The purpose of the study is to develop a model of information and methodological competencies of a vocational training teacher. The research hypothesis is as follows: if the most important components of the information and methodological competency of a vocational training teacher are identified, they will become elements of the competency model, since competence means that a person has the appropriate competency. The research methods are analysis of literary sources, modeling, the method of expert assessments, and experimental work. The study resulted as follows: the concepts of competencies and competence have been separated; the components of information and communication competencies of a vocational training teacher have been identified; the type of model is justified; the importance of the components of information and methodological competence is determined based on a functional study of the practices of teachers; the model of information and methodological competencies is presented as a structure that combines the components of information and communication competencies and indicators of the importance of their components.

Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы по формированию коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей педагогических направлений в процессе повышения квалификации. Представлены основные этапы, направления, база и методы исследования опытной работы. Описывается диагностический инструментарий по определению уровня сформированности коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей. Проводится анализ данных констатирующего и формирующего экспериментов по формированию коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей в процессе повышения квалификации. Ключевые слова: преподаватель, коммуникативная компетентность, повышение квалификации, опытно - экспериментальная работа. Аннотация: Макалада квалификациясын жогорулатуу процессиндеги педагогикалык багытындагы мугалимдердин байланыш компетенттүүлүгүн калыптандыруу боюнча тажрыйба ишинин жыйынтыктары жөнүндө айтылат. Эксперименталдык иштин изилдөө ыкмалары, базасы, негизги этаптары, жана багыттары берилет. Мугалимдердин байланыш компетенттүүлүгүн калып- тандыруу көлөмүн аныктоо үчүн диагностикалык каражаттар айтылат. Квалификациясын жогорулатуу процессиндеги мугалимдердин байланыш компетенттүүлүгүн калыптандыруу боюнча аныктоо жана калыптандыруучу эксперименттериндеги алынган маалыматтардын анализи келтирилет. Abstract: The article discusses the results of experimental work on the formation of communicative competence of teachers of pedagogical areas in the process of advanced training. The main stages, directions, base and research methods of experimental work are presented. The diagnostic tools for determining the level of formation of communicative competence of teachers are described. The data of ascertaining and formative experiments on the formation of communicative competence of teachers in the process of advanced training are analyzed. Training teachers is an important task of modern pedagogy and requires new approaches to the organization of the educational process. The use of information and communication technologies for the purpose of forming the information competence of the future vocational teacher is an important element of the formation of his professional competence. The article describes the stages of conducting a pedagogical experiment to develop the information competence of a future teacher of vocational training in domestic higher education institutions. The organization and methodology of the experimental study are described in detail, its results are given, the methods of diagnostics are described and so on.

. Introduction. Transition to a post-industrial socio-economic structure and information society caused education crisis, which is common for world space. Dynamic development of high technologies and rapid obsolescence of knowledge significantly reduced life cycle of professions and caused deep structural changes in the sphere of employment. The need of economics for workers with qualitatively new qualification characteristics - a flexible person with meta-professional competencies, capable to solve complex professional problems and ready for innovative activity not just for today, but with the future in mind - has necessitated a significant updating of the system of vocational training and its reorganisation facilitating the implementation of a formula “lifelong learning”. The solution of problems of education begins with qualitative training of teachers, since the qualities of future professionals - graduates of the educational organisation, primarily depend on the level of teachers’ competencies.The aim of the present article is to determine the strategic directions of innovative development of vocational education and preparation of highly qualified pedagogical personnel.Methodology and research methods. The hypothetico-inductive method, theoretic-methodological analysis and synthesis of the content of scientific literature were the major research methods. The research work was carried out on the basis of the principle of convergence, which determines cross-disciplinary and supra-professional communications, acts as a factor of design and a statement in professiology of a new phenomenon - transprofessionalism. The authors described the concept of transprofessionalism through the process- and project-based approaches.Results and scientific novelty. The developmental trends and directions of vocational education are considered. The principal defining factor of vocational education is close integration of all its processes and subsystems (prevocational training - secondary vocational education - higher education institutions - postgraduate training), which integrity is provided by the continuing and advanced education. The concept of transprofessionalism and convergence in multidisciplinary training of specialists is proved. The innovative educational programmes based on this concept are characterised. The logical-semantic model of a modern specialist is designed. This model can form an empirical basis to design vocational education platform, which integrates socio-humanistic, natural-science disciplines and related innovative technologies for teachers’ training in the system of continuing vocational education. Strategic directions for realisation of such preparation are formulated: transprofessionalism, cooperation / collaboration, advanced and “high-speed” training, digital transformation.Practical significance. The research materials can be useful for specialists in the field of vocational education, heads of the educational organisations in order to develop and make managerial decisions and to effectively organise the process of vocational training of pedagogical personnel.

In an effort to maximize Taxpayer Compliance, the Directorate General of Taxation always optimizes services so as to increase public awareness of orderliness as taxpayers, one way to do tax reform is to utilize information and communication technology by implementing e-filing systems. This research is a Mix Method research in which research combines two research methods at the same time, qualitative and quantitative. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effectiveness of the Use of E-Filing in the Framework of Improving Compliance Reporting the Obligatory Annual Notification of Individuals. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-filing has been successful in increasing the compliance of individual taxpayers by increasing the annual tax return report of individual taxpayers. Taxpayers find it easy to report their annual tax returns by using e-filing. In addition, taxpayers are aware of their obligations as taxpayers. However, there are some obstacles in implementing e-filing, namely the lack of knowledge of taxpayers and the difficulty of convincing taxpayers to use e-filing effectively and efficiently.

The article presents the results of a survey of qualified athletes and trainers for the priority of the use of various means of theoretical training in the process of multi-year sport improvement in cyclic sports. The survey was attended by 146 qualified athletes and 82 trainers from sports such as rowing, swimming, track and field (running and walking), and ski races. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, studying of documentary materials, analysis of personal data, methods of mathematical statistics. It has been established that the need to apply such theoretical training materials as collections of scientific articles, study aids, monographs, electronic and audio books, lectures, pedagogical testing, Internet search services increases with each subsequent stage of preparation of athletes. In contrast, the significance of the use of posters, drawings, brochures, animations, documentaries and feature films, games and practical events is reduced with increasing athletic athleticism. At the same time, the most effective means of theoretical training, the majority of respondents note the use of search services Internet and the latest technical means of training at all stages of training.

The article presents one of the modern trends in the development of the education system - the organization of student-centered training. Extrapolation of this type of training into the system of additional education of adults will allow to prepare a specialist with modern thinking, focused on innovation, continuous self-development. The purpose of the research is to explore the possibilities of implementing student-centered training tools into the practice of realization retraining programs for educational specialists. Research methods: a theoretical analysis of the essence of the concept of “student-centered training”, analysis of the characteristics of adult education, experimental work on testing methods of student-centered training in the system of additional education of adults. The main results of the research: methods of student-centered training of adults have been adapted to the specifics of organizing retraining programs, conditions for organizing student-centered training in institutions of additional education of adults have been identified, methodical recommendations have been developed. The use of these recommendations will optimize the implementation of retraining programs for education specialists.
