<p><em>This study aims to obtain an overview of learning difficulties. This research was conducted in third class of SDN 2 Cintaraja. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out in two ways, namely by giving story questions and interviews. The story questions used in this study were three questions which refer to four characteristics of student learning difficulties according to Jamaris in 2014 (weakness in counting, difficulty in transferring knowledge, understanding of mathematical language, difficulty in visual operations) regarding the multiplication. The results showed that there were still many students who had learning difficulties in this multiplication material, of the six students who were sampled all of them were only able to master one characteristic of the four characteristics of learning difficulties, namely in terms of understanding the language of mathematics, while the other three learning difficulties had not able to be mastered by them, namely in terms of calculating weaknesses, difficulties in transferring data, and difficulties in visual operations of the multiplication material.</em></p>

The purpose of the research is to find out the Budget Politics Of The Regional People'S Representative Council Of Riau Province At the Secretariat of the Council as a Working Partner of Commission I of Fiscal Year 2020. The research method used is qualitative and the data collection technique used in this study is Descriptive Qualitative. The results of this study showed in the budgeting process between the Riau Provincial Parliament, namely Commission I which is affiliated with the Secretary of the Council of one of the Regional Device Organizations of the Riau Provincial Government there are several issues where there are several interests in budgeting for Commission I and the Secretary of the Council for 2020 such as the budget in recruiting experts. The community is not very involved in the decision making, it should be input from the community into consideration for the DPRD. Some actors are very influential in making political decisions on budgets in 2020, both from the Executive and the Legislature.

ABSTRACTThe low students’ learning outcomes and the failure in achieving the maximum mastery standard in Buffer Solutions material are caused by the students’ inability in understanding the questions. Students tend to merely pay attention on the Buffer Solutions material when the learning process takes place. However, they face confusion when they have to answer the questions of the task and the test. This study aimed at discovering the difficulties and the factors related to the students’ difficulties on Buffer Solutions material at XI IPA 1 class of MAN 2 Pontianak. Using case study descriptive method and qualitative approach, this study employed 29 students as the samples. The data collection technique used were indirect communication (questionnaires), direct communication (interview), and documentation techniques. While the data collection tools used were achievement test, questionnaires and interview. The data analysis results indicated that 68.3% students had difficulties on pH and pOH Buffer Solutions. On the other hand, the internal factorsthat affected the student learning difficulties were motivation aspect, that is, the students 'attention to the Buffer Solutions (54.31%), and talent aspect that influenced the student’s learning difficulties, that is, the students’ ability in recognizing numbers and figures respectively (48,6%) and talent aspect that influenced the student’s learning difficulties in Buffer Solutions materials (47%). In addition, the external factor that affected the student learning difficulties were family as the place to study (56%), and school as the facilitator (56,56%). Thereby, students are expected to further enhance the knowledge on the Buffer Solutions and have a discussion with both teachers and peers to cope with their learning difficulties.Keywords: Analysis, Students’ Learning Difficulties, Buffer Solutions

This research is based on the still problematic confusion of basic reading lecturers to determine the weakness of students in understanding basic reading so that there are still a number of students who are completely weak in the analysis of discourse content and have not been detected clearly. Diagnostic assessment to find out the weaknesses of students in understanding basic reading in the third semester students of of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar is applied in this study. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. data collection technique in this study  is using interview technique. In this study, the source of the data is the third semester Basic Reading Lecturer at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar. The results show that the strong desire of the third semester basic reading lecturers at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar to use Diagnostic assessment resulted from several factors, namely: a) easy to understand student's ability in reading analysis, and b) easy factor to know the weaknesses of students in understanding reading. From the description above it can be concluded that Diagnostic assessment is an appropriate facility for lecturers to find out the weaknesses of students who are the top priority in learning outcomes.

In this research, the writer analyzes about students' mathematical comprehension skill. The aim of this research is to know students' mathematical comprehension skill at trigonometry lesson especially in quantity and two angles deviation session. The indicator in this research are students' computational comprehension skill and functional comprehension skill. The type of the research is descriptive qualitative research by using test interview and documentation as the data collection technique. The subject of the research are 34 students of XI Science Education Class 6 MA N 1 Semarang. The result are: (1) computational comprehension skill 81.25% is included to understand category. This case shows that some students have understood the use of the formula and the appropriate concept. (2) Functional comprehension skill 86.02% is included to very understand. Most of students have understood the questions and students are able to connect the questions with the other concepts. The results of interviews with students showed that there were some students who stated that they were still confused when they encountered questions that were slightly different from the examples or those taught, but some students had no difficulty in completing the test questions given.

This study aimed to analyze students misconception seen from the relationship between the results of the three tier test and interviews about chemical equilibrium material on the concept of determining the formula Kc, Kp, and the concept of Kc calculation. The research method was descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique in this study was a test. The research instrument was in the form of three tier test questions consisted of four concepts. The misconceptions were analyzed based on the result of tests given to 30 students were further clarified by interviewing as matching answers. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Wonosari in Gunungkidul Regency with five interviewed research subjects. The result showed that students experienced misconceptions about the concept of determining the Kc formula by 23.33%, determining the Kp formula by 13,33%, and concept of Kc calculation by 16,67%.

Kahoot! as a game-based student response system has been widely used for new virtual learning experiences. On the other hand, the impacts of Kahoot! in learning EFL for university students have not been investigated yet. The objective of this study is to describe students’ perceptions towards the use of Kahoot! in learning EFL and explore students’ learning virtual experience by using Kahoot!. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique by using observation techniques and documentation techniques. Interviews were done to collect students’ perceptions. Furthermore, the benefits of using Kahoot! and the description of activities in Kahoot! have been observed. The result of the analysis revealed that students have a positive learning experience toward Kahoot!. As a result, Kahoot! can be used as an additional learning application for reviewing the materials and motivating students to learn English.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of management of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya. The focus of this study are 1. The lesson plan for integrative thematic class based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school . the research method of this study is descriptive kualitatif, the data collection technique are interview, observation and documentation. The result of this study are 1) the lesson plan of integrative thematic based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya conducted by several steps are : a) set thema, b) doing analisys SKL, KI, and basic competence, c) arrage syllabus, d) arrage the lesson plan, 2) doing integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 Khadijah primary school used scientific approch by observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, processing, displaying, verivicaying, and communicating, 3) the assessment of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school used authentic assessment that include written assessment, project assessment and portfolio assessment.

Sociolinguistics is the study of language variation and use in society. Interference is the event of the use of language elements of one into the other language elements that occur in the speakers themselves. This research uses descriptive qualitative method because to describe the actual realityin order to obtainan accurateand objective. Qualitative descriptive methods were used to analyzethe elements ofa word orphrase that incorporated elements of other languages with the analysis and description of the formulation of the problem is the answer. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, the determination ofthe object of research, the selection of short stories.Based on the analysis of the data in this study can be found that there are six forms of interference morphology, namely (1) the prefix nasal N-sound, (2) the addition of the suffix, (3) the exchange prefix, (4) exchange suffixes, (5) exchange konfiks, (6) removal affixes. While the syntactic interference only on the words and phrases in a sentence. The results of the study it can be concluded that the interference morphology more common than syntactic interference.

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.

ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. Sekolah harus melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat sebagai partner dalam pembinaan dan pembiasaan karakter siswa. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Nilai Karakter, Lisa, Libra Patujar
