Abstrak: Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Bali atau disingkat LPMP adalah unit pelaksana teknis kementerian Pendidikan dan kebudayaan. LPMP mempunyai fungsi sebagai pengendali penyelenggaraan Pendidikan oleh satuan Pendidikan untuk mewujudkan Pendidikan yang bermutu. Tugas LPMP adalah melakukan penjaminan mutu Pendidikan dasar dan menengah berdasarkan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Guna mewujudkan visi dan misi dari LPMP Bali, salah satu kegiatan yang secara berkala diadakan adalah kegiatan seminar/workshop kepada para guru. Kegiatan seminar/workshop kepada para guru ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan mutu Pendidikan dasar dan Pendidikan menengah dalam pencapaian standar nasional. Sebagai bentuk bukti partisipasi bagi para guru maka setiap guru yang mengikuti kegiatan seminar/workshop akan mendapatkan sertifikat. Proses pengelolaan dan penerbitan sertifikat kegiatan di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali saat ini masih dilakukan secara sederhana menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft office sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengelola data sertifikat. e-Sertifikat LPMP Bali merupakan sistem manajemen sertifikat elektronik yang diperuntukkan di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali guna memudahkan penyelenggara kegiatan di LPMP Provinsi Bali dalam memanajemen sertifikat yang akan diberikan kepada peserta dan narasumber dan pengarsipan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi cara penggunaan e-Sertifikat kepada seluruh pengguna sistem di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, mitra dapat melakukan pengelolaan, input peserta, penerbitan dan distirbusi sertifikat menggunakan sistem e-Sertifikat.Abstract: LPMP is the technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Education and culture. LPMP has the function of controlling the implementation of education by the education unit to create quality education. The task of LPMP is to guarantee the quality of primary and secondary education based on the policies of the Minister of Education and Culture. To realize the vision and mission of LPMP Bali, one of the regularly held activities is seminar/workshop activities for teachers. This activity aims to improve the quality of primary and secondary education in achieving national standards. As proof of teacher participation, every teacher who participates in the seminar/workshop will get a certificate. Managing and issuing activity certificates in the LPMP Bali is still used only using the Microsoft office application. A system that can manage certificate data is needed. The e-Certificate of LPMP Bali is an electronic certificate management system intended for the LPMP Bali to make it easier for activity organizers in the LPMP Bali to manage certificates given to participants and resource persons, and archiving can run well. This community service activity aims to provide socialization on e-Certificates to all system users in the LPMP Bali. As a result of this activity, partners can manage, input participants, issue, and distribute certificates using the e-Certificate system.

RESUMENExisten numerosos trabajos sobre temas de calidad educativa. Parece necesario reflexionar sobre aspectos que, en principio, no afectan de manera directa a toda la comunidad educativa: la atención a la diversidad y las necesidades educativas especiales (NEE). Elaboramos unos instrumentos para identificar aquellos elementos que pudieran ser identificativos de una atención a la diversidad de calidad y para que el profesorado, familia, inspección educativa, ... nos diesen su opinión sobre ello. Partiendo de lo anterior: a) Se enfocó hacia la atención a la diversidad en los centros educativos de educación secundaria integrando aspectos referentes a la planificación, organización, materiales, ... b) Se estructura de forma similar al modelo CIPP de Stufflebeam (Context, Input, Process, Product) para analizar los aspectos contextuales, de entrada y recursos que condicionan una atención de calidad para evaluar la utilidad y calidad de los resultados obtenidos.ABSTRACTThere are many works about quality education themes. It seems necessary think about some aspects that, at the beginning do not affect in a direct way to all educative community: the attention to the diversity and special educative necessities. We elaborated an instrument to identify those elements which could be identificatives of an attention to the quality diversify and for teachers, family, educative inspection, ... give us their opinion about them. a) It was focused towards the attention of diversity in the educative centers of primary and secondary education including aspects which make reference to planification, organisation and materials. b) It is structured in a similar way to the model CIPP of Stufflebeam (Context, Input, Process, Product) to analyse the contextual aspects of entry and and materials which cause an quality attention and evaluate the utility and quality of got results.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

Community service activities with IbM scheme have been done in home industry of soybean milk processing in Sraten and Kartasura Village, Sukoharjo District. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. After this program, the community service activity was conducted with the training and mentoring approach to the two partners, it was able to increase the quantity and quality of soybean beverage production where the yield of production increased almost twice from the original.

Profesional dan kualitas guru PAUD berpengaruh pada kualitas siswa, termasuk didalamnya adalah motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan peningkatan profesionalisme dan kualitas guru PAUD dalam mengajar dan dalam hal ini adalah metode pembelajaran. Berkenaan dengan peningkatan motorik siswa, maka guru PAUD perlu dibekali dan ditingkatkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan kreatif. Beberapa metode pembelajaran yang berkaitan dalam peningkatan motorik siswa adalah menggambar, mewarnai, dan mengecat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya motorik siswa di PAUD Kemah Kasih. Peningkatan motorik siswa berdampak pada meningkatknya fokus atau konsentrasi, kesabaran, keterampilan, emosi, ketaatan, ketepatan dalam mengisi obyek, disiplin, kreatifitas, pantang menyerah (menyelesaikan tugas sampai selesai) pada siswa PAUD Kemah Kasih. Professional and quality of early childhood teachers have an effect on the quality of students, including students' motor skills. Thus, it is necessary to increase the professionalism and quality of PAUD teachers in teaching and in this case is the learning method. With regard to improving student motor skills, PAUD teachers need to be equipped and enhanced with appropriate and creative learning methods. Several learning methods related to improving students' motor skills are drawing, coloring, and painting. The method used in this community service activity is assistance. The result of this activity was the improvement of the students' motor skills at the Kemah Kasih PAUD. The increase in student motoric has an impact on increasing focus or concentration, patience, skill, emotion, obedience, accuracy in filling objects, discipline, creativity, never giving up (completing assignments to completion) in Kemah Kasih PAUD students.

The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of jamu gendong products at the home industry of jamu gendong in Karangrejo village, Magetan Regency. The method of service is carried out by training, including procedures for pre-survey activities, surveys, socialization, training, and evaluation. The target of the service activity is the women of the jamu gendong group. The evaluation results showed an increase in participant understanding of 56% about the technique of selecting rhizomes for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 44% about equipment selection techniques for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 72% about the hygienic process of making herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 66% about the hygienic packaging process of herbal medicine. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that 100% of participants were satisfied in participating in the activities, 100% of participants took an active role in participating in the training, 100% of participants were enthusiastic in participating in the activities.

Training in making woven models as a medium for learning art and culture and this workshop aims to train skills: making woven models from asturo paper to improve the quality of visual art learning in elementary schools. Training methods by providing individual practice guidance to weaving skills directly to 20 elementary school teachers. The results of this community service activity are (1) non-physical for elementary school teachers in cluster 3 Donowarih Karangploso are very interested in getting art training and are willing to disseminate knowledge and skills to other teachers in their assignments. (2) individual trainees are skilled in making woven shapes of fish, flying birds, stars, baskets, and ribbon-shaped woven frames. Pelatihan pembuatan model karya anyaman sebagai media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya ini bertujuan melatih keterampilan: membuat model-model anyaman dari kertas asturo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran senirupa di SD. Metode pelatihan dengan memberikan bimbingan praktek individu keterampilan menganyam secara langsung kepada 20 guru SD. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) non-fisik bagi guru-guru SD di gugus 3 Donowarih Karangploso sangat berminat mendapat pelatihan senirupa-prakarya, dan bersedia untuk menyebarluaskan  pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru lain di tempat tugasnya. (2) peserta pelatihan secara individu terampil membuat anyaman bentuk ikan, burung terbang, bintang, keranjang (besek), dan anyaman pita bentuk pigura.

Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko terkena Covid-19, dikarenakan lansia umumnya memiliki beberapa penyakit komorbid serta tingginya angka mortalitas pada lansia. Salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada lansia ialah dengan langkah promotif dan preventif, antara lain dengan pemberian edukasi pada lansia. Selain itu, perlu juga diperhatikan agar lansia tetap sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kualitas hidup lansia tetap terjaga dan resiko tertular Covid-19 pada lansia dapat dikurangi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan jumlah lansia sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendampingan para lansia untuk berkumpul diruang aula, pemberian kuesioner untuk pre-test, penyampaian informasi dilakukan dengan slide power point tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia, video, kartu SMART, demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam serta diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan pemberian makanan tambahan sehat untuk lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menambah pengetahuan para lansia tentang pencegahan terjadinya infeksi Covid-19, meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penularan serta menjadi lansia yang SMART. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Lansia, Sehat, Bahagia, SMART, Covid-19 ABSTRACT Elderly is the group most at risk of contracting Covid-19, because the elderly generally have several comorbid diseases and high mortality rates in the elderly. One of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the elderly is by promoting and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. In addition, it should also be noted that the elderly remain healthy and happy during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the quality of life for the elderly is maintained and the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the elderly can be reduced. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people during the Covid-19 pandemic, with 20 elderly people. The method of implementing this community service activity begins with the assistance of the elderly to gather in the hall, giving questionnaires for pre-test, delivering information with power point slides about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people, videos, SMART cards, demonstrations of deep breathing relaxation techniques. and ended with a question and answer session, post-test, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection, increase awareness of the dangers of transmission and become SMART elderly.
