AbstractResearch takes place on Sanjaya Raden Group, Parigi Village, Tapin District, South Kalimantan is focused to determine the form of performances and characterization techniques in the art of theater Kuda Gipang Carita. This research use approach (method): qualitative-descriptive. Data collection techniques include, observation, documentation, interview, and literature. The results of this study mentions that the Kuda Gepang Carita is a folk theater art forms of South Kalimantan royal palace-centric show. Form of presentation has a structure that contains six sections: mangibar, trial kingdom, scenes, climax and cover. Regarding the characterization technique determined by the accuracy of the figures according to its function in the story.Keywords: kuda gipang carita, folk theater, forms of performance

The BEA acquisition of Rights over the land and building tax is imposed on the acquisition of land rights and buildings. The tax was enacted by the Central Government into tax areas since January 2011. Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia this tax set forth in applicable local Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia number 5 in 2011 about tax areas. The purpose of the study to analyze the tax collection mechanism BPHTB Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia. Methods of analysis used qualitative descriptive. Data collection is done by the method of interview, observation and documentation. The research results of the tax collection mechanism BPHTB through stage charging SSPD BPHTB, stage counting BPHTB payable, the payment stage, verification has not been effective. To improve the understanding of the taxpayers of the County Financial Agency then BPHTB Siau In Indonesia more being proactive by increasing the activities of socialization, because of taxpayer compliance in reporting the Bea acquisition of Rights over the land and buildings in the Regency Siau In Indonesia is still lacking.Keywords: tax collection Mechanisms, BPHTB, buying and selling land and buildings

This research project is being studied at kutai kartanegara district by tourist attraction kumala island. The purpose of writing this essay is to identify and describe the management of tourism services in kumala district kutai kartandistrict and also to identify the obstacles -- obstacles which the tourism service deals with in kumala island tourist management in kab. Kutai Kartanegara. The focus of the study in this study is of attraction, ability, facilities and obstacles faced by the tourism service in the management of kumala island tourist attractions at kab. Kutai Kartanegara.The kind of research used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are done in literature and field research consisting of observations, interviews, and documentaries, whereas the informants who were taken purposive sampling and accidental sampling.Studies show that the tourism service has achieved management according to its duties and functions in managing the tourist attractions of island kumala, this is indicated by implementation of the 3 (3) indicators taken from its service one area of the tourism service that they are partly accomplishing, But they have constraints that are, in fact, the lack of budget that's keeping them in the sense that their management is somehow hampered and not maximum.

This study aims to determine aspects of satisfaction and increase knowledge of participants in participating in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) in the Micro and Tsunami Recovery Program for the Disasters of the Earthquake and Tsunami conducted by the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in collaboration with Solidar Suisse. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive, data collection methods of observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques through interpretive analysis approach techniques. The results of the study showed that most of the Sirenja people who participated in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) were satisfied and had understood about the preparation of the RPU on good performance. But it is still low in the practice of preparing RPU.

This study aims to describe the form of code switching and code mixing used in Indonesian language learning at SMP N 01 Limpung, Batang Regency. This research is included in qualitative descriptive. Data processing that examines code switching and code mixing is thus the data in this study in the form of oral data, namely, speech code switching and code mixing that exist in Indonesian language learning. The data sources came from Indonesian language students and teachers at SMP N 01 Limpung. Data collection techniques in this study used the observation and note technique. The first step, the researcher listens to the use of language in Indonesian language learning. Furthermore, the researcher recorded the speech data including code switching and code mixing. The results showed that the speech used when learning Indonesian at SMP N 01 Limpung included: (1) code switching from Indonesian to Javanese and (2) code switching from Javanese to Indonesian. The form of code mixing that occurs in Indonesian language learning is in the form of: (1) the form of code mixing in the form of word insertion, (2) code mixing in the form of phrases

This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) is a government institution that half of the authority is judicative because the DGT is able to collect revenue by using enforcement to taxpayers. The DGT has judicative characteristic so that the DGT must be abreast with the other law enforcement institution in Indonesia law system. In this case, the writer used the term of Transformative Law Enforcement (TLE). Act number 9/2017 gives new duty and power for the DGT so that it strengthen DGT position as a TLE. This research focuses on DGT role as a TLE until the existence of the DGT can be recognized in public law system and is purposed for the DGT to have specific law that manage the DGT. This research use normative judicatory approach method and qualitative descriptive with secondary data. The conclusion is that Act number 9/2017 gives new duty and power for the DGT as TLE to have unimpeded access of financial information from financial service institution and another entity in order to increase taxpayer compliance eventhough it might cause conflict of interest with Bank Indonesia as the central bank and the highest authority of all banks in Indonesia.

The Subject

Abstract Children with special needs require different learning services with children in general. One kind of children with special needs is a child who has difficulty in learning and it is called dyslexia. Generally, children with dyslexia have some difficulties in learning and one of it is difficulty reading. The study aims to analyze the use of radiant images as media in reading for Dyslexia children. The subject in this study is Dyslexia students grade IV at SDN Repok Puyung. The methods used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection was conducted through reading and observation tests. Data presented in the form of diagrams, then analyzed descriptively. The main problem in this research is whether the serial image media can help Dyslexia students in improving their reading skill. The results showed that the use of serial image media could improve their reading skill. The increasing of reading skills as reaction for memory improvement of Dyslexia student through pictures. Other findings in this study are improvement in learning activity and reading motivation for Dyslexia students.

This study aims to find out how return on equity in assessing the stock prices of PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection tecniques used are the financial statements for the period 2014 to 2018. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results it is known that company profits continue to experience this because income earnings are decreasing every year, and equity always increases due to income stock that continues to grow. Return on equity (ROE) at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. From the calculation of return on equity analysis, in 2014 a percantage of 37,2% was obtained, in 2015 it decreased to 26,2%, and in 2016 the value of return on equity (ROE) again rosr to 24,9%, while in 2017 the vaule of return on equity (ROE) again rose to 25,6%, in 2018 it has again decreased to 22,8%. From these results it is stated that return on equity (ROE) of PT.Astra Internasional Tbk has decreased every year, but the share price continues to rise annually. Based on financial reports for 5 years, from 2014 to 2018 and besed on this research, it was found that return on equity (ROE) has a positive relatoinship with an avarage value of 27,3%, the rest is influenced by other factors beyond the calculation if return on equity (ROE) not discussed in this thesis.

Three Stages

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

Wilayatul Hisbah responded to the high level of violations of the Qanun Jinayat in Aceh. The process of minimizing violations is carried out through the propaganda communication strategy. This article aims to find the communication strategy of preaching Wilayatul Hisbah West Aceh in preventing violations of the Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat. The method used is qualitative-descriptive. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Wilayatul Hisbah missionary communication strategy was a communicator strategy, a message strategy, a media strategy, and an effect strategy.Wilayatul Hisbah merespon tingginya tingkat pelanggaran Qanun Jinayat di Aceh. Proses meminimalisir pelanggaran dilakukan melalui strategi komunikasi dakwah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi komunikasi dakwah Wilayatul Hisbah Aceh Barat dalam pencegahan pelanggaran Qanun Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Jinayat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi komunikasi dakwah Wilayatul Hisbah adalah strategi komunikator, strategi pesan, strategi media, dan strategi efek.
