The purpose of the research is to find out the Budget Politics Of The Regional People'S Representative Council Of Riau Province At the Secretariat of the Council as a Working Partner of Commission I of Fiscal Year 2020. The research method used is qualitative and the data collection technique used in this study is Descriptive Qualitative. The results of this study showed in the budgeting process between the Riau Provincial Parliament, namely Commission I which is affiliated with the Secretary of the Council of one of the Regional Device Organizations of the Riau Provincial Government there are several issues where there are several interests in budgeting for Commission I and the Secretary of the Council for 2020 such as the budget in recruiting experts. The community is not very involved in the decision making, it should be input from the community into consideration for the DPRD. Some actors are very influential in making political decisions on budgets in 2020, both from the Executive and the Legislature.

This research is based on the still problematic confusion of basic reading lecturers to determine the weakness of students in understanding basic reading so that there are still a number of students who are completely weak in the analysis of discourse content and have not been detected clearly. Diagnostic assessment to find out the weaknesses of students in understanding basic reading in the third semester students of of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar is applied in this study. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. data collection technique in this study  is using interview technique. In this study, the source of the data is the third semester Basic Reading Lecturer at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar. The results show that the strong desire of the third semester basic reading lecturers at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar to use Diagnostic assessment resulted from several factors, namely: a) easy to understand student's ability in reading analysis, and b) easy factor to know the weaknesses of students in understanding reading. From the description above it can be concluded that Diagnostic assessment is an appropriate facility for lecturers to find out the weaknesses of students who are the top priority in learning outcomes.

<p><em>This study aims to obtain an overview of learning difficulties. This research was conducted in third class of SDN 2 Cintaraja. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out in two ways, namely by giving story questions and interviews. The story questions used in this study were three questions which refer to four characteristics of student learning difficulties according to Jamaris in 2014 (weakness in counting, difficulty in transferring knowledge, understanding of mathematical language, difficulty in visual operations) regarding the multiplication. The results showed that there were still many students who had learning difficulties in this multiplication material, of the six students who were sampled all of them were only able to master one characteristic of the four characteristics of learning difficulties, namely in terms of understanding the language of mathematics, while the other three learning difficulties had not able to be mastered by them, namely in terms of calculating weaknesses, difficulties in transferring data, and difficulties in visual operations of the multiplication material.</em></p>

This study aimed to analyze students misconception seen from the relationship between the results of the three tier test and interviews about chemical equilibrium material on the concept of determining the formula Kc, Kp, and the concept of Kc calculation. The research method was descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique in this study was a test. The research instrument was in the form of three tier test questions consisted of four concepts. The misconceptions were analyzed based on the result of tests given to 30 students were further clarified by interviewing as matching answers. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Wonosari in Gunungkidul Regency with five interviewed research subjects. The result showed that students experienced misconceptions about the concept of determining the Kc formula by 23.33%, determining the Kp formula by 13,33%, and concept of Kc calculation by 16,67%.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of management of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya. The focus of this study are 1. The lesson plan for integrative thematic class based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school . the research method of this study is descriptive kualitatif, the data collection technique are interview, observation and documentation. The result of this study are 1) the lesson plan of integrative thematic based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya conducted by several steps are : a) set thema, b) doing analisys SKL, KI, and basic competence, c) arrage syllabus, d) arrage the lesson plan, 2) doing integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 Khadijah primary school used scientific approch by observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, processing, displaying, verivicaying, and communicating, 3) the assessment of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school used authentic assessment that include written assessment, project assessment and portfolio assessment.

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.

AbstrakPenelitian ini menggambarkan tentang berbagai latar belakang pengambilan keputusan Putin atas isu Krimea yang melihat dasar-dasar pengambilan keputusan seperti intuisi, pengalaman, fakta, wewenang, dan rasionalitas yang memengaruhi Putin dalam melakukan aksi aneksasi Krimea tersebut. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, sang penulis menggunakan kerangka teori Pengambilan Keputusan (Decision Making) yang merupakan topik utama sekaligus pisau analisa dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh sang penulis dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah metode kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh sang penulis dalam memperoleh data adalah melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka yang menelaah sejumlah buku, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan media elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pengambilan keputusan Vladimir Putin adalah berdasarkan pilihan rasional dengan melihat pertimbangan materil seperti memberi keuntungan di sektor keamanan, ekonomi, politik, memberikan peluang Rusia menjadi negara adidaya, dan pengamanan jalur pipa gas Rusia di Ukraina dan Krimea. Yang menarik dari tindakan yang diinisiasi oleh Putin itu adalah aksi tersebut dalam merebut suatu wilayah tanpa pencurahan darah. Ini adalah hal yang menarik bagi sang penulis karena bagaimana mungkin suatu intervensi militer di suatu wilayah tidak terjadi penyerangan dari pihak luar ke dalam suatu wilayah, dalam hal ini adalah aksi Rusia kepada Krimea. Politik keamanan, politik identitas, dan politik ekonomi mewarnai Putin dalam pengambilan keputusannya atas isu Krimea tersebut.Kata Kunci: Vladimir Putin, Pengambilan Keputusan, Pilihan                          Rasional, Rusia, Krimea, Ukraina.Abstract This research describes the various backgrounds of Putin's decision making on the Crimean issue which looks at the basics of decision making such as intuition, experience, facts, authority and rationality that influenced Putin in carrying out the Crimean annexation. In writing this thesis, the writer uses the theoretical framework of Decision Making which is the main topic as well as the analysis knife in this research. The research method used by the author in the preparation of this thesis is a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used by the author in obtaining data are through interviews and literature studies that examine a number of books, journals, scientific articles, and electronic media. The results show that the background of Vladimir Putin's decision making is based on rational choices by looking at material considerations such as providing benefits in the security, economic, political sectors, giving Russia the opportunity to become a superpower, and securing Russian gas pipelines in Ukraine and Crimea. What's interesting about the action initiated by Putin is that it seizes an area without shedding blood. This is an interesting matter for the author because how could a military intervention in a region not occur from outside attacks into an area, in this case Russia's action against Crimea. ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. Pesan dakwah dapat disampaikan melalui media termasuk instagram. Trend  tersebut memiliki dua sisi seperti pisau bermata ganda (tantangan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah dalam instagram dan mencari tahu kelebihan dan kekurangan penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya, melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari dua puluh unggahan yang diteliti, terdapat tiga unggahan yang termasuk bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah informatif, empatbelas unggahan yang termasuk persuasif, dan tiga unggahan yang termasuk koersif. Kelebihan penyajian pesan dakwah pada akun instagram ini ialah menyampaikan pesan dalam bahasa singkat dan mudah dipahami pembaca. Dan kekurangannya, yaitu penjelasan yang kurang lengkap dan singkat. Kelebihan dan kekurangannya ini juga memberikan dampak pada pemahaman  pembacanya. Da'wah messages can be conveyed through the media including Instagram. The trend has two sides like a double-edged knife (a challenge). This study aims to determine the presentation of preaching messages on social media Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the form of preaching messages on Instagram and find out the advantages and disadvantages of preaching messages in social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques, through observation and documentation. The results showed that of the twenty uploads examined, there were three uploads that included informative preaching messages, fourteen uploads that were persuasive, and three uploads which were coercive. The advantage of presenting da'wah messages on this Instagram account is that it conveys messages in short and easily understood language. And the shortcomings, namely an incomplete and concise explanation. These strengths and weaknesses also have an impact on the reader's understanding.

Covid-19 is a big challenge for Indonesians, it affects various aspects, in addition to economic aspects many aspects are also harmed by Covid 19 aspk other aspects, namely aspectsofEducation. This research aims to find out the results of learning to write in the pandemic period in students of grade 9H SMPN 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 school year and to find out the learning results of students in using the WhatsApp Grouping application. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a sample of students of SMPN 1 Karanggayam. This research data collection technique uses observation techniques, questionnaires and recording techniques. The data collection instrument used in the study was an online learning questionnaire. The results of research in the use of WhatsApp media showed that the results of learning to write a rebuke against the results of grades that are not 100% most students have grades that are less or below KKM

Abstract:. The problem that often arise in the study is the lack of understanding of the hidden curriculum so the teacher does not know the positive impact of the hidden curriculum activity itself, despite the fact that the hidden curriculum activities are often carried out in the learning process. This study was aimed to describe the hidden curriculum implementation strategy on educational subjects of Al-Islam in SD Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta Wirobrajan academic year 2017/2018. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative and the  data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the hidden curriculum on the educational subjects of Al-Islam had positive habit to students during the learning process by using expository  and inquiry strategy for the achievement of school goals along with the vision and mission of the school established to form Islamic generation, knowledgeable, noble, and cultured.Keywords: Hidden Curriculum, Al-Islam Education Abstrak: Permasalahan yang sering muncul di dalam pembelajaran adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru mengenai hidden curriculum sehingga guru tidak mengetahui dampak positif dari kegiatan hidden curriculum itu sendiri, meskipun pada kenyataannya kegiatan hidden curriculum sering dilaksanakan tanpa disengaja di dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pelaksanaan hidden curriculum pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Al-Islam di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan I Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan hidden curriculum pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Al-Islam sudah baik memberikan pembiasaan yang positif kepada siswa pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan srategi ekspositori dan inquiry demi tercapainya tujuan sekolah serta visi misi sekolah yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu terbentuknya  generasi islami, berilmu, berakhlak mulia, dan berbudaya.Kata Kunci: Hidden Curriculum, Pendidikan Al-Islam
