and smoking with incidence of ARI in infants at Sidotopo Village.

The patient safety mission at the hospital is to prevent patient safety incidents from occurring, the number of incidents is said to be like an iceberg phenomenon. The incidence rate in Indonesia based on data from the Joint Commission International (2012) shows that as many as 13% due to surgical errors and 68% due to blood transfusion errors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership support and compliance with nurses in identifying patients in the implementation of patient safety in the Datu Beru Aceh Hospital. Tengah. The research design used a quantitative analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The population of all nurses working in the Women's Internal Medicine Room at Datu Beru Hospital, Central Aceh was 34 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate with chi_square. The results of the research variable Leadership Support with Nurse Adherence obtained p-value = 0,000, meaning that there is a relationship between leadership support and nurse compliance to identify patients in the application of patient safety. Multivariate analysis of leadership support variables obtained sig value of 0.000 <p = 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of the leadership support variable on nurse compliance. There is a relationship between leadership support and the compliance of nurses to identify patients in the application of patient safety and there is a significant effect.
