Three Stages

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

This paper discusses service-based leadership in Islamic schools. Leadership demands a transformation from the heart and changes in character. True leadership starts from within and then moves outside to serve those they lead. This is where the importance of the character and integrity of a leader to become a true leader and accepted by other people or parties. This research is a qualitative-descriptive research which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Data sources in this study include principals, staff, students. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. As for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data analysis. The results of this research are (a) the principal's leadership has a variety of models that are extraordinary depending on the situation and conditions. (b) Service-based leadership is a new trend for achieving desired quality goals.

Lipstick is one of makeup elements used to give color to the lips to beautify women’s appearance. The purpose of this study is to describe expression units for the naming and similarity of colors in lipstick products. It focuses on semantic aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used is observation and notes taking. It applies the data analysis techniques in three stages, namely the process of finding, managing, and presenting the data. The results of the study show that there are (a) expression units of color in the lipstick products, (b) expression units of labeling the lipstick colors, and (c) expression units of the lipstick color likeness.

The purpose of this research is to identify 1) the advantages and weakness of talaqqi method in program tahfidz Al-Qur'an juz 29,30, and 2) Attempt to overcome the weakness of talaqqi method in program tahfidz Al-Qur'an juz 29,30, The type of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection methods used in this study are the method of observation, interview and documentation. Validity of data used is triangulation method and triangulation of data source by using three step activity data analysis that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that 1) The advantages of talaqqi method is the motivation factor and habalan memorization of students which is still less so this method is considered very suitable and effective to be applied in the madrasah and students can read and memorize the Qur'an in accordance with the rules of science that tajwid correct. The weakness of the talaqqi method is derived from its own student factors that have not mastered the science of tajwid well such as short length, pronunciation makhraj, students who are easily bored so it will be joking with friends of their own. 2) Efforts made by teachers in overcoming the weaknesses of talaqqi method is to check the reading, control the development of memorization of students, listened one by one, come to the desk students who felt still have difficulty in memorizing, and by forming homogeneous classes tailored to the level of students' memorization skills.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

The Arab Spring

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

This study aims to determine aspects of satisfaction and increase knowledge of participants in participating in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) in the Micro and Tsunami Recovery Program for the Disasters of the Earthquake and Tsunami conducted by the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in collaboration with Solidar Suisse. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive, data collection methods of observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques through interpretive analysis approach techniques. The results of the study showed that most of the Sirenja people who participated in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) were satisfied and had understood about the preparation of the RPU on good performance. But it is still low in the practice of preparing RPU.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Walang Jati Kencono batik motif has been certified industrial design rights obtained by gunungkidul district government used as uniform fabric of school students from paud, elementary, junior high, and high school/ vocational school level that must be produced by the batik craftsman community in Gunungkidul. Walang Jati Kencono batik motif is also the uniform of officials in Gunungkidul Regency. Since the enactation of this motif into gunungkidul batik character continues to undergo changes and developments, both in shape, technique, and coloring results. The purpose of this research is to know the source of the idea of the form, and the development of batik walang in Gunungkidul seen from the beginning was created until now used by gunungkidul people even outside people who are interested in the motif of batik walang. Research uses qualitative descriptive methods, with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, then the research instruments are the researchers themselves assisted by observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Validity of data with triangulation and persistence of observation, while data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results found from this study are: (1) Knowing the idea of the shape and development of Walang Jati Kencono batik motifs that are programmed as a characteristic uniform for students in Gunungkidul and strengthening local batik in order to drive the growth and empowerment of batik industry in Gunungkidul.  Keywords: Batik, Motif  Walang Jati Kencono, Gunungkidul, Craftsman
