Civil aviation is considered as a dynamic and continuously developing sector that requires highly qualified personnel due to its nature. It is critical for the students studying in this field to receive hands-on training as well as theoretical training in universities. Internship is one of the most important tools to meet this need for practical training and to increase the sectoral knowledge and experience of civil aviation students. In this respect, it plays a critical role both in terms of sector representatives' assessment of their potential employees and students' assessment of their future professional field of work. The aim of this study is to evaluate the internship experiences of the students studying in the aviation field, by focusing on the headings of "personal evaluation, internship experience, working environment, and relationship with university". The research was conducted on site at the higher education institutions offering civil aviation education in Turkey by administering a questionnaire to a total of 229 students studying in 5 different aviation departments at 19 universities, and the research hypotheses were tested in this way. A positive and significant correlation was found for 4 of the 5 hypotheses proposed in the study. Overall, the internship satisfaction level of the trainee students who participated in the research was found to be high; however, some key factors were identified to be worthy of consideration to improve the internship experience.

Pedagogical skill is a component both of general professional training of a teacher of any profession and a high degree of his sectoral competence (pedagogical skills of a verbal teacher, a teacher of fine arts, a teacher of physical culture, etc.). Purpose of the article is to theoretical foundation of the dynamics of pedagogical skill development and interaction of factors of its formation. Methods of the research: theoretical - analysis and synthesis of literary sources, comparisons, systematization, generalization, abstraction, hypothetical-deductive, individualization, classification, analogy. A qualitative triad "activity - skill - art is in cultural studies, theory of creativity and including pedagogy". Extrapolating to the didactic plane of IHE, it is possible to formulate it in such way "ability - skills - study - the planned realization (activity) – plan-situational (improvisational-regulated) activity or skill". That is, the main difference between straight - a student and a student who owns pedagogical skills is that the first in his production practice approaches the solution of pedagogical situations more instructively, standardized, while the other - situational, intuitive and more creative. The general conclusion regarding the subsoil for the highest level of pedagogical skill is as follows: if a future teacher of physical culture perfectly assimilates, reproduces and uses in practice pedagogical, sports, achievements, but doesn’t include his personality in the cognitive and creative process, he discovers a high level of pedagogical activity, while the student, adding to the above his own view, experience, interpretation, creativity in solving pedagogical problems, which increases the efficiency of the pedagogical process, fully embodies pedagogical skill.

There is no doubt that the level of intelligentness of a higher school teacher, his image and professionalism form the basis of the effectiveness of the educational process. Meanwhile, the real situation with these basic criteria in the modern university educational space today remains one of the least popular plots of psychological and pedagogical nonfiction despite the creation and very productive activities of departments, research institutes and even the Academies of imageology, intelligentness science and standing, probably, in the same row with them cosmorealism (!). The effectiveness of these institutions activities will be sometime inevitably checked by the merciless time, but already now, when almost 63% of university teachers qualify the evolving tendency of their own community today as stagnation and even regress, the objective socio-cultural and individual-personal characteristics of the modern generation of teachers seem especially relevant. As shown by experience, the most reliable method of this kind of psychodiagnostics is the personal self-assessment of teachers conducted in the conditions of absolute anonymity. The purpose of the present study was an empirical attempt to determine the level of intelligentness of the modern generation of medical higher school teachers using self-assessing sociocultural and individual-personal criteria based on the traditional ideas of individual qualities and intellectual needs of a higher school teacher. It was based on the results of an anonymous self-assessment questionnaire survey of 355 teachers from 13 faculties of the Kursk State Medical University (KSMU). Personal analysis of an anonymous questionnaire made it possible to identify three suppositive (high, medium and low) levels of intelligentness, according to two interrelated aspects - the content and the formalized (point scoring) ones. The results obtained in numerical terms produce a completely depressing impression. A high level of intelligence, corresponding to its traditional classical criteria, was 19.1%, medium - 39.7% and low - 41.2% with a clear, more than double prevalence of individuals with a high level of intelligentness in the group of teachers of clinical disciplines in senior courses. The results of the survey and generalizations made on their basis unequivocally indicate a really existing social problem with the staff in the field of university education, which has a significant negative impact on the quality of professional training of future graduates.

The features of the two-level training for teachers of foreign languages (German and English) have been analyzed. The importance of pre-vocational work carried out to validate students’ choice of teaching profession has been proved. Requirements for professional practical training in school, for production practical training that future teachers of foreign languages have in manufacturing, processing, service, trade; and for speech practical training abroad have been considered. It is important that a high level of knowledge and successfully completed practical trainings allow graduates of teacher training colleges and universities to qualify not only as a teacher of foreign languages, but also a translator or a guide-interpreter in different areas of service.
