This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. Abstract The Conception of Community Life in Petatah Petitih Minangkabau with The Indigeneous Approach. This study aims to identify the Minangkabau conceptions values as depicted in the petatah petitih Minang (proverb). This research examines Minang Proverb with the Indigenous Psychology approach. Qualitative research methods, describing, interpreting the concept of values in the Minangkabau community which is illustrated by the Minang proverb. The data collection technique used is desk research and interview. Sources of literature study are from the Minangkabau Adat textbook obtained from the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau pavilion in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; the results of previous studies / research, and relevant information from online mass media. Online Interview was conducted with the Chief Advisor of the Bundo Kanduang Council Organization Advisor Solok City, West Sumatra. The results show that there are ten values or Minangkabau life concept which are contained in the Minang proverb which is inherent in the Minang identity, namely; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi –malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; loyal; fair; thrifty; watchful; braveness; wise diligent and humble. Key words: Minangkabau conceptions, Minang proverb, Indigenous psychology Abstrak Konsep Pola Hidup Masyarakat dalam Petatah Petitih Minangkabau dengan Pendekatan Indigenius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsepsi nilai-nilai adat yang berkaitan dengan pola hidup masyarakat Minangkabau (Minang) yang tergambar dalam Petatah Petitih (pepatah) Minang. Penelitian ini mengkaji psikologi yang lekat pada budaya adat Minangkabau yang tertuang dalam Pepatah Minang dengan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology (Psikologi Indigenius). Metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan, menafsirkan konsepsi nilai-nilai adat pada masyarakat Minangkabau yang tergambar pepatah Minang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan (desk research) dan wawancara. Sumber studi kepustakaan adalah dari buku teks Adat Minangkabau yang diperolah dari anjungan Rumah Gadang Minangkabau di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; hasil kajian/penelitian sebelumnya, dan informasi yang relevan dari media massa daring. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Penasehat Organisasi Bundo Kanduang Kota Solok Sumatera Barat secara daring. Hasil menunjukan terdapat sepuluh nilai atau konsep pola hidup masyarakat Minang yang tertuang dalam pepatah minang yang melekat pada jati diri orang Minang yakni; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi-malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; setia; adil; hemat cermat; waspada; berani karena benar; arif bijaksana; rajin dan rendah hati. Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. This study aims to examine social justice and human rights from the government’s perspective to promote Sustainable Development as well as from an agricultural perspective. This research method is qualitative research with literature study. literature study is carried out to find out various distances or findings that have not been found in previous research as a comparison in conducting current research. The literature findings show that some of the main topics appear most frequently based on data from Scopus, vosviewer and Nvivo12 plus. The results of this study of Global Governance of Human Rights with a total of 78 documents, but it is not comparable to the reality on the ground; namely, there are still many cases of human rights, racism and conflicts between black and white groups. Second, Global Human Rights Governance has an important role in the methodology of human rights analysis. From the perspective of global governance, the concept of sustainability is correlated with the idea of human rights such as the emergence of development in rural communities’ agricultural land which causes changes in their livelihoods as farmers which affect the economy and the surrounding environment. The purpose of the research that researchers do is to find out the extent of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which is used in research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the natural conditions of objects, where researchers act as key instruments, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize more meaning than generalization. The technique used in taking samples is to use purposive sampling, which is sampling based on needs, so the samples in this study were 4 people. As for what is determined to be the informant in this study are the executors who are considered to have authority, information, and are involved in implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency. Based on the results of the study, the researchers can describe that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency can be side to be quite well run according to the success factor of the implementation. But on the other hand there are problems related to facilities, both facilities and infrastructure provided are not yet fully adequate, there are still many shortcomings, this is because the government and the organizers only provide basic facilities.

Meoli spell present as one performance package within custom ritual called meoli ritual. Meoli ritual is a politeness expression of the perpetrators in expressing the purpose of request permission or apology to the sangia as the ruler of nature when opening the land to grow crops. This study examines the value of politeness in the meoli spell with the ethnopoetic approach. The issues raised are how has the politeness value existed in the meoli spell. By applying qualitative research method, data collection is done by observation, interview, and literature study. From the analysis, it is known that the value of politeness in the meoli mantra embodies the priority scale in which the preferred is the custom observer, followed by an apology by mentioning the whole of the target, newly expressed by the expression of intent and hope as the core message of the meoli spell. The beautiful way of disclosure also supports the value of politeness in the meoli spell

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of the tourist attraction of the Kasang Kulim Zoo, the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The population of this study was visitors who came to the Kasang Kulim Zoo, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar District and from the company, with a number of respondents as many as 100. In this study sampling using non probability sampling and respondent sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research is qualitative research and uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis with identification of internal and external variables. Internal variables indicate that location is the main strength in the kasang kulim zoo in kampar district with 0.012 with values ​​and 4 based on rating. From the external variables, the results from EFAS show that the Kasang Kulim zoo has good opportunities. As a result of the opportunity, the Kasang Kulim zoo is in quadrant 1, which is a position where the company is considered to be in a favorable situation because of its opportunities and strength. In this case, the Company can take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strength.

The problem in this study is about the perception of pinokalan village community regarding the assistance of Kota Tanpa Kumuh Program (KOTAKU) where they are concerned about the inability of the opportunity to receive this assistance and the purpose of this research is to know and describe the perception of pinokalan village community in the implementation of KOTAKU program. In this study using qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection techniques. And the results of this study show that the perception of the people of Pinokalan Village that we do not receive assistance kotaku program from the government when our environment is organized and not worth our stay because of the densely populated conditions and only a few residents of our village who get assistance in the form of home improvement, roads and drainage but it is an assistance from PNPM not from KOTAKU and the government only chooses milih residents for i kut in socialization therefore we as other pinokalan community do not know and only know from others that socialization has been implemented about KOTAKU in Pinokalan Village. In the PROGRAM KOTAKU Pinokalan village is used as a companion village when compared to other villages that get assistance from KOTAKU Pinokalan Village can be said to be more eligible to get assistance from this KOTAKU program

The purpose of this study was to determine the opportunities, capital and income of the slang juice business in the city of Serang. This study aims to find out the opportunities that are used as a reference to get the idea of ​​opening juice slang, to get the first capital and develop a juice slang business in the city of Serang, the amount of daily and monthly income for slang juice, the number of juice slang outlets spread across the city and district. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Then presented descriptively. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The results showed that based on the results of the SWOT strategy to develop a slang juice business, maintaining and improving product quality, maintaining selling prices, and creating product innovations, then the material capital collected came from personal savings, asset sales and bank loans. which increased significantly from 2016 to 2020

Abstract. Domestic violence is an issue that is considered a private household problem so it cannot merely be handled by the government or the authorities. For this reason, this study aimed to describe the important role of pastoral care in dealing with domestic violence. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative research method. Data was collected through observation, interview and literature study and analyzed in depth and described descriptively. The result was that pastoral care is an effective way to deal with the problem of domestic violence by not bringing it into the public sphere and creating peace between husband and wife.Abstrak. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga merupakan isu yang dianggap sebagai persoalan privat rumah tangga sehingga tidak begitu saja dapat ditangani oleh pemerintah atau pihak yang berwajib. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pentingnya peran pelayanan pastoral dalam menangani masalah kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan serta dianalisa secara mendalam dan diuraikan secara deskriptif. Hasilnya adalah pelayanan pastoral merupakan cara yang efektif untuk menangani masalah kekerasan dalam rumah tangga oleh karena tidak membawanya ke ranah publik dan menciptakan perdamaian di antara suami istri.
