Nutritional health problems in adolescents are eating behaviors that do not conform to balanced nutritional guidelines, such as consuming less fruits and vegetables, consuming soft drinks, eating fast food, rarely breakfast, lack of physical activity, etc. This can happen due to the lack of knowledge that teenagers have about balanced nutrition. Therefore, health promotion is necessary to improve balanced nutritional knowledge in adolescents. This study aims to determine the effect of health promotion with booklet and video on knowledge of balanced nutrition in adolescents. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The study was conducted by health promotion using booklet and video. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 106 people consisting of 53 experimental groups and 53 control groups. Wilcoxon statistical test results on balanced nutrition knowledge provided with booklet and video obtained a p-value of 0,000. The results of the Mann Whitney statistical test on the knowledge of balanced nutrition obtained a p-value of 0,000. There is a difference in knowledge of balanced nutrition before and after health promotion is given both using booklet and video and there is a difference in knowledge of balanced nutrition after being given health promotion between using booklet and video. It is recommended that teenagers can apply balanced nutritional knowledge in their daily lives.

Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is the main cause of sudden death in a person. Sudden death due to ACS can be prevented if individuals who show symptoms of ACS immediately obtain health services. If the family (caregiver) has good knowledge about ACS, the delay can be avoided. The method of implementing health education that is safe to use during the COVID-19 pandemic is to be carried out virtually. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of virtual health education in increasing family knowledge about ACS. The research was carried out in the work area of the Andalas Public Health Center, Padang City. The type of research used is quantitative using a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design. The sample in this study were family members of individuals who are at high risk of experiencing ACS totaling 266 people consisting of 133 people in the case group and 133 others in the control group. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. Respondents' understanding of the material after health education, both in the case group and the control group, was evaluated using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed statistically using the SPSS program. The results showed that virtual health education had a positive effect on respondents' knowledge of ACS in the case group compared to the control group. The results showed that there was a significant effect of health education on knowledge (p value = 0.000) of respondents in the case group. However, there was no effect in the control group (p value 0,181). The health promotion team should continue to provide health education to the public about ACS during COVID-19 pandemic using virtual media. Thus, health promotion programs can continue to be carried out without having to worry about the spread of the corona virus.

Advances in technology and high activities at work cause a person to prefer fast food, increasing the risks of high cholesterol levels. Meanwhile, the healing of hypercholesterolemia requires a long treatment time. One of them is non-pharmacological treatment using Vernonia amygdalina (African bitter leaf) tea. This study analyzes V.amygdalina (African bitter leaf) effectiveness for reducing the cholesterol levels in individuals with hypercholesterolemia. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental design, with a non-equivalent control group design. The population involved individuals with hypercholesterolemia in the village of Kedensari RW 05 Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. There were 40 respondents in this study using the purposive sampling technique – 20 respondents in the experimental group and 20 respondents in the control group. The independent variable was V.amygdalina tea, whereas the dependent variable was cholesterol levels. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests. The p-value of the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney signed-ranks test was (0.000)<α(0.005), which illustrated that V.amygdalina (African bitter leaf) tea was useful for the treatment of hypercholesterolemia. In conclusion, tea made from African bitter leaf affects in reducing cholesterol levels. Therefore, this paper recommends using V.Amygdalina in other management forms besides tea because of its rich benefits as an alternative non-pharmacological hypercholesterolemia treatment.

Before performing puerperal gymnastic, the average of the Fundal Height (Tinggi Fundus Uteri) of the intervention group was 10.9 cm, and the average of Fundal Height of the control group was 10.9 cm. The statistical test obtained p-value=0.457, which means there is no difference in the average the Fundal Height between the intervention group and the control group. Whereas after childbirth exercise, the average of Fundal Height of the intervention group was 0.9 cm, and the average of  Fundal Height of the control group was 7.3 cm. Statistical test obtained p-value <0.001.To sum up, there is an effect of puerperal exercise on uterine involution speed. Suggestions for Puskesmas Kampung Baru, especially the midwives, are to provide postpartum gymnastics services for postpartum mothers to accelerate uterine involution.
