Entrepreneurial Intention is a component that can explain the mindset and have a substantial impact on individual behavior. This fact indicates how hard a person's mindset is in trying and how much effort is put in so that the desired behavior can be carried out. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of an entrepreneurial mindset, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. A total of 354 students in Malang took part in this research. We used descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The study results found that the entrepreneurial mindset and perceived behavioral control affected entrepreneurial self-efficacy—similarly, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention. Our results also found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy failed to mediate the effect of the entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intention.

This study aims to analyze the determinant of millennial entrepreneurial intention in Yogyakarta. The subject in this study was the people resident in Yogyakarta with the age of 19 to 39 years old. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling method. The data were gathered using questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The finding of this study shows that overall the attitude, perceived behavioral control, family background, entrepreneurial knowledge, and social media have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intention simultaneously. Whereas separately the results show that attitude, behavioral control, family background, and social media have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intention while entrepreneurial knowledge has a negative and insignificant of the millennial generation in Yogyakarta. Overall, this research provides some crucial insights for Yogyakarta’s local government to highlight possible steps for policy makers as a reference for entrepreneurship development.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world of its 240 million people,88.2% are Muslims. Islamic banks exist because of the public's need for alternative transactions thatare interest-free. However, the growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia is still not optimal, one of thefactors is that people are still not enthusiastic about Islamic banks and the lack of intention of thepeople to become customers of Islamic banks. There are several factors that affect the intention interms of planned behavior theory, namely attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behaviorcontrol. So the research aims to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms and perceptionsof behavioral control on the intention of the people of Bekasi city to become customers in Islamicbanks. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are the results ofquestionnaires distributed to 12 districts in the city of Bekasi. The sample consisted of 132 people inBekasi city who were taken by using purposive sampling technique. Data were tested partially andsimultaneously. The data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version22. The results of this study show partially that attitude variables have a positive and significant effect,subjective norm variables have a positive and significant effect, behavioral control perceptions have apositive but insignificant effect on intention to become a customer. Islamic Bank. Meanwhile, attitudes,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control simultaneously have a significant positive effect onthe intention to become a customer of Islamic banks. Future research is expected to expand the scopeof research, add variables and other factors and extend the research period.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions among college student. The five independent variables was used include need for achievement, locus of control, self-efficacy, instrumental readiness, entrepreneurship experience. Sample in this research is students on Pattimura University totaling 160 people. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to measure this study. The results of this study indicate that need for achievement, locus of control, entrepreneurship experience have no effect on the intentions of entrepreneurial among students. Whereas instrumental readiness and self-efficacy variable has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention between students of Pattimura University. The research attempts to quantify the significance of perceived education support, self-efficacy, and the theory of planned behavior in predicting the entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). The paper employs a 28-item questionnaire to acquire information on undergraduate demographics and six variables based on the five-point Likert scale. SmartPLS version 3.0 was applied to analyze statistical data collecting from 312 students in three selected universities in Ho Chi Minh City. The findings indicate that perceived education support and two elements of theory planned behavior, specifically, attitude towards entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control positively and significantly affect entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, perceived education support had a strong correlation on attitude towards entrepreneurship. Overall, the paper suggests practical implications in increasing entrepreneurship intention toward undergraduates.

Entrepreneurship education is one of the national programs to boost the number of entrepreneurs in the country. The success of creating educated entrepreneurs depends on several factors such as the curriculum, mentors, the method and the readiness of the participant. The intention to become an entrepreneur cannot be separated from the individual’s self-efficacy. This research examined the effect of master’s students’ self-efficacy on their entrepreneurial intention, with the mediation of the Planned Behavior Theory variables. The sample included 134 master’s students out of the total of 203. All had been conducting business for at least six months and were recruited through purposive sampling. A 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire was given to the respondents in print and through Google Forms. Quantitative data analysis was done using smart-PLS version 3. Two of the three variables of the Planned Behavior Theory were significant as mediators of self-efficacy, namely attitude toward behavior and subjective norm. Perceived behavioral control did not have an effect on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intent through mediation. The economy needs entrepreneurs to identify market opportunities to offer solutions to social problems. Therefore, understanding the factors that affect entrepreneurial intention has become an important research topic. This article examines perceived behavioral control as a determinant of entrepreneurial intention. It also analyzes how trait emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial self-efficacy impact on perceived behavioral control. The resulting model shows that integrating these competences in entrepreneurship programs has a positive impact on perceived control behavior. Gender implications are discussed.

Auditors have an important role both for companies and other parties who rely on audited financial information to make decisions. Cases involving the Public Accountant Firm (PAF) raise doubts about the auditor's performance. Therefore, efforts that can be made to increase that trust are by whistleblowing action, but it is not an easy action. The characteristics of whistleblower factors that influence a person's intention to conduct whistleblowing are attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and commitment of professional. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior concept as a theoretical basis. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and the auditor's professional commitment to whistleblowing intentions. The study was conducted using primary data. The respondents in this study are an auditor who works in PAF in Surabaya. The sample in this study is 54 people with sampling techniques using convenience sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis models. The results showed that attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and professional commitment were related to whistleblowing intentions, while perceived behavioral control did not conflict with whistleblowing intentions. This shows that auditors feel there will be difficulties and few opportunities in the process of disclosing known fraud, so that perceived behavioral control has no effect.

This research aimed to determine the factors affecting accounting students’ interest in obtaining the CA certification. The theory of planned behavior is used as a theoretical basis to explain the effect of attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on the interest in obtaining CA certification. The level of knowledge is also one of the information factors that can influence behavior intention. The number of samples used in this study was 168 respondents to determine the sample, namely the simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results indicate that attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control positively affect accounting students’ interest to obtain CA certification. Meanwhile, the level of knowledge about CA does not affect accounting students’ interest to obtain CA certification. As a country, Indonesia is inseparable from import activities to meet their own needs. Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Muslims are required to always consume halal food in accordance with Islamic religious orders. However, in fact, not all imported food or beverage products are labeled as halal food. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and religiosity on the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported halal labeled food and beverages.The data collection method is done through questionnaire. The population of this research is Muslim students at Universitas Diponegoro who consume imported food and beverages with sample of 110 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are calculated using the SPSS 26.0 application. The results of the analysis showed that the product quality, attitude, perceived behavioral control and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported food and beverage labeled as halal. However, subjective norm are not significant to the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported food and beverages labeled halal.
