Background of study: Adolescent is a group that very susceptible to 3 risks of basic adolescent reproductive health (TRIAD KRR) includes the aspect of sexuality, HIV/AIDS disease and misused of drugs. A free life, wild and without rules often be the main triggers for the lack of attitude of prevention related to TRIAD KRR. Research Purpose: This research is conducted to find out the relationship between knowledge towards the attitude of preventing three basic threats to adolescent reproductive health (TRIAD KRR) among youth street singer (KPJ) in 2021. Research Methods: This research is a quantitative analytic survey with a cross sectional research design. The sampling technique is using probability sampling with purposive sampling and using 33 teenagers from the youth street singer community in Serang Regency as the sample. For the statistical test, this research is using Chi-Square. Research results: Based from the statistic test, obtained the p value = 0,005 < 0,05 (alpha) with 10.267 OR value and 95% value of CI level of confidence between 2.002-52.649. It can be conclude that there is a relationship between knowledge and TRIAD KRR precautionary attitude on youth street singer in Serang Regency in 2021. Suggestion: This research can be used as an initial data or an illustration to be able to develop further research. For an optimized result, another research can be conducted with different designs with another variety of variables and expand the range of respondents number.

Background : The causes of the postpartum blues include predisposing factors which include hormonal factors, physical fatigue, age, parity, pregnancy status, education level and marital status, enabling factors which include socio-economic as well as driving factors which include social support (Mansur in Hasanah, 2014). This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's support and the incidence of postpartum blues. Method : This study used an analytical survey research method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who gave birth at the Tanjung Balai Health Center, totaling 113 people. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using computer aids through the SPSS program. Result : The results of the chi square statistical test showed that the p value = 0.01, which means that the p value is less than 0.05 (0.01 <0.05). Congclusions : The conclusion is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that there is a relationship between husband's support for the incidence of postpartum blues.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that arises as a result of prolonged malnutrition. The incidence of stunting arises as a result of long-standing conditions such as poverty, improper parenting behavior, and frequent illnesses due to poor hygiene and sanitation. According to WHO, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is around 8.9 million, in Riau Islands as many as 262 cases, in Batam City as many as 154 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between economic status and the incidence of stunting. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Sambau, Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers aged 24-59 months, with a sample of 58 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data presented in tabular and textual form, data analysis using Chi-square. Result : The results obtained were low economic status (55.6%), and the incidence of stunting (39.7%). The results of the statistical test of economic status obtained a p-value of 0.004, so Ho is rejected. Conclusion :. There is a relationship between Parents' Knowledge of Toddler Nutrition and Family Economic Status with the Incidence of Stunting in Toddlers at the Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Sambau, Batam City. It is hoped that parents will pay more attention to the nutrition of children under five so that the incidence of stunting can be reduced.

Health Associated Infections (HAIs) are infections that occur in hospitals. One of the infections that occurs is bloodstream infections. This infection often occurs in patients who are infusions to prevent infection, nurses must use aseptic-aseptic techniques. Nurses' knowledge about HAIs is one of the things that can influence a person to apply sterile principles in order to prevent infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge about Health Associated Infections (HAIs) and the application of the sterile principle of infusion at the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional General Hospital, Southeast Aceh Regency. The type of research used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The sample of this research is the implementing nurse at the Regional General Hospital H. Sahudin Kutacane, Southeast Aceh Regency as many as 33 nurses. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The results of the study obtained that the majority of nurses' knowledge was sufficient, the application of the sterile principle was good. Chi-square statistical test obtained p value = 0.016, this shows that there is a relationship between nurses' knowledge about Health Associated Infections (HAIs) with the application of sterile principles of infusion at the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional General Hospital, Southeast Aceh Regency. Suggestions for nurses to pay more attention to septic-aseptic techniques when performing infusions.

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Di Indonesia data penelitian tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja menunjukkan 75% wanita di dunia pasti menderita leukore paling tidak sekali seumur hidup dan 45% diantaranya mengalami leukore sebanyak 2 kali atau lebih dan sekitar 15% terkena infeksi karena candida. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan mahasiswa STIKes Estu Utomo Prodi DIII Kebidanan semeseter I tahun 2018, 80% mengatakan pernah mengalami leokure, mereka menyatakan tidak megetahui apakah itu normal atau merupakan penyakit. Selain itu mereka mengatakan mempunyai kebiasaan tidak mengeringkan daerah genetalia setelah dari kamar mandi. Penyebab utama leuokore ialah infeksi (jamur, kuman dan parasit). Selain penyebab utama leukore juga dapat disebabkan kurangnya personal hygiene. Tujuan : Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene dengan kejadian leukore pada mahasiswa STIKes Estu Utomo Prodi DIII Kebidanan tahun 2018. Metode Penelitian : Jenis Penelitian survey dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa STIKes Estu Utomo Prodi DIII Kebidanan tahun akademik 2018/2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIKes Estu Utomo Prodi DIII Kebidanan  tingkat 1,2 dan 3 tahun akademik 2018/2019 sebanyak 87 responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Tabulasi silang hubungan antara variable bebas dan terikat dengan uji statistik chi-square menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Hasil : 16,09 % personal hygiene dalam kategori baik, 14,94 % dalam kategori cukup, 68,97% dalam kategori kurang dan 34,5 % mengalami leukore,65,4% tidak mengalami leukore. Terdapat hubungan personal hygiene dengan kejadian leukore (c2hitung = 7,449 dan ? value 0,02). Diharapkan STIKes Estu Utomo mengadakan kegiatan berupa konsultasi gratis tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja agar mahasiswa  dapat melakukan pencegahan leukore dengan personal hygiene yang baik. Kata kunci : personal hygiene, leukore                THE PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP OF HYGIENE WITH THE EVENT OF LEUKORE ABSTRACTBackground: In Indonesia research data on adolescent reproductive health shows that 75% of women in the world must have leukorrhea at least once in a lifetime and 45% of them have leukorrhea 2 times or more and about 15% are infected with candida. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of personal hygiene with the incidence of leukorrhea in Estu Utomo STIKes midwifery students in 2018. Research Methods: This type of survey research with cross sectional time approach. The population of this research is all students of STIKes Estu Utomo Study Program of Midwifery Diploma Academic Year 2018/2019. The sample in this study were students of the Estu Utomo STIKes Department of Midwifery Diploma III 1.2 and 3 academic year 2018/2019 as many as 87 respondents taken by total sampling technique. Cross tabulation of the relationship between independent and dependent variables with the chi-square statistical test using SPSS version 20 application. Results: 16.09% personal hygiene in the good category, 14.94% in the moderate category, 68.97% in the poor category and 34.5% had leukorrhea, 65.4% had no leukorrhea. There is a personal hygiene relationship with the incidence of leukorrhea (c2 count = 7.449 and ? value 0.02). ABSTRAKMasa remaja adalah suatu tahap dengan perubahan yang cepat dan penuh tantangan yang sulit. Berbagai tantangan ini kadang-kadang sulit diatasi walaupun secara fisik sudah dewasa namun secara psikologis belum tentu. Sebagian kelompok remaja mengalami kebingungan untuk memahami tentang apa yang boleh dilakukan dan apa yang tidak boleh dilakukan. Pada usia 15-19 tahun, proporsi terbesar berpacaran pertama kali pada usia 15-17 tahun. Sekita 33,3% remaja perempuan dan 34,5% remaja laki-laki yang berusia 15-19 tahun mulai berpacaran pada saat mereka berlum berusia 15 tahun. Pada usia tersebut dikhawatirkan belum memiliki perilaku pacaran tidak sehat, antara lain melakukan hubungan seks pra nikah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Kesehatan Reproduksi Dengan Perilaku Seksual Pada Siswi Kelas X-XI Di SMK Al-Asror Gunungpati, Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Menurut sifat dasar penelitian, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian analitik korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas X-XI Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 di SMK Al-Asror Gunungpati Kota Semarang. sejumlah adalah 35 responden. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling pada keseluruhan populasi. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji chi square yang dilakukan untuk mencari hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual  diperoleh hasil p value sebesar 0,195 ( 0,195 ? 0,05 ) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho diterima Ha ditolak artinya tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual . Saran Ditujukan kepada Tenaga Kesehatan, Peneliti, Institusi dan Masyarakat Khususnya remaja putri hendaknya tetap menjaga perilaku positif yang selama ini telah diterapkan Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Kesehatan Reproduksi, Perilaku Seksual.  ANALYSIS OF HEALTH KNOWLEDGE LEVELS REPRODUCTION WITH SEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN CLASS X - XI STUDENTS IN SMK AL-ASROR GUNUNGPATI SEMARANG CITYABSTRACTAdolescence is a stage of rapid change and full of difficult challenges. These challenges are sometimes difficult to overcome despite being physically mature but psychologically uncertain. Some groups of adolescents experience confusion about what to do and what not to do. At the age of 15-19 years, the largest proportion of dating was first aged 15-17 years. About 33.3% of female teenagers and 34.5% of male teenagers aged 15-19 start dating when they are not yet 15 years old. At that age it was feared that he did not yet have unhealthy courtship behavior, including pre-marital sex. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Relationship between Reproductive Health Knowledge Levels and Sexual Behavior in X-XI Grade Students at Al-Asror Gunungpati Vocational School, Semarang City. This study uses a cross sectional design. According to the nature of the study, this research is a type of correlation analytic study. The population in this study were students of class X-XI 2018/2019 Academic Year at Al-Asror Vocational School Gunungpati Semarang City. a number are 35 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique in the entire population. Analysis of the data in this study using the chi square test conducted to look for the relationship between the level of knowledge. Adolescent girls about reproductive health with sexual behavior obtained p value of 0.195 (0.195 ? 0.05 ) then it can be concluded that Ho is accepted Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge about reproductive health with sexual behavior.. Suggestions Aimed at Health Workers, Researchers, Institutions and Society Especially young women should continue to maintain positive behavior that has been applied so far. Keywords: Knowledge, Reproductive Health, Sexual Behavior.

For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

ABSTRACTBackground: Dysmenorrhea is a painful sensation, cramping in the lower abdomen which is often accompanied by other symptoms, such as sweating, headache, nausea, diarrhea, and tremors, all of which occur before or during menstruation. Teenage girls who experience dysmenorrhea can interfere with social or physical activities because when they are in pain, sufferers tend to be silent and even don't want to interact with other people, they tend to be more emotional. Emotional embodiment part of what a woman feels, a reaction to a certain event or situation. Emotional status and dysmenorrhea in women is a conscious experience that influences bodily activities and is psychologically able to influence a woman's emotions. Objective: To identify emotional status and to analyze the relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in young girls. Methods: Quantitative research, descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional research design with proportionate stratified random sampling technique, the sample of this study was 54 students of class X SMKN 12 Loa Buah Samarinda who experienced dysmenorrheaResults: Variable emotional status obtained positive emotional classification 33 (61, 1%) and negative emotions 21 (38.9%) respondents. Variable The degree of dysmenorrhea was classified as mild 35 (64.8%), moderate 12 (22.2%), severe 5 (9.3%) and unbearable 2 (3.7%). The test used Pearson Chi-square results obtained P value = 0.402, the significant level (α) is 0.05, then p> from α. This result means that Ho is accepted, there is no relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in young girls at SMKN 12 loa buah samarinda. Conclusion: There is no relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in adolescents at SMKN 12 Loa Buah Samarinda

Stunting is a global problem faced by the world and often occurs in children aged 3 – 5 years. The negative impact that will be caused by stunting in the 3-5 year age period in the long term is the disruption of children's psychosocial and motoric development. This study aims to see the relationship between motor and psychosocial development with stunting in preschool children (3 – 5 years) at the Baluse Health Center, Sigi Regency. The research design used was a cross-sectional study that assessed the relationship between motor and psychosocial development and stunting in preschool children (aged 3 – 5 years). The population used in this study were all preschool children (aged 3 – 5 years) with stunting in the Puskemas Baluse. The number of samples was 25 respondents who met the criteria for the research sample. The research was carried out at the Baluse Health Center, Sigi Regency from October 5 to 20, 2020. The research instrument used a questionnaire to measure the motoric and psychosocial development of children, while the measurement of stunting used microtoise and children's scales. The closeness and strength of the relationship between the two variables in this study used the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that most of the motor and psychosocial developments were in the abnormal category. The test of the relationship between motor and psychosocial development and stunting was carried out using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that the P-value = 0.016 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, this indicates that stunting has a significant relationship with the motoric and psychosocial development of children. This study concludes that stunting has a relationship with motor and psychosocial development of children aged 3 – 5 years. Stunting children mostly have an abnormal motor and psychosocial development.

Background : One of the problems that must be considered by young women is their reproductive health. It is very important to inform young women about the menstrual process knowledge so that they will be able to maintain personal hygiene. Lack of knowledge about personal hygiene can increase the risk of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of young girls and personal hygiene behavior. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at SMPN 036 Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all 270 students of SMPN 036 class VIII, with a total sample of 162, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square. Result :The results of the study were obtained from 162 respondents, the majority of respondents had good knowledge of 110 people (68%), and good personal hygiene behavior as many as 152 people (94%). Chi-square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.008 <0.05, conclusion : that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of uterine adolescents with personal hygiene behavior at SMPN 036 Batam City. Advice for teenagers to maintain personal hygiene behavior.

Consumption of iron tablet 1 tablet per day during pregnancy can cause constipation. Based on the results of preliminary study in the Bandar Village, Pacitan through interviews with 14 pregnant women there were 12 pregnant women who consumed iron tablet regularly and 8 pregnant women complain of difficulty to defecate while not experiencing constipation 4 pregnant women. From two pregnant women who did not consume fe tablets they didn’t get constipation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship consuming Fe tablet with constipation in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design conducted in March 2016. The population of all pregnant women in Bandar Village Bandar Subdistrict District of Pacitan as many as 33 pregnant women. The respondents ware all pregnant women in the Bandar Village Bandar district Pacitan. Using total sampling technique, the research was conducted on March 1 until March 30, 2016. The variable in this study is the fe tablet intake and incidence of constipation. The research instrument used was observation about fe tablet consumption and interviewing about incidence of constipation. The data were tabulated and analyzed using a statistical test Chi Square test determined significant with p> 0.05. From the results showed that majority of 19 pregnant women (57.5%) consume iron tablet regularly, and majority of 18 pregnant women (54.5%) got constipation. There was a relationship consuming Fe tablet constipation with in pregnant women in the Bandar Village district ofPacitan. Evidenced by the significant level of 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho refused. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about how to consume tablets fe correetly and balanced with foods contaiming high in fiber.
