<p><span class="fontstyle0">The aim of this research is to find the effectiveness of pictures and realia usage towards the listening capability of children at 4-to-5 year old. </span><span class="fontstyle0">This research uses comparative method to compare two groups that is pictures and realia as the instructional media. Meanwhile, the variable on this research is the listening capability of the children. </span><span class="fontstyle0">The population of this research is all students of Gugus 9 Bugenvil Kindergarten School Surakarta grade A. The chosen samples are Berita Hidup Kindergarten School, Indriyasana Kindergarten School, Paramayoga Kindergarten School, and Animah Kindergarten School. They are chosen by using the cluster random sampling method. The data is collected through performances, interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses One Way ANOVA. The result of this research shows that there is no difference between the listening capabilities of children at 4-to-5 year old based on the pictures and realia usage. The use of instructional media either pictures or realia must considers the number of the children in a class and also the size of the instructional media itself, therefore it can be effective.</span> <br /><br /></p>

The main purpose of this study was to determine women’s participation in rice mills of Sherpur sadar upazila of Bangladesh. Ninety respondents were selected using cluster random sampling method. The researchers personally collected data from August to September 2012. Aimed at explaining the assessment of the present status of women worker of rice mills and explored the relationship between their selected characteristics and extent of participation. Majority of the respondents had long experience in working in the rice mill and almost everybody had participation around the year. Women were mostly involved in drying and on an average spent time for helping in husking machine operating (3.02 hours) followed by final drying of paddy (2.05 hours), drying the paddy before boiling (1.25 hours), piling the paddy (1.12 hours), cleaning the threshing floor (1.05 hours), packing the rice (1.02 hours) per day. Understanding on concept and retention is one of the achievement indicators in learning. This research attempts to describe the profile of concept and students’ retention understanding of Primary Teacher Education of PGRI University of Semarang in the year of 2014/2015. The method of this research was a survey using essay test instrument of concept understanding and retention. Cluster random sampling method was used to take sample from 231 students in class 1A, 1C, 1E, 1F, and 1H. The overall result of the concept understanding value was dominated in high category at 57.6%. The highest indicator of concept understanding was in memorizing indicator (C1) at 83.6% and the lowest one was in the creating indicator (C6) at 50.3%. The overall retention mark was dominated in poor category at 50.3%. The conclusion was the high concept understanding was not followed with high students’ memory.


MSME play a vital in the economical progress of the Countries, so the implementation of GST has had an immense outcome on the continued existence in the market. Some enterprises found it helpful however majority visage problem in adopting it. For existing enterprises, GST simplified the tax structure, unified the market thus improved among all operational efficiencies of MSME, to this point the unorganized MSMEs were growing quick than the organized ones as a result of the minimization, with GST in effect, it has made the taxation system transparent thus making the entities liable for tax payment. This paper brought out issues and challenges experienced by MSME Entrepreneur. In order to find out the impact on various aspect such as applying of GST, created the registration for taxation and High Compliance burden by using Cluster Random Sampling Technique in which 158 MSME Entrepreneur were selected in Sivaganga District in Tamil Nadu for the study. The statistical tools used for the analysis is one-way ANOVA. ANOVA is used to identify the significance of the difference in the levels of impact of GST among MSMEs. It was concluded that the impact of GST on the Indian MSME sector can go both positive and negative ways

This research is motivated by the ability of early child in good toilet training activity. The purpose of this research is to describe about (1) describe the management of the learning environment (2) describe the learning media (3) describe the learning method. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative, population in research amount to 30 people. Samples were taken as much as 65%. The number of samples is 20 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. From the research result that (1) management of learning environment (class) on toilet training implementation in good category, (2) instructional media used by teacher in toilet training implementation in good category, (3) learning method used in toilet training implementation in category good. Suggestions from this research so that the management of learning environment, learning media and learning methods on the implementation of toilet training can be improved by the school.Keywords: Implementation, Toilet Training

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji: (1) Pengaruh model pembelajran TGfU terhadap Academic Learning Time materi bolabasket, (2) Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran TGT terhadap Academic Learning Time materi bolabasket, (3) Pengaruh model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap Academic Learning Time materi bolabasket. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian non randomized control group pretest-postest. Populasi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Bangkalan, sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 3 kelas (XI) dengan jumlah siswa 36. Dari ke 3 kelas tersebut diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran TGfU di beri perlakuan model pembelajaran TGT, dan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Proses pengambilan data pretest dan postest dilakukan dengan mengukur academic learning time siswa menggunakan lembar observasi JWAB. Berdasarkan uji normalitas menggunakan levene test dari ketiga kelompok model konvensional, TGfU dan TGT terdistribusi normal. Sedangkan uji homogenitas dilakukan pada ketiga kelompok sampel yang masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 36 siswa, diperoleh hasil memiliki varian yang sama atau bersifat homogen. Langkah selanjutnya uji analisa one way anova menunjukkan bahwa  nilai rata-rata mean model pembelajaran TGT, TGfU, dan konvensional, ALT TGfU memiliki nilai mean diatas rata-rata dari kesluruhan kelompok, serta ALT kontrol memiliki mean paling kecil, serta ALT TGT memiliki nilai mean lebih tinggi dari ALT kontrol namun masih dibawah rata-rata seluruh kelompok.

This research is motivated by the high participation of participants in participating in BKB activities, as seen from the number of participants who attend each month. This is allegedly due to good cadre service in providing each service to BKB participants. The purpose of this research is first to describe cadre work discipline in BKB program, secondly to describe cadre communication in BKB program, third to describe service facilities in BKB program in Kolok Mudik Village Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 87 BKB participants. The sample was taken 50% of the population totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that cadre service was very good according to BKB participants, this was seen from three aspects, including work discipline, communication, facilities. It is recommended to all those involved in the activities of the BKB Permata Bunda in Kolok Mudik Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, to maintain the quality that has been carried out well. Bullying behavior phenomenon that is conducted by students are getting apprehensive lately, that because education institutions are as the places to educate people turn into bullying behavior spot including university students. Bullying means as an attempt which is conducted to harm a group or a person. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out levels and kinds of bullying that happened among UMN Al Washliyah Students. Research subject were 102 students of UMN at education of early childhooddepartment that were taken from 4 classes by using cluster random sampling method. Data collection was conducted by using bullying scale from Colloroso. Data analysis method by using Pearson product moment and descriptive statistic. The results of study show that (1) the level of bullying behavior which is done by students is at the medium category with the percentage 74,5%. (2) kindof bullying behaviors which are done most by students is verbal bullying with the percentage73.5% and (3) bullying behaviorthat is done very often by students in 7th semester is 83,9%.

AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian yaitu pentingnya kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian bertujuan memprediksi hasil belajar matematika siswa berdasarkan kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik. Metode penelitian yaitu korelasional-kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMPN 16 Yogyakarta di kelas VII A, VII B, dan VII C tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.  Peneliti menggunakan 30 siswa sebagai sampel dan teknik cluster random sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel, yaitu dengan mengambil 10 siswa pada setiap cluster yang ditetapkan. Dengan penggunaan cluster random sampling, peneliti dapat menentukan sampel dari pengambilan setiap cluster, sehingga sampel yang digunakan bisa merata. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kecerdasan logis matematis dan kecerdasan linguistik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda yang dilakukan dengan SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik turut andil sebagai prediktor hasil belajar matematika siswa. AbstractThe research background is the importance of mathematical logical intelligence and linguistic in influencing learning outcomes. The research aims to predict student learning outcomes based on mathematical logical intelligence and linguistics. The method of research is correlational-quantitative which was carried out at SMPN 16th Yogyakarta in classes VII A, VII B, and VII C in 2019/2020. Researchers used 30 students as samples and cluster random sampling technique as sampling method, namely by taking 10 students in each cluster that was determined. By using cluster random sampling, researchers can determine the sample from each cluster, so that the sample used can be evenly distributed. The instrument used is a scale of logical-mathematical intelligence and linguistic intelligence. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis which was carried out with SPSS 25. The results of the analysis showed that there was a positive effect of mathematical and linguistic logical intelligence on students' mathematics learning outcomes. Mathematical logical intelligence and linguistic contribute as a predictor of student mathematics learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of Soybean farming in dryland and paddy fields land in the Jatiwaras Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is the survey method, while the data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Determination of sample farmers using the multistage cluster random sampling method. The number of respondents was taken as many as 36 farmers who were divided by farmers on 21 farmers on dryland and 15 farmers on wetland. The results of this study indicate that soybean farming in dryland is more feasible to cultivate with a value of R/C 1.98 while the value of R / C in wetland is 1.62.

The diversity of Indonesian people can be a problem when they do not have a sense of brotherhood based on the diversity of religion, culture, language and ethnic groups. Understanding diversity is known by young people through various media outlets. This study aims to understand the level of the knowledge of youths concerning the values of pluralism and multiculturalism. This study also intends to find out whether social media influence the knowledge and their understanding of pluralism and multiculturalism. However, the demographic bonus could be a burden for the countries involved, particularly when the generation lacks competitiveness. This can even cause the disintegration of this nation. This study was a quantitative research study conducted using the survey method. The respondents consisted of 400 young people in high school or the equivalent. The study was conducted in three cities in East Java, namely Surabaya, Pasuruan, and Kediri. The samples were taken using the multi-stage cluster random sampling method. The data was obtained through structured questionnaires and processed using SPPS for Windows 16. The results can be explained as follows; even though more than fifty percent of the youths in this study claimed to have never heard or known of the term “pluralism” and “multiculturalism”, their level of comprehension of pluralism and multiculturalism values was good enough. This was influenced by the information that they got through social media. The values that are understood more by the youths through social media in this study tend to be more orientated to pluralism values than multiculturalism. The most understood pluralism values are plurality and diversity. This is in line with their assessment of the role and quality of the information available on social media, which tends to contain pluralism values rather than multiculturalism values.
