Streptococcus agalactiae are pathogenic bacteria which cause vaginal infection. Vaginal and cervical infections in pregnant women can reduce elasticity of the membranes that cause premature rupture of membranes. This can also impact to neonatal morbidity and mortality in first week of birth. Kefir is known as a probiotic that can act as an immunomodulator. The role of kefir is believed to improve the immune system. The role of kefir in preventing infection is still rarely studied, especially as an immunomodulator and in reducing the number of pathogenic bacteria. This study aimed to evaluate superoxide dismutase (SOD) level, Malondialdehyde (MDA) level, and the population of the colonization Streptococcus agalactiae in BALB-C mice fed kefir. This study was true experimental with post test only control group design. Sample was BALB-C mice induced by Streptococcus agalactiae. SOD and MDA level was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Streptococcus agalactiae identification by colony count. The results of the one-way ANOVA analysis showed there was no significant differences between all groups for SOD levels (P 0.393). In the level of MDA there was also no difference between all groups (P 0.204). Whereas in the number of Streptococcus agalactiae colonies there was a significant difference (P 0.000) with the smallest number of colonies found at dose of 0.5 ml / day. Conclusion: kefir as a probiotic drink did not affect to the SOD and MDA level of BALB/ C mice induced by Streptococcus agalactiae, but kefir affected to number of Streptococcus agalactiae colonies. Further research needs to show the relation of kefir as probiotics with proinflammatory and other anti-inflammatory parameters such as interleukin and immunological vaginal mucosa.

The indirect cause of maternal death in Indonesia is “3T” factors, one of which is being late in knowing the danger signs of pregnancy. Health workers need to be aware of this because there is currently a pandemic that can make limited time for pregnancy checks. It can cause pregnant women to not have enough time for health education about the dangerous signs of pregnancy, so we need the right media for health education about danger signs of pregnancy. Industrial revolution 4.0 makes us unable to avoid using technology, including in the world of health. Augmented reality is part of it. It can be media for health education that you can use every time and everywhere with direct interaction. So, pregnant woman can use it to improve their knowledge. This study aims to determine whether there is knowledge improvement from pregnant women about danger signs of pregnancy after using augmented reality. This is a quantitative research with one group pre-post test design which requires 30 respondents. The result shows that there is an effect of augmented reality media on the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy in the form of increasing knowledge(p=0,001)

Diaper rash is inflammation that occurs in the area around the folds of the thighs, buttocks and genetalia. Diaper rash can be divided into 3 degrees, mild, moderate and severe. Diaper rash can be handled with non-pharmacological treatment by giving olive oil and virgin coconut oil (VCO). Olive oil is a vegetable oil containing oleic acid containing reserves and tocopherol α which works as an antioxidant that counteracts free radicals while VCO is a vegetable oil containing lauric acid and tocopherol α which contains the same function as olive oil. Olive oil has the highest content of oleic acid and tocopherol α, namely extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). This research aimed to prove If there is a difference between the provision of EVOO with VCO to prevent mild or moderate diaper rash in infants aged 6-12 months. This study used a Quasi Experiment research design type pre-test and post-test design. Samples were selected based on inclusion criteria with the number of samples (n = 32). 16 babies receive EVOO and 16 babies therapy at VCO. Bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed the influence of giving EVOO showed a p-value of 0.011 and a negative rating of 4.00 while the contribution of giving VCO showed a p-value of 0,000 and a negative rating of 8.50. The negative rating difference of 4.50 can be considered in comparison with the help of EVOO with VCO for the recovery of mild or moderate degrees of diaper rash in infants aged 6-12 months.

Stunting is one of the growth problems that occurs in children due to chronic malnutrition for a long period so that they are shorter and thinner than those at their age. If the children's growth is stunted, then the children’s development process that includes the development of fine motor, gross motor, language and personal-social can also be stunted. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of stunting on the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, language and personal-social of children aged 2-5 years in Desa Madiredo, Kecamatan Pujon, Kabupaten Malang. The design of this study was cross sectional. Stunting nutritional status was measured by the z-score of height for age (HAZ), it was obtained <-2 Standard Deviations based on World Health Organization standards, then the z-scores between the median age of WAZ < median age of HAZ < age chronological children were compared. Meanwhile, children’s development was measured using the Denver Development Screening Test II (Denver II). The subjects in this study were children aged 2-5 years in Desa Madiredo (n = 46) who fulfilled the inclusion criteria and were selected by purposive sampling method. The results of the study implementing the Fisher's Exact Test (α = 0.05) indicated that stunting did not have a significant effect on fine motor development (p value = 0.233) and gross motor (p value = 0.109). Meanwhile, stunting had a significant effect on the language development (p value = 0.022) and personal-social (p value = 0.004). The conclusion of this study was that stunting affected the language and personal-social development of children aged 2-5 years. The suggestion for the community was to pay attention continuously to the growth and development of children well, because both were closely interrelated to improve the quality of human resources. Indonesia is currently still experienced problems related to the high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). So that the government makes efforts to reduce MMR and IMR. In this effort, in 1994 the government issued the MCH booklet, which is one of the strategies in reducing maternal and infant mortality rates, this strategy involves empowering the community, especially families and communities. In order to ensure the use of the MCH handbook in the community, the implementation of the MCH handbook is coordinated directly by the respective regional health offices. During the pandemic postpartum mothers find it difficult to access health facilities because of the right to service. Therefore, to increase mother's knowledge, both about early detection of complications, health education, health promotion, it is hoped that mothers can support them through the KIA book that every pregnant and postpartum mother has. This study aims to determine the relationship between postpartum mother’s adherence to the use of MCH book as an education to prevent complications in the Pandemic Era in the Sebengkok Community Health Center. This type of research used analytical research with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who were in the working area of the pusksemas Sebengkok from January to June 2020. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the chi square test, the value of ρ = 0.011 was obtained, which shows ρ <α (0.05), which means that there is a relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge of the use of the MCH book during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The most common cause of patalogis leucorrhoea is infection, one of which is Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (VVC) caused by fungus, while 80% -90% is caused by Candida albicans. Approximately 90% of young women in Indonesia have the potential to experience vaginal discharge because Indonesia is a tropical climate. Alternative treatment for antifungal drugs is needed through the exploration of natural material sources that have the potential as antifungals to deal with this infection safely and easily. The design used in this study was experimental research by in vitro using the dilution method of the tube. Treatment concentrations are 45%; 40%; 35%; 30%; 25%; 20%, 15% and 0% with Candida albicans 104 CFU / ml samples from the microbiology laboratory of the medical faculty Brawijaya University and repeated 3 times. The result showed that at all concentrations, growth was still obtained in agar media so that it could be denied that the boiled water of avocado seeds had no effect on the growth of Candida albicans fungal colonies in vitro because there were still fungal colonies on the plates.

Prenatal attachment is an abstract and unidirectional bond between parents and the fetus that develops during pregnancy. It is closely associated with how the mother utilizes her abilities and knowledge to organize and perform the duties related to her maternal role attainment. We report a case of 15 years old girl admitted to the emergency room with an official request of visum et repertum in January 2018 due to becoming suspected sexual violence victim. The history of present illness revealed a 15 y.o. girl G1P0A0, singleton, at 34-36W Estimated Gestational Age with condyloma acuminata. During her pregnancy, she described relatively negative feelings about her pregnancy including shame, anxiety, and anger. She felt lack of energy and motivation since she became aware of her pregnancy, therefore spent her most of her time on the bed. Her IQ-test showed a profound intelligence rate followed by a total score of Strength and Difficulty Questionnaire (SDQ) 16, and scored low in Prenatal Attachment Inventory (PAI) at 31. We concluded that PA scoring can be utilized as a predictor of mother-infant bonding quality after birth, thus the instrument will be beneficial as initial screening before choosing appropriate management for vulnerable population mother.
