Pemerintah terus berupaya melakukan pengembangan obyek-obyek pariwisata di Indonesia guna menarik wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Adapun salah satu contoh obyek pariwisata yang terus dikembangkan hingga saat ini adalah obyek wisata Kebun Refugia di Kabupaten Magetan. Obyek wisata ini merupakan salah satu sektor pariwisata unggulan di Kabupaten Magetan akan tetapi masih kurangnya fasilitas yang disediakan mengakibatkan kualitas pelayanan kurang maksimal. Dibutuhkan strategi dari Pemerintah Daerah melalu Dinas Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura Perkebunan dan Tanaman Pangan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Kebun Refugia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen strategi dalam upaya pengembangan obyek wisata Kebun Refugia di Dinas Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura Perkebunan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Magetan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada manajemen strategi dengan menggunakan teori strategi pengembangan pariwisata menurut Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor PM.35/UM.001/MPEK/2012 yang terdiri dari strategi pengembangan pariwisata, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, strategi investasi dan strategi pengelolaan lingkungan. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan antara lain wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan proses pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penyajian data dan serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menunjukkan strategi yang dilakukan oleh dinas terkait dalam mengembangan obyek wisata Kebun Refugia penulis menggunakan 4 indikator yaitu, pertama strategi sumber daya pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif dengan mengembangan obyek wisata Kebun Refugia Magetan, penyediaan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana bagi pengunjung yang terus ditingkatkan, kedua strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan merekrut pegawai yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan persyaratan khusus yang telah ditentukan,  yang ke tiga strategi investasi pihak pengelola memanfaatkan media social Facebook, Instagram yang murah, mudah, serta cepat  dan yang ke empat strategi pengelolaan lingkungan yang ramah dan hemat energi dengan menggunakan air kolam tanpa kaporit, serta tetap melestarikan pohon-pohon, serta menyediakan bak-bak sampah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Strategi, Pengembangan Wisata, Kebun Refugia   The government continues to develop tourism objects in Indonesia to attract tourists both domestic and foreign. One example of a tourism object that continues to be developed until now is the tourist attraction Of Refugia Garden in Magetan Regency. This tourist attraction is one of the leading tourism sectors in Magetan Regency. However, the lack of available facilities resulted in the quality of service is not maximal.The Local Government through the Department of Horticultural Food Crops Plantation and Food Crops need a strategy to improve the quality of services in the Refugia Garden. The aim of the xtudy is to  describe strategy management as an effort to develop tourism objects Refugia Garden at the Department of Food Crops Horticulture Plantation and Food Security Magetan Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This study also focuses on the management of strategies using tourism development theory according to Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.35/UM.001/MPEK/2012, which consists of tourism development strategy; human resource development strategies; investment strategies; and environmental management strategies. Data collection techniques that used are interviews, observations, and documentations. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out by the process of data collection; data processing; presentation of data; and conclusion. To show the strategy carried out by the agency related to the development of tourism objects Refugia Garden, the study use 4 indicators. First, the strategy of tourism resources and creative economy by developing tourism objects Refugia Magetan Garden and the provision of facilities and infrastructure for visitors are constantly improved. Second, the human resource development strategy by recruiting employees who are by the specific qualifications and requirements that have been determined. Third, the management's investment strategy utilizes Facebook and Instagram social media that are cheap, easy, and fast. And fourth, a friendly and energy-efficient environmental management strategy by using pond water without chlorine, preserving trees, and providing garbage cans. The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. Meanwhile the threat faced by Tunda Island is currently the operation of sand miners and the lack of attention from the local government.   Keywords: Development Strategy, Tunda Island, Marine Tourism

This article discusses the urgency of a management development program. A development principle that combines experiential learning, classroom learning and learning through others. The program development strategy can run well if it is accompanied by a well-planned human resource and capacity development program. So that it is expected to be able to help achieve the goals in producing high quality human resources. The human resource development strategy is a plan on how the quality of human resources can develop into a better direction and increase their work capacity. and have good loyalty to the company. Human resource development is needed for the continuity of a company so that it can develop more dynamically. because human resources are the most important element in a company.

Samosir Regency is an area that has the potential to be developed as a tourism destination through the utilization of various potential natural beauty, local wisdom, and the historical value of cultural civilization, so as to increase regional income, improve the community's economy, grow the business sector, introduce local cultural values, and contribute in developing the world of education. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of tourism in Samosir Regency as a tourist attraction. Data were collected through observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the data will be used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism objects in Samosir Regency. The conclusion of this study states that for the tourism development strategy of Samosir Regency, they are (1) improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure that supports tourism, (2) increasing tourism activities on a national and international scale, (3) promoting attractions on an ongoing basis to the national and international level, (4) developing various values of tourist attraction products, (5) involving the participation of the community and all interested parties in the management of attractions, and (6) improving the competency of human resources for tourism actors.

This study aims to identify local wisdom in Green Village Gedangsari, Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses qualitative method with combined data collection technique, there are observation, interview, and documentation. Some invention that have been identified as the findings of this research are (1) Tourism development in Green Village Gedangsari; (2) Some of the taboos that local people believe; (3) Local culinary; (4) The place of the sacred; (5) Nyadran and Rosulan Traditions; and (6) 4G development plan by Gedangsari community. The impact of Globalization creates a competitive horizon with new markets, new products, new mindsets, new competencies, and new ways of thinking about business. As an outcome of this, the market places become more complex, uncertain, competitive, and transformational. In this era, the major challenge faced by any organization is to maintain a peaceful as well positive culture and climate inside the organization. The human resource development climate of an organization plays a significant role in ensuring the competency, motivation, and development of its employees. Here the term climate denotes the quality of the internal environment. It influences morale and the attitudes of the individual toward his work and his environment. Culture refers to the deep structure of organizations, which is rooted in the values, beliefs, and assumptions held by organizational members. The study was aimed to analyze the Human Resource Development culture and climate of chemical-based public sector enterprises in Kerala. The results indicated that the Human Resource Development climate in an organization is average and the perception of employees regarding Human Resource Development culture and climate does not differs significantly based on age, job approval status, and qualification. But it differs significantly based on gender and experiences.

Reform and regional autonomy is actually a new hope for the goverment and village communities to build their villages according to the needs and aspirations of the community. The implementation of development in the village is intended to improve the standard of living and welfare of the village community itself through the establishment of policies, program activities that are in accordance with the essence of the problem and priority needs of the village community. The Village Consultative Division (BPD in Indonesian) is an institution of the realization pf democracy from the village community or an institution that represents the voice of the community and is a working partner of the village Government in administering The Goverment in the village head along with his device was overseen by the Village Consultative Division (BPD in Indonesian). The method of the approach used in this study is the Juridical Sociological approach, it uses the Juridical Sociological. The selection results obtained include : 1) Inbiting factors influenced by human resource factors both from the village Government itself as the highest office holder in the village, as well as from PD members who are tasked with assisting in the implementation of the legislative functions of approval and discussion of illage regulations. 2) Solutions and efforts, the village Goernment is expected to conduct training in human resource development such as improving the quality of education and developing capabilities in shapping regulations.

Loyalty has become a serious concern for the managers of tourist villages because the loyalty of tourists is a guarantee of tourism business to be sustainable. The purpose of this study is to examine how the loyalty of tourists can be created by the factors of the tourist attraction, safety, and amenities, with loyalty as an intervening, on the model of Community-Based Tourism development in Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran Tourism Village. The analytical method used is path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the tourist attraction is a dominant factor that gives a positive influence on the loyalty of tourists through intervention variable satisfaction. Other factors studied, namely safety and tourist facilities are not proven to affect the loyalty of tourists. This research recommends that loyalty of tourists can be achieved through efforts to improve the quality of tourist attraction.

Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas dihasilkan melalui proses pelaporan keuangan yang efektif atau mencapai tujuan pembuatannya. Terdapat lebih dari satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaporan keuangan. Di antara faktor-faktor tersebut, kompetensi sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaporan keuangan. Kompetensi merupakan serangkaian kombinasi dari pengetahuan, kemampuan, keahlian, dan sikap yang terdapat dalam diri sumber daya manusia untuk menjalankan tugasnya dan memperoleh hasil yang unggul. Keberadaan sumber daya manusia dalam proses pelaporan keuangan adalah sangat penting karena rasio, rasa, dan karsa merupakan hal-hal yang dimiliki hanya oleh sumber daya manusia dibandingkan sumber daya yang lainnya. Sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam pelaporan keuangan harus memiliki kompetensi yang cukup agar dapat memenuhi atau melebihi kriteria pelaporan keuangan efektif yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi yang rendah menyebabkan proses pelaporan keuangan memiliki kualitas rendah. Proses pelaporan keuangan dengan kualitas rendah akan menghasilkan informasi yang tidak akurat, menyesatkan, dan tidak lengkap. Tujuan yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui seberapa banyak pengaruh yang sumber daya manusia berikan terhadap pelaporan keuangan. Karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian akuntansi dan bagian lain yang berhubungan dengan fungsi akuntansi pada perusahaan manufaktur di Kota Bandung adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini dan 53 orang merupakan jumlah sampel yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan survei berupa kuesioner fisik sebagai teknik dan alat pengumpulan data sehingga data yang didapatkan merupakan data primer. Data yang telah didapatkan kemudian diuji menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh terhadap pelaporan keuangan. Kata kunci: kompetensi SDM, pelaporan keuangan Quality financial reports are produced through an effective financial reporting process or achieve the objectives of its creation. There are more than one factors that affect financial reporting’s effectiveness. Among those factors, human resource competency is one factor that affect financial reporting’s effectiveness. Competency is a series of combinations of knowledge, skill, expertise, and attitude contained in human resource to carry out their duties and obtain superior results. Existence of human resource in financial reporting process are crucial because idea, feeling, and intention are things that only owned by human resource compared with other resources. Human resources embroiled in financial reporting must have sufficient competency to meet or exceed the established effective financial reporting criteria. Human resource with lack of competency causes low quality of financial reporting process. Low quality financial reporting process cause inaccurate, misleading, and incomplete information. This research aim to examine how much influence that human resource’s competency gave towards financial reporting. Employees who work in the accounting department and other department related to accounting function in manufacturing companies in Bandung are population in this research and 53 people are the number of sample used. In this research, survey in the form of physical questionnaire was used as technique and tool of data collection so the data obtained is primary data. Data that has been obtained then tested by SPSS application. The result of this research indicate that human resource’s competency has an effect towards financial reporting. <p><em>Development strategy of human resource management for millennial generation is a step purposed at producing superior individuals who have characteristics and abilities that can compete and have a sale value that can be relied on either in a company or organization. The purposes of this study was to answering the formulation of problems regarding the characteristics of millennial generation related to work culture and human resource development strategies for millennial generation.</em><em> The research method used descriptive qualitative by </em><em>library research or literature study.</em><em> The results of this study prove that </em>t<em>he strategy being carried out is a way to improve the ability of every individual likes a training responsibility, intensive learning, behavior modification, immediate information, learning practice and patterns. Supporting sustainable factors are ability, motivation and opportunity.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>
