Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan dan kesiapan menikah emerging adult perempuan di Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan secara online pada 128 responden perempuan dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner persepsi keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan yang disusun berdasarkan teori Pleck (2010) dan kuEsioner kesiapan menikah yang berdasarkan teori Blood (1978), beserta satu aitem pendukung penelitian dengan total keseluruhan 88 aitem. Kedua alat ukur tersebut disusun secara mandiri melalui uji coba terpakai. Reliabilitas kesiapan menikah menunjukkan nilai 0,776 dan persepsi keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan menunjukkan nilai 0,995, artinya, kedua alat ukur yang digunakan memiliki reliabilitas yang tinggi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Pearson Product Moment Correlation, dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan dengan kesiapan menikah yang signifikan pada emerging adult perempuan di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk dunia psikologi pendidikan dan perkembangan terkait dengan topik kesiapan menikah. This study aimed to determine the relationship between Perceived Father Involvement and Readiness for Marriage in Emerging Adult Female in Surabaya. There were 128 female respondents between 18-25 years old, and the data were collected online. The instruments used were Perceived Father Involvement Questionnaire based on Pleck’s theory (2010), Readiness for Marriage based on Blood’s theory (1978), and one supporting item totaling 88 items. The measuring instruments were arranged independently through a preliminary study. The Readiness of Marriage’s reliability value was 0.0776, and the Perceived Father Involvement value was 0.995, confirming that the two measuring instruments have high reliability. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation on IBM Statistics 22. The significant value was 0.007. Thus, there was a significant correlation between readiness for marriage and perceived father involvement in emerging adult females in Surabaya. The research result can be used as a reference for educational and developmental psychology, particularly related to readiness for marriage.

This study aims to determine the relationship between mother’s secure attachment to the readiness of prepubertal girl to face first menstruation (menarche). The participants were 74 elementary students at V and VI grade in Budi Mulia Elementary School, Seturan. This study used quantitative research method. Measuring instruments were menarche preparedness scale and secure attachment scale. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a statistical technique test of Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS software. The results showed a correlation coefficient (rxy) = .305 with significance level of p=.008 (p<.01), so the hypothesis was accepted. This result indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between mother’s secure attachment to the pre-pubertal girls’ readiness to face first menstruation (menarche).

This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with anxiety reduction in students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia Medan 2016/2017. This study used quantitative approach. Measuring instruments used in the form of emotional intelligence scales are based on the theory of emotional intelligence by Goleman who has 30 items and anxiety reduction scales that are based on Conroy's theory have 30 items. The samples of this study were 80 students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia. The data analysis method used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment correlation with the correlation r = -0,649, with a significant p = 0,000 means (p <0.01). The results of the research showed that there was negative but significant correlation between emotional intelligence and student anxiety reduction. This shows that the higher emotional intelligence possessed by students, the easier it is to anxiety reduction, and the lower the emotional intelligence possessed by students, the more difficult it is to anxiety reduction.

Background; Immunization is an effort to provide immunity to infants and children to prevent certain diseases. Based on a preliminary study at BPM Ny. Sutarti, Amd., Keb of 10 mothers who immunized their babies base, in getting (60%) mothers properly immunized their babies and (40%) did not properly immunize their babies. Knowledge of mothers about immunization will affect the implementation of immunization. If the mother's knowledge about giving good immunization is expected to provide immunization to children on schedule. Research purposes; To find out the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about immunization and the completeness of basic childhood immunizations. Research methods; Observational analytics with a Cross Sectional time approach to mothers who fully immunize their children, namely 22 people for 2 months. To find out the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about immunization and the completeness of basic immunizations of children used the chi square formula. Research result; 14 respondents (63.6%) had high knowledge, 5 respondents (22.7%) were moderate knowledge and 3 respondents were knowledgeable low (13.6%), while respondents gave complete immunizations of 19 respondents (86.4%) and those who did not give a complete immunization of 3 respondent (13.6%). Data analysis using s-quare chi with p value = 0.410, obtained results of Xcount <Xtabel so that Ho is accepted. Conclusion; Research shows that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about immunization and the completeness of basic childhood immunizations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of involvement of fathers in parenting with children's independence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. The independent variable in this study is the involvement of fathers in parenting, and the dependent variable is the independence of children. Data retrieval is done using the scale of father involvement in child care and the independence scale is based on a Likert scale. In this study validity test using Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha with SPSS 22.0 computer program. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient between father involvement in parenting and the independence of children was 0.579 with p0,000 less than 0.05. conclusions obtained are Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between the involvement of fathers in the care of children and the independence of children in Ibtidaiyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta in a positive direction. This means that the higher the involvement of the father in caring for the child, the better the child's independence. Keywords: Father's involvement, independence, early childhood

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship and influence of leadership and motivation to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The research method was used with Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causality relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. From this research result was found there is a relationship and influence which is significant between the variables of leadership motivation to employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor among variables by using the test F, where F count larger than F table (32.173 > 3.158). Conclusion: There is a significant effect that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0530, which means that the variables of leadership and motivation are giving contribution of 53.0% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor, while the remaining 47.0% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, leadership which was contained in the company would need to be more increased, considers motivation of employees was good enough.

This study aims to determine the relations between metacognitive to science process skills on grade VIII students MTs Negeri 3 Parigi. This research is descriptive, the approach used is a quantitative approach, manifested in the form of numbers analyzed by statistics and the results are described. The population is students of MTs Negeri 3 Parigi Academic Year 2017-2018 with a population of three classes, with a sample of 30 students. The instrument used is a metacognitive questionnaire consisting of 50 questions and an essay about science process skills 6 questions test. The result of the prerequisite test of the research result is all metacognitive indicators of normal and linear distributed and based on the regression feasibility test show that all data is feasible for regression test. The result of the regression test and test of determination to obtain a value which is not significant. Based on the results of the research analysis it can be concluded that the relationship of each metacognitive indicator to science process skills was not significant even there were metacognitive indicators that reverse direction significantly. The magnitude of the relationship of each metacognitive indicator with science process skills maximum 15.3%.
