One of the agricultural problems in Indonesia is the crops supply chain that hampers the ability of the farmers to achieve better income from their farming activities. Although the government has issued the Law of the Farmer No 19 the year 2013 to protect and empower the farmer, the problem is still prevalent. It leads to a question of how to implement the law to tackle the problem of the crops supply chain. The study explains that the government has issued an Economy Digital Policy to create electronic commerce in agribusiness (E-Agribusiness) for farmers and to solve their agribusiness problem. However, the use of electronic agribusiness is not yet ample to solve the problem of the crops supply chain. The solution is a suggestion to apply Internet of Things which is using RFID technology to solve the problem of crops supply chain and distribution in E- Agribusiness. The methodology of the study is the normative approach and literature review.

The condition of the corona virus pandemic (covid-19) in Indonesia has an impact on religious life for Muslims, such as Friday prayers. The government issued a regulation on Friday prayers at mosques in areas where the distribution of the prayers was controlled with a prayer distance of one meter to prevent the spread of the virus, resulting in the mosque being unable to accommodate many worshipers at a time. The purpose of this study is to describe the opinions of the scholars regarding the two waves of Friday prayer in one mosque and the Friday prayers in addition to the mosque during the Covid-19 pandemic, and also aims to respond to community questions about these two issues in order to find the right answers so that the community can perform worship calmly. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using a literature review method with a normative approach. The results of this study are that the scholars disagreed about the law of the two-wave Friday prayer in one mosque during the covid-19 pandemic. A strong opinion is that it is permissible to carry out two waves of Friday prayers in one mosque, due to emergency or urgent conditions such as the covid-19 pandemic conditions, with the condition that the mosque is narrow and there is no other representative place to accommodate worshipers, the number of worshipers in the second wave is as much as the number of pilgrims in the first wave, as well as getting approval or permission from the government. The implementation of this research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to scientists and society in general.

Indonesia, in recent years, has been trying to accelerate economic development, especially in the field of infrastructure development. This effort requires enormous funding, both from abroad and domestically. To expand funding sources from within the country, the government issued Project Based Sukuk (PBS) which aims to finance infrastructure development through sharia-based financing instruments. PBS is indeed an alternative for Muslim communities who are interested in building the country's economy without being overshadowed by the element of usury. This instrument has a main contract in the form of ijarah, supporting contracts and promises (wa'd). The application of these contracts can only be said to be valid from the point of view of the Shari'ah if all the rules and conditions are fully complied with. This study tries to analyze the application of the wa'd concept in PBS, to find out whether all the rules and conditions set by Syara' have been implemented properly. Data were collected through interviews and literature review which were then analyzed using a normative approach. This study concludes that the application of the al-wa'd concept to PBS is in line with sharia principles, although there are still two issues that still need to be fixed, namely first: the problem of investor ownership of PBS assets which is only for benefits, not accompanied by ownership of the goods; both mechanisms for reselling PBS assets at a price equivalent to the nominal value of PBS, even though according to AAOIFI and Majma' al-Fiqh al-Islāmī al-Duwali sukuk assets may not be resold at a price equivalent to the nominal value of the sukuk.

The involvement of children in the ISIS network has left a complex problem in the legal discourse in Indonesia, including how to deal with children involved in this terrorism network. This article aims to expose the problem of children in conflict with the law in the crime of terrorism. Due to this problem, the Indonesian government is often faced a dilemma between the neccessity to apply serious efforts to eradicate terrorism and the obligation to guarantee a protection to the children. Through a juridical-normative approach, focusing on ISIS children, this article demonstrates that one of the problems in dealing with children involved in terrorism networks lies in the vagueness of the rules addressing the children involved in this terrorism network as well as its implementation by the government. Therefore, this article argues that in order to be able to deal with children involved in terrorism networks, some of the legal instruments concerning the issue, especially the law on terrorism and the laws of children in conflict with the law as long as terrorism is concerned needs to be revised just to accommodate this issue in a more obvious normsto actually maintain a balance between the responsibility to protect the children and the need to preserve stability of the nation and state. Under the new revised laws, the government is hoped to work with and apply the provisions regarding children in conflict with the law in the case of terrorism crimes in the frame of justice and protection for children.

This study aimed to describe the law of Friday prayers in offices or workplaces such as in fields, halls, mushalla, and for example in other places than mosques during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the propositions of the Koran, hadith, and fiqh principles as well as the opinions of the scholars. This type of research was a qualitative descriptive study using a literature review method in collecting data with a legal-normative approach. The results of this study indicate that the law of conducting Friday prayers in other than mosques during the Covid-19 pandemic is permissible based on the propositions of the Koran, hadith, fiqh principles, and the words of the scholars. However, if the nearest mosque can accommodate all worshipers even though they are in a tenuous prayer position during the Covid-19 pandemic, then employees are required to conduct Friday prayers at the mosque based on the opinion of most scholars, unless there is a necessity such as a remote mosque or a small mosque which cannot accommodate many worshipers or other justified age, Friday prayers are allowed at their workplace. The implementation of this research is expected to contribute theoretically and practically to religious leaders, parties with special interests, and society in general.

Abstract: The Supply Chain has undergone major transformations due to the need to implement new Industry 4.0 technologies, such as Internet of Things, Big Data, Cyber-Physical Systems and Cloud Computing. Thanks to these technologies, as well as to their subsystems and components, full integration of the supply chain is becoming possible. However, it is observed that the real impacts of Industry 4.0 technologies, rather positive or negative, are not yet totally clear and identified. This paper aims to identify and present an analysis of the challenges and obstacles that Industry 4.0 technologies may cause in the Supply Chain. For this, the most relevant papers on the topic were selected and analyzed through a systematic literature review. Twenty challenges grouped into four macrogroups were identified: (1) technical challenges, (2) financial, environmental and legal challenges, (3) technological challenges, and (4) sociocultural challenges. It should be noted that these challenges require greater attention and more in-depth studies on the part of the academy to support industry in order to mitigate them and thus allow better use of the available technological resources and optimize the performance of Supply Chain operations.

The tax is the most important sector for the country in the framework of national development. Government Regulation Number 46 the Year 2013 of income taxes from businesses that received or obtained taxpayers who have certain gross circulation create worry and fear the small businessmen who are pioneering efforts. The purpose of this research was to know and analyze the arrangements regarding the imposition of Final income tax on perpetrators of small medium enterprises according to the Government Regulation number. 46 the year 2013. This type of research is the study of the law normative approach to legislation. The results showed that according to article 2 paragraph (1) the Government Regulation Number 46 the Year 2013 mentioned businessmen who generate income that does not exceed Rp 4.8 Billion in future tax levied a tax of 1% of the total circulation gross (revenue) per month. But in fact, the imposition of a tax of 1% for small medium enterprises whose income Rp Rp-300jt 4, 8 m is not carried out effectively.

The Law on the Conduct of Hajj Pilgrimage mandates the management of the Hajj pilgrimage is organized by the government. This management includes the coaching, service, and protection of the pilgrims from Indonesia, in Saudi Arabia, to returning to the homeland. This law also stipulates that the authority to conduct Hajj pilgrimage management is not only vested to the Ministry of Religious Affairs but also may involve the local government. This article aims to look at the role of local governments in providing service assistance and legal protection to the conduct of Hajj pilgrimage by means of regional regulations or bylaws. Using a normative approach, this article analyzes the extent to which the importance of bylaws in helping implement services for pilgrims. The results of this study confirm that there are 3 important arguments for why the local government must issue regional regulations to provide legal services and protection for pilgrims. First, philosophically, the pilgrimage journey does not depart from Jakarta only, but through the origin area which is still in the corridors of power of the local government. Second, sociologically, it is a form of the local government responsibility to the local people who perform the Hajj pilgrimage. Third, juridically, bylaws should regulate technical matters in order to provide optimal service in the conduct of the Hajj pilgrimage which is pursuant to the Law and regulations on Hajj pilgrimage in Indonesia. Keywords: legal protection, hajj pilgrims, regional regulation.
