Writing this script has purpose to get valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the difference Entrepreneurial Intention based Locus of Control in the Students of the Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research during three months during March until May 2014. This research used survey method with Causal Comparative Approach and using primary data (Locus of Control and Entrepreneurial Intention). The sampling technique in this research using Simple Random Sampling technique with 172 respondents in the sample, 133 students are classified to Internal Locus of Control and 39 students are classified in the External Locus of Control. The research Method in survey method with causal comparative approach. Used this method because for get reliable data and correct to fact and actual from the resource. Entrepreneurial Intention data using instrument Likert scale. Data processing is done using Microsoft Excel Program. Before that is has validity test and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability result is 0,8715. The conclusion shown that research have the difference entrepreneurial intention based on Locus of Control.

This study aims to analyze the association between locus of control and job satisfaction to auditor ethical sensitivity. The association between locus of control and ethical sensitivity is based on the notion that auditors with an internal locus of control likely have a high ethical sensitivity. The association between job satisfaction has emerged from the understanding that auditors who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have keen ethical sensitivity. The population of this study is 300 government auditors at the office of Financial and Development supervisory agency (BPKP) in East Java. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, which includes a minimum number of sample of 30 auditors. The type of data is primary data gathered from distributed questionnaires. Rank Spearman correlation test is used to determine the association between the variables. This research found that locus of control is related to auditor ethical sensitivity. It implies that internal locus of control can influence the auditors' decision-making when faced with an ethical dilemma. On the other hand, job satisfaction does not associate with auditor ethical sensitivity.

The development modes of transportation in Indonesia led to competition in the various modes such as by land; sea and air were increasing. Railway is one mode of transportation, especially as the most dominated by the passenger in Bandung. Due to higher competition pattern, efforts were made to improve passenger satisfaction. Various complaints can occur, and will increase if not addressed promptly so that the company should seek to restore service (service recovery) that passengers are satisfied. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the program service recovery Argo Gede Train, perceived satisfaction of passengers and how much influence the program service recovery on customer satisfaction.The object of this research was Argo Gede Train passenger route Bandung-Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was a service recovery program (X), and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The type of research was descriptive verification, through explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique, and 100 respondents were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires' research, and literature studies. The results showed in the service recovery program, has improved the accuracy of the biggest scores. The results showed that the service recovery program has the effect of 47.80% on customer satisfaction to note that the service recovery program has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the influence of reward on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Lontar,Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach.The sample in this study was taken using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method bytaking 67 respondents from the entire population. Primary data obtained by questionnaire filleddirectly by the respondent. The results of this study indicate that the reward is positive and significantwith a coefficient of 1.095 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Reward

This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about The Relationship Between The Perception of the Tax Penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax at Duri Pulo Villages Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach. This research was conducted on February to December 2014. The population in this research were all taxpayer. Affordable population in this research were taxpayer land and building tax, amount to 71 persons. Total of samples used were 58 persons research. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. The result from this study partial and simultaneous testing of consciousness there significantly influence to tax penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax.   Keywords: Tax Penalty, Tax Compliance

Environmental pollution is the undesirable change in physical, chemical and biological characteristics of air, land and water. As a result of over-population, rapid industrializations, and other human activities like agriculture and deforestation etc., earth became loaded with diverse pollutants that were released as by-products. The paper is an attempt to identify the awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers. The investigator adopted the survey method to study the awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers. The study is based on primary data which is collected from 300 BEd student teachers in and around Coimbatore district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that there is a difference in the level of awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers.FCASR

Language and life are inter-related. The scope of language is widened with the widening scope of human activity. Today there is no activity, which does not find its expression in terms of language. Listening and reading are passive or receptive skills and speaking and writing are active or productive skills. The paper is an attempt to find to identify the receptive skills in English among B.Ed trainees. The investigator adopted the survey method to study receptive skills of B.Ed trainees. The study is based on primary data which is collected from 300 BEd trainees in and around Coimbatore district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that totally 25% of the selected B.Ed. trainees belong to low level of receptive skill, 46.6% of the selected BEd trainees belong to moderate level of receptive skill, 26.6% of the selected BEd trainees belong to high level of receptive skill. Also it is found that there is no significant difference in receptive among the selected B.Ed trainees based on gender and locality.

Direct Woman Sex Worker (Direct-WSW) is a woman who openly offers sex at street legal or illegal prostitution complex  or ex legal or illegal prostitution complex, while Indirect Woman Sex Worker (Indirect-WSW) is a woman who operate in concealed as prostitute who works at certain job or has other main job and indirrectly offers sex at places of entertainment as massager or public relation in bar or karaoke. The objective of this study is to know the difference practice using condom to direct-WSW and indirect-WSW in prevention against HIV in Sidoarjo. This study is an analytic observational study using survey method and case control approach. The population such as ndirect-WSW population is 20 people and direct-WSW population is 233 people. Determining the size for sample in hypothesis test using Lameshow formula by ratio 1:2 is gotten indirect-WSW sample for 20 people by total sampling technique and direct-WSW sample for 42 people by simple random sampling technique. The variables are characteristic and practice of both sample group. The result of the study shows that both respondent group are having high the practice of condom usage in preventing HIV in direct-WSW 73% and indirect-WSW 30%. The conclusion from this study is there is different practice in condom usage to direct-WSW and indirect-WSW in preventing HIV in Sidoarjo. The suggestion for further researchers to be able to expand the research sample, add other variable, and expand different research methodology like quantitative and experiment.Keywords: practice, Direct-WSW, Indirect-WSW, condom usage behavior, HIV prevention

Since 2016 the P2P Lending industry has begun to develop in Indonesia. Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) is a new alternative to getting funds in the form of money loans to individuals or investors. Fintech P2P Lending provides convenience through a simple and fast service. Its features can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere. On the other hand, investors or lenders have investment alternatives with attractive returns. So that it quickly spread to all segments of Indonesian society. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors can influence trust in using of P2P Lending in Indonesia. The difference between this study and previous research is that there is no research that focuses on trust in the use of FinTech, especially P2P Lending in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research that used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to Indonesians. The samples taken by Simple Random Sampling Technique and obtained 400 respondents as user fintech. And the statistical analysis used in this study is multiple regression and using SPSS 23 program. Based on the result, this study showed that the variable of structural assurance, easy of use, and brand image were significant on trust in using FinTech, meanwhile the variable of  integrity was not significant on trust in using FinTech.

Attitude is defined as a settled way of thinking or feeling about something. Allport (1954) defines attitude as a “learned disposition to think, feel and behave toward a person (or object) in a particular way.” Language is a system of conventional spoken, manual, or written symbols by means of which human beings, as members of a social group and participants in its culture, express themselves. The functions of language include communication, the expression of identity, play imaginative expression and emotional release. This paper is an attempt to identify the attitude towards learning languages among high school students. The investigator adopted the survey method to study the attitude towards learning languages among high school students. The study is based on primary data which was collected from 300 high school students in and around Thrissur district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that there is a difference in the level of attitude towards learning languages among high school students.
