Cervical cancer is a malignant disease attacked the female reproductive organ which is often found in women with high parity. The data obtained from Yayasan Wisnuwardhana Surabaya (Cancer Foundation) in 2012 showed that among 9630 women having Pap Smear, 88 (0.9%) were detected with cervical cancer. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between parity and incidence of cervical cancer in the above mentioned cancer foundation. The design of study was analytic-observational done by applying cross sectional approach. The population involved 400 women having Pap Smear in the stated cancer foundation in March 2014. 200 respondents were chosen as the samples by using probability sampling, in which simple random sampling technique was used in this study. The instrument for collecting the data was the medical record. The data were then analyzed by using Chi-Square statistic test with the significance level α = 0.05.   The result of study showed that none of the nullipara and primipara (0%) suffered from cervical cancer, whereas few of the multipara (5.9%) and half of the grandemultipara (50%) suffered from cervical cancer. Moreover, the result of Chi-Square was not qualified so that Fischer’s Exact test was used and showed that p = 0.000 < α = 0.05 so that H0 was rejected illustrating that there was a correlation between parity and incidence of cervical cancer in the above mentioned cancer foundation. In conclusion, the higher parity, the more risk for cervical cancer. The facility of health services are expected to give more health counseling to the women with high risk of having cervical cancer to have Pap Smear.

For the statistical test, this research is using Chi-Square. Research results: Based from the statistic test, obtained the p value = 0,005 < 0,05 (alpha) with 10.267 OR value and 95% value of CI level of confidence between 2.002-52.649. It can be conclude that there is a relationship between knowledge and TRIAD KRR precautionary attitude on youth street singer in Serang Regency in 2021. Suggestion: This research can be used as an initial data or an illustration to be able to develop further research. For an optimized result, another research can be conducted with different designs with another variety of variables and expand the range of respondents number.

Kata kunci : personal hygiene, leukore                THE PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP OF HYGIENE WITH THE EVENT OF LEUKORE ABSTRACTBackground: In Indonesia research data on adolescent reproductive health shows that 75% of women in the world must have leukorrhea at least once in a lifetime and 45% of them have leukorrhea 2 times or more and about 15% are infected with candida. Based on interviews with Estik Utomo STIKes students at the Midwifery Diploma Program in 2018, 80% said they had experienced leukure, saying they did not know whether it was normal or a disease. In addition they say they have a habit of not drying the genetal area after being in the bathroom. The main cause of leuokore is infection (fungi, germs and parasites). Besides the main causes of leukore can also be caused by lack of personal hygiene. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of personal hygiene with the incidence of leukorrhea in Estu Utomo STIKes midwifery students in 2018. Research Methods: This type of survey research with cross sectional time approach. The population of this research is all students of STIKes Estu Utomo Study Program of Midwifery Diploma Academic Year 2018/2019. The sample in this study were students of the Estu Utomo STIKes Department of Midwifery Diploma III 1.2 and 3 academic year 2018/2019 as many as 87 respondents taken by total sampling technique. Cross tabulation of the relationship between independent and dependent variables with the chi-square statistical test using SPSS version 20 application. Results: 16.09% personal hygiene in the good category, 14.94% in the moderate category, 68.97% in the poor category and 34.5% had leukorrhea, 65.4% had no leukorrhea. There is a personal hygiene relationship with the incidence of leukorrhea (c2 count = 7.449 and ? value 0.02). It is expected that STIKes Estu Utomo will hold activities in the form of free consultations on adolescent reproductive health so that students can prevent leukorrhea with good personal hygiene. Keywords: personal hygiene, leukore

The sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. The data were taken from post counseling questionnaires that were distributed to the prospective bride and groom couples. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi-square test and independent T test with 95% CI. The research results are presented in tabular form. Results : During the study period, 147 respondents were given a post-counseling questionnaire on reproductive knowledge. It is known that more than half of the respondents (61.2%) had a low level of education, namely elementary, junior high and high school education, while 38.8% of respondents had higher education, namely at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
