Since 2016 the P2P Lending industry has begun to develop in Indonesia. Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) is a new alternative to getting funds in the form of money loans to individuals or investors. Fintech P2P Lending provides convenience through a simple and fast service. Its features can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere. On the other hand, investors or lenders have investment alternatives with attractive returns. So that it quickly spread to all segments of Indonesian society. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors can influence trust in using of P2P Lending in Indonesia. The difference between this study and previous research is that there is no research that focuses on trust in the use of FinTech, especially P2P Lending in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research that used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to Indonesians. The samples taken by Simple Random Sampling Technique and obtained 400 respondents as user fintech. And the statistical analysis used in this study is multiple regression and using SPSS 23 program. Based on the result, this study showed that the variable of structural assurance, easy of use, and brand image were significant on trust in using FinTech, meanwhile the variable of  integrity was not significant on trust in using FinTech.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan : (1) mendeskripsikan saluran pemasaran setiap produk yang dihasilakan pengrajin anyaman purun dan (2) mengitung marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share dari setiap produk yang dihasilkan pengrajin anyaman purun di Desa Tajung Atap Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan.  Waktu pelaksanaan praktik lapangan ini dilaksanaan pada bulan Januari 2018. Dara yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data primer dan metode pengumpulan data sekunder.  Penarikan contoh di Desa Tanjung Atap Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dilakukan secara sederhana (Simple Random Sampling).  Pemasaran aneka kreasi anyaman purun di Desa Tanjung Atap terdapat dua pola saluran pemasaran. yaitu saluran pemasaran langsung yakni saluran pemasaran dari produsen ke konsumen tanpa menggunakan perantara. dan saluran pemasaran satu perantara yaitu menggunakan satu perantara pengecer dalam hal ini adalah pihak Universitas Sriwijaya Program Studi Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian dimana memang dari awal pembentukan kelompok pihak Unsri yang membantu membimbing para pengrajin sehingga aneka kreasi anyaman tikar purun mampu bersaing dipasaran. Dari setiap perhitungan marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share untuk setiap produk yang dihasilkan dapat kita ketahui bahwasanya perbedaan harga ditingkat pengrajin dan konsumen rata-rata kurang lebih sebesar Rp 5.000/produk.   Kata Kunci : Aneka produk anyaman purun. The comprehensive data on this research was the method of primary data and methods. Sampling in Tanjung Atap Village. Tanjung Batu Subdistrict. Ogan Ilir Regency is done by Simple Random Sampling. Marketing of various wicker creations in the village of Tanjung Atap There was two patterns of marketing channels. namely direct marketing channels from marketing sales from producers to consumers without the use of booths. and marketing channels one thing was a single retailer in this case was the Sriwijaya University Economic Social Studies Program Agriculture where it was from the beginning of the formation of groups of Unsri who helped guide the craftsmen so that various creations mat woven purun able to compete in the market. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived price and its implication towards student satisfaction in Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). This research is quantitative in nature. Both primary and secondary data were obtained from various source such as journals. Primary data were gathered using questionnaire which were distributed to the target respondent. The population consists of active students from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Economy actively studying in 2017 using a purposive sampling. Total sample of 100 students were obtained. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The research found that the brand image, service quality and perceived price are affecting students satisfaction of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Researcher suggests UMT to improve their brand image, also to improve administration services and lecturer quality. In addition UMT shall adjust their tuition costing structure to win the competition in pricingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan bersifat explanatory, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dan dokumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari fakultas teknik dan fakultas ekonomi yang aktif berkuliah pada tahun 2017. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan metode probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang diambil sebagai responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di UMT. Peneliti menyarankan UMT perlu meningkatkan citra merek, dan juga melakukan peningkatan di kualitas staf administrasi dan pengajar. Selain itu UMT perlu meninjau kembali biaya perkuliahan yang dikenakan ke mahasiswa agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing

Due to the advancement of technology, many businesses moved from physical locations to online businesses where they do business online. The objective of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting online shopping behavior among residents of Lasanod Somalia. This paper used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected from residents of Lasanod Somalia through questionnaires. 160 questioners were collected from respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that factors such as trust, firm reputation, functionality, privacy, reliability, and firm value have an influence on consumers’ online buying behavior. The study found out there is a strong positive correlation between trust and firm reputation with an R-value of .612 and a significant level of .000 which is way below 0.01. This research focused on Lasanod city and cannot be generalized to the whole of Somalia. Furthermore, the sample size was not large.

Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

Background: Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia and often cause death. In 2015 there were eighteen times the outbreak of diarrhea spread in eleven provinces, eighteen districts / cities, with the number one patient. 213 people and 30 deaths (CFR 2.47%). According to Surabaya City Health Office, there were 65.447 cases of diarrhea in 2015, in other words there were 23 cases of diarrhea in 1000 population. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and diarrhea  in RW XIII and RW XIV Kelurahan Ampel, Subdistrict Semampir, City of Surabaya in  2017. Methods: This was observational analytics study with cross sectional design. The population in this research were all the children under five in the area in RW XIII and RW XIV in Kelurahan Ampel. Sampling technique used was  simple random sampling involving 39 respondents. Primary data were collected by interview with questionnaire, Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data were analyzed statistically using Fisher’s Exact Test. Results: The result of this this study, there was relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and diarrhea (p=0.000). Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and diarrhea.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Diare adalah penyakit endemis di Indonesia dan sering menyebabkan kematian. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh balita yang berada di wilayah di RW XIII dan RW XIV di Kelurahan Ampel. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling didapatkan 39 responden. Data Primer dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dengan kuesioner, Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Fisher’s Exact.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian ASI eksklusif  memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian diare (p=0,000).Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan kejadian diare.

Writing this script has purpose to get valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the difference Entrepreneurial Intention based Locus of Control in the Students of the Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research during three months during March until May 2014. This research used survey method with Causal Comparative Approach and using primary data (Locus of Control and Entrepreneurial Intention). The sampling technique in this research using Simple Random Sampling technique with 172 respondents in the sample, 133 students are classified to Internal Locus of Control and 39 students are classified in the External Locus of Control. The research Method in survey method with causal comparative approach. Used this method because for get reliable data and correct to fact and actual from the resource. Entrepreneurial Intention data using instrument Likert scale. Data processing is done using Microsoft Excel Program. Before that is has validity test and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability result is 0,8715. The conclusion shown that research have the difference entrepreneurial intention based on Locus of Control.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge and understanding of taxation regulations, tax avoidance and taxation sanctions simultaneously and partially on taxpayer compliance. To find out the difference in knowledge and understanding of taxation regulations,  tax  avoidance,  taxation  and  compliance sanctions  on  private  taxpayers  of private employees with ASN's personal taxpayers. In this study using the population of all individual taxpayers registered in the Tegal City KPP with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires. The data is processed using SPSS program version 23. The results of this study conclude that the first hypothesis is that there is the influence of knowledge and understanding of tax regulations, tax avoidance and taxation sanctions simultaneously on taxpayer compliance with a significant value of 0,000. The second hypothesis  is  that  there  is an  influence  of  knowledge  and  understanding  of  taxation regulation partially to taxpayer compliance with the significant value equal to 0,011. The third hypothesis is that there is no partial tax avoidance effect on taxpayer compliance with a significant value of 0.069. The fourth hypothesis is that there is a partial effect of taxation sanctions on taxpayer compliance with a significant value of 0.030. The fifth hypothesis is that  there  are  differences  in  knowledge  and  understanding  of  taxation  regulations,  tax evasion,  tax  sanctions  and  compliance  with  private taxpayers  private  employees  with taxpayers personal ASN. While for both groups of taxpayers both private and ASN employees do not differ or there is no difference in preferences on tax sanctions.

AbstractThis research discusses the influence of online gaming on the obedience of students at department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang, especially in students of the class of 2017 and 2018. This research is based on the excessive intensity of online gaming that affects the obedience of student worship. This research is using field research, with a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling with 52 respondents. While data collection technique using questionnaire methods. The results of the correlation coefficient significant test using product moment correlation analysis the result was -0,276 < 0,279 < 0,361. The meaning is there is no positive and significant correlation between the intensity of online gaming to the obedience of students at the Department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang.Keywords: Online Games, Obedience to Worship
