The purpose of this community service is training and workshop to guide and assist teachers, employees and students in introducing and understanding and implementing digital archive management with Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Word and PHP MYSQL.. The resulting output is a digital archive book that will be useful in guiding teachers and as one of the teaching materials in carrying out education and teaching in vocational high schools. The methodology used in the implementation of this community service activity is action research activities consisting of Planning, Preparation, Implementation (actions), Observation and Evaluation and Reflection. The conclusion of community service is the implementation of community service activities through guidance and assistance with the results of increased knowledge about digital archives, skills in managing digital archives, expertise in using digital information technology and being able to apply digital archives management and support for the course of an organization.

The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya is one of scholl in Surabaya that have cooperated with STIE Perbanas Surabaya. One of majoring in Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya is accounting. There are two problems faced Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. They are the limited learning of banking accounting and the accounting learning process is still done manually. This community service activity is carried out by providing banking accounting training of back office transaction in Conventional Bank for Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. This activity provides additional knowledfe for teachers and students of Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya about back office transaction in Conventional Bank both in theory or practice.

The community service activity is conducted in the form ofa counselingabout the use of GeoGebra-aided modul in integral application learning.This activity aims to add knowledge about the use of GeoGebra-aided modul in mathematics learning especially integral application learning to mathematics teachers. The implementation method consists of four stages namely preparation, action, evaluation and report. This one day activity were attended by 26 mathematics teachers from elementary school, junior and senior high school and vocational school in Balikpapan at the 7th Floor G Building of Balikpapan University. The presented material consists of the use of GeoGebra-aided modul in integral application topic namely area of plane regions and volume of solids of revolution. This community service activity run well and smoothly and in accordance with the planning. Based on the carried activities, it is expected for mathematics teachers to create learning modules that appropriate with their students� conditions in the class and integrate various multimedia to support their mathematics learning process.Keywords: modul, geogebra, integral application

The purpose of this community service is to improve basic computer skills based on the Microsoft Office application for students of SMK Negeri 3 Merauke. This community service method used training with material presentation techniques and questions and answers. The training participants were 34 students of class X Multimedia Department. There were 2 (two) activities carried out, namely: the preparation of a Microsoft office training manual and a questionnaire response to training participants as well as the implementation of basic computer training activities online. The instruments used are response questionnaires and activity documentation. The results of this community service activity indicate that overall each indicator of the response of basic computer training participants is in the 'good' and 'very good' categories. The average percentage of responses is 98.23 which is included in the 'very good' category.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for elementary school teachers about classroom action research design techniques for elementary school teachers to do classroom action research in school or in their respective duties. Community service activities implemented are expected to provide benefits in the effort of teachers improve the quality of their understanding of classroom action research, so as to improve their skills in conducting research activities. By understanding and skills in conducting research, a teacher can improve and improve the quality of learning that ultimately impact on the achievement of competence development of learners in learning.

This community service activity aims to increase the competence of information and communication technology (ICT) through Microsoft Office computer training and animation learning media at the Al Muhajirin Integrated Islāmic Elementary School, Cilegon, Banten. The output of this program has an impact on the creation of teachers who are skilled in using technology in learning, trained teachers who are able to use technology especially Microsoft Office and learning animation media. In this training, DIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten teachers were trained on Microsoft office and the theory and principles of animation as a learning medium. Furthermore, the training continued with intensive mentoring of the SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten teacher to choose themes and practices for making learning animations. With the training held at SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten, this primary school teacher who became a participant in community service has achieved this understanding of the benefits of sustainable professional development in teacher performance assessment. Teachers are able to master how to make animation media for learning using PowerPoint Microsoft Teachers at SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten who are community service participants are trained to understand the features and functions in Microsoft PowerPoint which are used for making animation media in learning. From the results of community service activities carried out at SDIT Al-Muhajirin Cilegon Banten, it can be concluded that the assessment of the ability of participants on average is around 84.15% and have mastered and understood Microsoft office materials and learning animations.

Abstract: The low HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) students based on the results of PISA 2015 in mathematics shows the characteristics of mathematics learning are still familiar with Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) questions. Based on this, HOTS math problems need to be developed at the Vocational high school education level. The difficulty of the teacher in applying HOTS questions is due to the lack of information obtained by the teacher and the lack of sharing activities to compile HOTS questions. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for vocational mathematics teachers in making HOTS questions. This community service activity is in the form of training for Mathematics Teachers of Denpasar Development Vocational School and involving all teachers of mathematics subjects. The partner in this dedication activity named I Made Surya Mega Widiastha, S.Pd is one of the mathematics teachers at the Denpasar Development Vocational School. The implementation of community service activities is carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and reflection. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to the partners and to the school, the results of the service have been able to run well.            Keywords: Dedication, Mathematics, Training, Hots  Abstrak: Rendahnya HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) siswa berdasarkan hasil PISA 2015 dalam matematika  menunjukkan karakteristik pembelajaran matematika masih terbiasa dengan soal-soal Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dikembangkan soal matematika HOTS di jenjang pendidikan sekolah menengah Kejuruan. Kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan soal-soal HOTS dikarenakan kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh guru serta minimnya kegiatan sharing untuk menyusun soal HOTS. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi guru matematika SMK dalam membuat soal-soal HOTS. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan kepada guru matematika SMK Pembangunan Denpasar dan melibatkan semua guru mata pelajaran matematika. Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini bernama I Made Surya Mega Widiastha, S.Pd merupakan salah satu guru matematika di SMK Pembangunan Denpasar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, dan refleksi. Abstrak: Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Bali atau disingkat LPMP adalah unit pelaksana teknis kementerian Pendidikan dan kebudayaan. LPMP mempunyai fungsi sebagai pengendali penyelenggaraan Pendidikan oleh satuan Pendidikan untuk mewujudkan Pendidikan yang bermutu. Tugas LPMP adalah melakukan penjaminan mutu Pendidikan dasar dan menengah berdasarkan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Guna mewujudkan visi dan misi dari LPMP Bali, salah satu kegiatan yang secara berkala diadakan adalah kegiatan seminar/workshop kepada para guru. Kegiatan seminar/workshop kepada para guru ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan mutu Pendidikan dasar dan Pendidikan menengah dalam pencapaian standar nasional. Sebagai bentuk bukti partisipasi bagi para guru maka setiap guru yang mengikuti kegiatan seminar/workshop akan mendapatkan sertifikat. Proses pengelolaan dan penerbitan sertifikat kegiatan di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali saat ini masih dilakukan secara sederhana menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft office sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengelola data sertifikat. e-Sertifikat LPMP Bali merupakan sistem manajemen sertifikat elektronik yang diperuntukkan di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali guna memudahkan penyelenggara kegiatan di LPMP Provinsi Bali dalam memanajemen sertifikat yang akan diberikan kepada peserta dan narasumber dan pengarsipan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi cara penggunaan e-Sertifikat kepada seluruh pengguna sistem di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, mitra dapat melakukan pengelolaan, input peserta, penerbitan dan distirbusi sertifikat menggunakan sistem e-Sertifikat.Abstract: LPMP is the technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Education and culture. LPMP has the function of controlling the implementation of education by the education unit to create quality education. The task of LPMP is to guarantee the quality of primary and secondary education based on the policies of the Minister of Education and Culture. To realize the vision and mission of LPMP Bali, one of the regularly held activities is seminar/workshop activities for teachers. This activity aims to improve the quality of primary and secondary education in achieving national standards. As proof of teacher participation, every teacher who participates in the seminar/workshop will get a certificate. Managing and issuing activity certificates in the LPMP Bali is still used only using the Microsoft office application. A system that can manage certificate data is needed. The e-Certificate of LPMP Bali is an electronic certificate management system intended for the LPMP Bali to make it easier for activity organizers in the LPMP Bali to manage certificates given to participants and resource persons, and archiving can run well. This community service activity aims to provide socialization on e-Certificates to all system users in the LPMP Bali. As a result of this activity, partners can manage, input participants, issue, and distribute certificates using the e-Certificate system.

Abstract: Community service activities carried out at Muhammadiyah Salam Vocational School (SMK Muhammadiyah Salam), Salam Subdistrict, Magelang Regency so that the X grade (1st) students of Muhammadiyah Salam Vocational School can support computer creativity specifically for desktop applications for developing Software Engineering (RPL) skills. This service activity is carried out by using a method of mentoring for class X students through computer assistance / application programs such as database and desktop creation. The long-term goal is the preparation of class X students who have an interest in application software to participate in the Student Skills Competition (LKS) in the following period. This application software training at Muhammadiyah Vocational School does not have an RPL major, so students are selected to take part in this activity. The final output that will support this activity is student assistance in computer applications as a development aid for students in the field of programming / software engineering. In addition, the publication of the results of this service was in the community service journal            Keywords: Community Service, Software Engineering, Application Software, Programming  Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMK Muhammadiyah Salam, Kecamatan Salam Kabupaten Magelang bertujuan agar para siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah Salam dapat memiliki kreatifitas pada bidang komputer khususnya aplikasi desktop untuk pengembangan ketrampilan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan secara komprehensif kepada pada siswa kelas X melalui pendampingan program/aplikasi komputer seperti pembuatan database dan desktop. Tujuan jangka panjangnya adalah mempersiapkan siswa kelas X yang mempunyai minat di bidang software aplikasi untuk mengikuti kegiatan Lomba Kompetensi Siswa (LKS) pada periode berikutnya. Pelatihan software aplikasi ini karena di SMK Muhammadiyah tidak memiliki jurusan RPL, sehingga mahasiswa diseleksi untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini. Luaran akhir yang akan dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan siswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi komputer sebagai alat pengembangan kreatifitas siswa dalam bidang pemrograman/rekayasa perangkat lunak. Wilayah Batu, Kota Malang dan Kabupaten Malang yang dikategorikan sebagai kawasan Malang Raya menyimpan kekayaan jejak sejarah yang luar biasa. Kekayaan jejak sejarah ini sangat berpotensi untuk mendukung penghayatan dengan cara mengintegrasikan sejarah lokal pada matapelajaran sejarah. Sayangnya, sejarah lokal sebagai salah satu cabang tema dalam sejarah sering kali belum didayagunakan secara optimal pada pembelajaran sejarah, tak terkecuali di SMKN 2 Singosari. SMKN 2 Singosari merupakan sekolah kejuruan yang lokasinya tidak jauh dari beberapa situs air. Dalam pembelajaran sejarah, SMKN 2 Singosari juga memiliki problematika tidak optimalnya antusias siswa dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan pada data tersebut, pemanfaatan peninggalan sejarah lokal berupa situs air yang disinergikan dengan aplikasi digial JESIAMAR, menjadi upaya untuk meningkatkan ketertarikan dan penghayatan siswa terhadap sejarah yang terkemas pada agenda implementasi masyarakat. Kegiatan implementasi ini terbagi menjadi pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan pasca pelaksanaan. Hasil dari implementasi ini diukur dengan kuesioner yang menunjukkan jawaban yang memuaskan yaitu penilaian mengenai kesadaran sejarah lokal sebesar 85,6%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ini maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa aplikasi JESIAMAR sangat efektif untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran.The Batu region, Malang City, and Malang Regency which is categorized as Malang Raya areas hold a wealth of extraordinary historical traces. The richness of historical traces has the potential to support appreciation by integrating local history into historical subjects. Unfortunately, local history as a branch of the theme in history has often not been optimally utilized in history learning, including at SMKN 2 Singosari. SMKN 2 Singosari is a vocational school which is located not far from several water sites. In history learning, SMKN 2 Singosari also has the problem of not optimal student enthusiasm in learning. Based on these data, the use of local historical relics in the form of water sites in synergy with the JESIAMAR digital application is an effort to increase students' interest and appreciation of history which is packaged in the community service agenda. This service activity is divided into pre-implementation, activity implementation, and post-implementation. The results of this service are measured by a questionnaire which shows a satisfactory answer, namely an assessment of local historical awareness of 85.6%. Based on the results of this evaluation, it can be stated that the JESIAMAR application is very effective to be implemented in learning.
