The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The process of collecting data used is a questionnaire. The sample used was the employees of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of East Java Province with 40 respondents. Sampling using a non-probability sample technique and saturated sample. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that each of the three work motivation variables has a significant effect on employee commitment, employee commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Amil Zakat National Agency (BAZNAS) in East Java Province.Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Commitment, and Employee Perfomance

This study aims to explain the effect of work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used quantitative models, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data distributed to 50 employees at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. Research location of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The sample selection method in this research is saturated sample (census). The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. 2) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that observers of cleanliness and observers of work space so that the tasks given by employees are done well and it is hoped that with work motivation

The purpose of this study is how much influence the reward system for performance, work discipline on performance and reward systems and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with saturated sample technique and the number of respondents is 71 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of the study on testing the hypothesis are known that reward systems and work discipline affect employee performance simultaneously. Differences found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books

Employees are an essential asset for the organization to advance and develop the organization to be more productive. This situation may achieve when employees in the organization have optimal performance. Many factors positively affect the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) P3b Sumatera UPT Padang. Respondents who were involved in the study were 60 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the tested variables is .636. It shows that the percentage contribution of the variable organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 64.6%. In comparison, the remaining 35.4%  determined by other variables not analyzed in this study's model. Thus, this study shows that the three tested variables must be an essential consideration for the organization to obtain optimal employee performance.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

Performance is the result of work produced both in terms of quality and quantity of work and can be accounted for in accordance with its role within the organization or company, and accompanied by the ability, skill, and skill in completing the work within a certain period of time. This research was conducted at PT Bussan Auto Finance Branch of Denpasar by using 73 employees as research respondents. Sample determination technique used in this research is saturated sample technique. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This shows that giving good intrinsic motivation to employees can increase employee work satisfaction to the company. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee performance. The higher the job satisfaction is perceived, the higher the employee's performance against his company. Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Giving good intrinsic motivation to employees can improve employee performance against the company.   Keywords: intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the  Dependent  Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150>  0.05. (2)  Work  Motivation  Variable partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, evidenced by t-value 2,375> t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.02 <0.05. (3) Social Security and Work Motivation Variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 19.6% s on the performance of employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, where the F-value is 8,189> F table 3.13 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Suggestions for PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari pay more attention to the timeliness of employees in carrying out their work so that the company's targets are met properly.

Nurses are on the frontline fighting COVID-19, as they are caring for patients during the days and nights they spend at the hospital. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct impact of job satisfaction on motivation, commitment, and performance of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the roles of work motivation and employee commitment on nurse performance are also tested. The population in this study is nurses at the State Regional Hospital in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia, totaling 161 nurses. The sample in this study is 62 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant role to foster motivation, commitment, and performance of nurses in the hospital. Furthermore, employee commitment and work motivation are also proved to affect nurse performance. The results provide a better understanding of the approaches that can be taken to maintain nurse performance, especially during a pandemic. This study aims to test and determine whether competence and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. The research method used is the verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. So in this study using all populations of 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure the research variables, researchers use a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that employee competence consisting of intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence has no influence on the employee performance of PT. EGI. Meanwhile, the results of the data indicate that work motivation which consists of motivator factors and hygiene factors has a strong influence on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI. However, if further tested together the competency and work motivation variables above have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI.
