Samosir Regency is an area that has the potential to be developed as a tourism destination through the utilization of various potential natural beauty, local wisdom, and the historical value of cultural civilization, so as to increase regional income, improve the community's economy, grow the business sector, introduce local cultural values, and contribute in developing the world of education. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of tourism in Samosir Regency as a tourist attraction. Data were collected through observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the data will be used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism objects in Samosir Regency. The conclusion of this study states that for the tourism development strategy of Samosir Regency, they are (1) improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure that supports tourism, (2) increasing tourism activities on a national and international scale, (3) promoting attractions on an ongoing basis to the national and international level, (4) developing various values of tourist attraction products, (5) involving the participation of the community and all interested parties in the management of attractions, and (6) improving the competency of human resources for tourism actors.

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. Meanwhile the threat faced by Tunda Island is currently the operation of sand miners and the lack of attention from the local government.   Keywords: Development Strategy, Tunda Island, Marine Tourism

The purpose of this study was to determine the D'MOOAT Tourism development strategy in Moat Village, Moat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months, from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with 51 people consisting of D’MOOAT owners, employees, Sangadi (Head of Village) and visitors who came to the tourist attractions. This study uses a SWOT analysis model (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the D'MOOAT tourist attraction has a very attractive tourist attraction that offers a natural panorama of the moat lake where the playground for children also offers a view of the strawberry garden and ornamental flowers which are an attraction for tourists who come to these attractions.*eprm*

The research objective was to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and to analyze strategies to develop the tourist attraction of the waterfall in Sambangan Village. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and document recording was analyzed with qualitative analysis to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and SWOT analysis to formulate a waterfall tourism development strategy. The results showed (1) classification of waterfall tourism potential in Sambangan Village, namely the classification of low tourism potential (Barak Wall Waterfall), medium tourism potential classification (Changing Waterfall, Dedari Waterfall, Cemara Waterfall), and high tourism potential classification ( Aling Aling Waterfall, Kembar Waterfall, Kroya Waterfall, Pucuk Waterfall) and (2) A strategic plan for developing a waterfall tourist attraction, namely by developing and improving various components including tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities, institutions, and preservation. environment to increase tourists to the waterfall in Sambangan Village.

 This study aims to identify internal and external factors that support and hold up the development of attractions in Goa Tengkorak. This Study also aims to describe a strategy for tourism development Goa Tengkorak by using SWOT analysis. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative method.The results showed thatthe supporting factor in developing Goa Tengkorak is the human skull in the cavewhich is a unique attraction and this location near another tourist attraction have chance to be sustainable tourism. On the other side, the inhibitors factor in developing Goa Tengkorak is there is no expert team of who conduct regular maintenance of the skulls in the cave and the weakness of regulation to managing Goa Tengkorak. Referring to these factors, a suitable development strategy for the Goa Tengkorak is to re-organize the "Bontang" tradition, maximizing promotion by utilizing technology, utilizing natural resources and arts to produce souvenirs of Goa Tengkorak. Keywords: Development Strategy, Goa Attraction, SWOT analysisABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari segi internal dan eksternal dalam pengembangan objek wisata Goa Tengkorak dan mendeskripsikan strategi bagi pengembangan dalam wisata Goa Tengkorak dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan objek wisata Goa Tengkorak adalah atraksi wisata yang unik yaitu tengkorak manusia yang ada didalam goa dan lokasi objek wisata yang berdekatan dengan objek wisata lain berpeluang menjadi objek wisata yang berkelanjutan. Disisi lain, faktor penghambat dalam mengembangkan objek wisata Goa Tengkorak yaitu belum ada tim ahli yang melakukan perawatan secara berkala terhadap tengkorak-tengkorak yang ada didalam goa dan lemahnya regulasi dalam mengelola objek wisata tersebut. Mengacu pada faktor-faktor tersebutstrategi pengembangan yang cocok untuk obyek wisata Goa Tengkorak adalah menyelenggarakan kembali tradisi “Bontang”, memaksimalkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada, pemanfaatan kekayaan alam dan seni untuk menghasilkan cinderamata khas obyek wisata Goa Tengkorak. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengembangan, Obyek Wisata Goa, analisis SWOT

This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan di Kota Bitung, Indonesia The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has set Bitung City as one of the locations for minapolitan program implementations based capture fisheries. Minapolitan's fisheries Bitung City is a neighborhood-based economic development fishing effort developed in an integrated manner by the government, the privatesectorand community to create a business climate forbetter for regional economic growth, job creation and community income neighborhood Bitung City. This study aimsto analyze the policy strategy for developingMinapolitan Region of the City of Bitung through SWOT analysis and determinepriorities for the development strategy of Bitung city Minapolitan Region. The research method is a survey study, data were collected through interviews and direct observation and literature. SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Furthermore, to determine the alternative development strategy used OSPM. The study concluded that the strategies that can be used for the development Minapolitan in Bitung are as follows: 1) optimization of fisheriesproduction; 2) improve the facilities, infrastructure and transport infrastructure and fishing port; 3) by improving the quality of human resources in fishing; 4) improving the quality of fisheriesproducts to be able to compete infree market; 5) to build the collective awareness to stay remain committed and consistent in developing minapolitan; 6) industrialization of fisheries bu supportingSpecial Economic Zone (SEZ).Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan telah menetapkan Kota Bitung sebagai salah satu lokasi implementasi program minapolitan berbasis perikanan tangkap. Kawasan minapolitan perikanan tangkap di Kota Bitung adalah suatu kawasan pengembangan ekonomi berbasis usaha penangkapan ikan yang dikembangkan secara terintegrasi oleh pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih baik untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pendapatan masyarakat kawasan Kota Bitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi kebijakan pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan kota Bitung melalui analisis SWOTdan menetapkan prioritas strategi pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan kota Bitung. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian survei, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung dan literatur. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Selanjutnya untuk menentukan alternatif strategi pengembangan digunakan OSPM. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan minapolitan di Bitung sebagai berikut: 1) optimalisasi produksi perikanan; 2) meningkatkan sarana, prasarana dan infrastruktur transportasi dan pelabuhan perikanan; 3) peningkatan kualitas SDM nelayan; 4) peningkatan kualitas produk perikanan untuk dapat berdaya saing dipasar bebas; 5) membangun kesadaran kolektif tetap komitmen dan konsisten dalam mengembangkan minapolitan; 6) industrialisasi perikanan dengan mensuport KEK.

Pemerintah terus berupaya melakukan pengembangan obyek-obyek pariwisata di Indonesia guna menarik wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Adapun salah satu contoh obyek pariwisata yang terus dikembangkan hingga saat ini adalah obyek wisata Kebun Refugia di Kabupaten Magetan. Obyek wisata ini merupakan salah satu sektor pariwisata unggulan di Kabupaten Magetan akan tetapi masih kurangnya fasilitas yang disediakan mengakibatkan kualitas pelayanan kurang maksimal. Dibutuhkan strategi dari Pemerintah Daerah melalu Dinas Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura Perkebunan dan Tanaman Pangan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Kebun Refugia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen strategi dalam upaya pengembangan obyek wisata Kebun Refugia di Dinas Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura Perkebunan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Magetan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada manajemen strategi dengan menggunakan teori strategi pengembangan pariwisata menurut Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor PM.35/UM.001/MPEK/2012 yang terdiri dari strategi pengembangan pariwisata, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, strategi investasi dan strategi pengelolaan lingkungan. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan antara lain wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan proses pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penyajian data dan serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menunjukkan strategi yang dilakukan oleh dinas terkait dalam mengembangan obyek wisata Kebun Refugia penulis menggunakan 4 indikator yaitu, pertama strategi sumber daya pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif dengan mengembangan obyek wisata Kebun Refugia Magetan, penyediaan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana bagi pengunjung yang terus ditingkatkan, kedua strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan merekrut pegawai yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan persyaratan khusus yang telah ditentukan,  yang ke tiga strategi investasi pihak pengelola memanfaatkan media social Facebook, Instagram yang murah, mudah, serta cepat  dan yang ke empat strategi pengelolaan lingkungan yang ramah dan hemat energi dengan menggunakan air kolam tanpa kaporit, serta tetap melestarikan pohon-pohon, serta menyediakan bak-bak sampah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Strategi, Pengembangan Wisata, Kebun Refugia   The government continues to develop tourism objects in Indonesia to attract tourists both domestic and foreign. One example of a tourism object that continues to be developed until now is the tourist attraction Of Refugia Garden in Magetan Regency. This tourist attraction is one of the leading tourism sectors in Magetan Regency. However, the lack of available facilities resulted in the quality of service is not maximal.The Local Government through the Department of Horticultural Food Crops Plantation and Food Crops need a strategy to improve the quality of services in the Refugia Garden. The aim of the xtudy is to  describe strategy management as an effort to develop tourism objects Refugia Garden at the Department of Food Crops Horticulture Plantation and Food Security Magetan Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This study also focuses on the management of strategies using tourism development theory according to Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.35/UM.001/MPEK/2012, which consists of tourism development strategy; human resource development strategies; investment strategies; and environmental management strategies. Data collection techniques that used are interviews, observations, and documentations. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out by the process of data collection; data processing; presentation of data; and conclusion. To show the strategy carried out by the agency related to the development of tourism objects Refugia Garden, the study use 4 indicators. First, the strategy of tourism resources and creative economy by developing tourism objects Refugia Magetan Garden and the provision of facilities and infrastructure for visitors are constantly improved. Second, the human resource development strategy by recruiting employees who are by the specific qualifications and requirements that have been determined. Third, the management's investment strategy utilizes Facebook and Instagram social media that are cheap, easy, and fast. And fourth, a friendly and energy-efficient environmental management strategy by using pond water without chlorine, preserving trees, and providing garbage cans. Serayu Lestari Baths is an artificial tourist destination and one of the leading tourist destinations in Samarinda. This study aims to find out and analyze how the strategy for developing the tourist attraction of the Serayu Lestari Baths in Samarinda and what obstacles are faced by managers in developing Serayu Lestari Baths tourism. This type of research is qualitative. Sources of research data are Key Informants and Informants. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are data redaction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Serayu Lestari Baths Tourism Attraction Development Strategy in Samarinda, the manager of the Serayu Lestari Baths has made developments in terms of, Accessibility has made road improvements, made directions to tourist sites and can be passed by public or online transportation. In Amenities, the manager has completed adequate facilities for visitors. In Hospitality at the Serayu Lestari Baths, the surrounding community and employees are very friendly to visitors. In the Serayu Lestari Baths Attraction, several attractions are still under construction. And the obstacle in developing the sustainable Serayu Baths is the lack of budget funds to develop the attractions in the Serayu Lestari Baths.

Gunung Suku Village has a natural, social cultural appeal that is very diverse and potentially become a tourist attraction, but this potential tourism has not been developed well and maximal to becomes a tourist destination. This study aims to formulate effective strategies for the development of agrotourism in Gunung Suku Village. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Purposive sampling used in this study for determination of sample,  Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive approach, IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate the potential of coffee plantation areas has not been developed, due to the lack of human resources, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure of tourism activities and the weak role of local government. The general strategy is in quadrant II, namely the development strategy of attractiveness. Alternative strategies (1) SO strategies (a) Strategies for developing potential to the fullest, (b) Strategies for developing marketing and promoting tourist attraction, (c) Development strategies for making tour packages. (2) ST Strategy (a) Community-based agrotourism development strategy, (b) Development Strategy by highlighting different potentials from other regions. (3) WO Strategy (a) HR development strategies especially in the field of tourism, (b) Accessibility development strategies, (c) Strategies to develop places to stay, eat drinks and gift shops. (4) WT Strategy (a) Increasing Public Awareness to conserve and preserve local culture, as well as the emergence of many competitors, (b) Increase cooperation with all stakeholders, (c) Improve the development of human recources in the tourms sector. Agrotourism development requires cooperation with all stakeholders in order to improve the qualityof human resources, accessibility, facilities and institutions, so that it has a direct impact on the income of the villagers of Gunung Suku Village.
