This study aimed to determine the effect of perception and motivation to Students Career Interests in Taxation of Departement of Accounting Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. This study used 75 students S1 Departement of Accounting, State University of Jakarta which is still active academic year 2010. Data used in this study is primary data and selection of samples using a convenience sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The first phase of testing the validity and reliability of the statement of each variable. The second stage, performing variable regression perception and motivation towards a career in the field of taxation the interest of students. The results of testing the feasibility of the model shows that the two independent variables, namely perception and motivation affect the career interests of students in the field of taxation Accounting Department of Economics at the State University of Jakarta simultaneously.

This study aims to determine autocratic leadership style, communication and work motivation Against Employee performance at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. This research includes the type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 72 employees at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Autocratic Leadership Style, Communication and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance simultaneously affect employee Performance. communication partially affects employee performance, work motivation partially influences employee performance, job satisfaction also partially affects employee Performance.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on Village Fund Management (DD) in Ponorogoregency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the type of data, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study was conducted on villages in Pulung and Ngebel Subdistricts, this is because the two sub-districts were not on time in submitting the Realization Report on the Use of DD in the 2017 Budget year to Ponorogoregency DPMD. The population of this study is the Village Chief, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Kasi Development, Kasi Community Empowerment, and Chairman of the BPD. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Based on the population and the sample determination method obtained 156 respondents. Effects of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on DD Management in Ponorogoregency using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Test the quality of the data used is the test of validity and reliability. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, namely transparency, has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The second hypothesis of community participation has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The third hypothesis of accountability has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.Regency. The fourth hypothesis obtained results that transparency, community participation, and accountability had a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.This was supported by the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers and real conditions in the field. Kata kunci :   Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan   Dana Desa.

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees". The total population and sample in this study were all employees in the North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.782 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City employees at 51,623 with a significance level of 0,000 <0 .5. Based on the conclusions obtained, it is recommended to further researchers, if you want to do similar research, it is expected to add other factors that can affect employee performance such as incentives, work environment, and others. Keywords: Leadership; Performance; Motivation

This research aims to test the effect of financial pressure, opportunity, rationalization (fraud triangle), gender, and workload on the action of fraud. The data used in this research is the primary data using questionnaires that were distributed to 60 respondents with the technique of sampling slovin. The respondent of this research is an academic community of regional work unit of Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta "Veteran" National Development University. This research using quantitive methods such as multiple linear regression analysis. This research found that the action of fraud is not affected by pressure, opportunity, rationalization, gender, and workload.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with library research and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province, amounting to 66 people. And the sample is all the population of 66 people or better known as the census. The data analysis method used is the instrument test which is divided into validity and reliability test, descriptive variable analysis (TCR), classic assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results obtained are motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 66 0rang. Dan yang dijadikan sampel adalah semua populasi berjumlah 66 orang atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Adapun metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yang terbagi menjadi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif variabel (TCR), uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.0. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the understanding of tax regulations and motivation of taxpayers with tax compliance. The object of this research is the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. The number of questionnaires in this study amounted to 92 questionnaires. The data from this study come from primary data obtained from the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, not all positive variables are seen from the results of the t-test and the significance level is smaller than 0.05. for further research, it is expected to add research variables and the amount of data so that research is more accurate.Keyword:Understanding of Tax Regulations, Motivation of Taxpayers, Compliance of Taxpayers

This study aims to examine empirically whether there is influence between job involvement to organizational commitment. The subject were 221 lecturer of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) selecting using incidental sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative research, data collection techniques using research data obtained through survey instruments adapted from previous researchers. Instruments made have been tested for validity and reliability, and belonging to the reliable criteria. Research hypothesis testing was performed using linear regression analysis of the predictors, with the job involvement as a predictor variable. The analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0,000, less than the significance level (0.05). This value is interpreted that there are significant job involvement to organizational commitment. The influence of job involvement against organizational commitment in this research is 24.2%. So this research indicates that the influence of job involvement against organizational commitment lecturers of the State University of Jakarta.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the average passenger fare, number of passengers and working hours on income. This research was conducted using primary data. By providing a questionnaire statement to the respondent, using a Likert scale measurement. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Bukittinggi. The number of samples is 94 people with purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analysis method and uses quantitative analysis, namely the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. Keywords: average passenger fare; income; number of passengers; working hours Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif rata-rata penumpang, jumlah penumpang dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan. Abstract This research was conducted to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship learning and the using of social media on entrepreneurship interest of Economics Education departement students class of 2017, State University of Malang. The research method in this research is quantitative with the type of explanatory research. The population in this study were undergraduate students of Economics Education class of 2017 State University of Malang, with a total sample of 100 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and primary data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite tests in this study include normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show (1) partially there is an effect of entrepreneurship motivation on entrepreneurship interest, (2) partially there is an influence of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurship interest, (3) partially there is an effect of using social media on entrepreneurship interest, and (4) simultaneously there is an influence of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship learning and the using of social media on entrepreneurship interest. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship learning and the using of social media on entrepreneurship interest of Economics Education departement student at Malang State University class of 2017. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh parsial atau simultan dari motivasi kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial pada minat berwirausaha mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Malang, tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan 100 mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Malang, tahun 2017. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan data didapatkan melalui kuesioner. Tes statistic prasyarat pada penelitian ini meliputi tes normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Teknik regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk proses analisa data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) adanya efek partial dari motivasi kewirausahaan pada minat berwirausaha, (2) adanya efek partial dari pendidikan kewirausahaan pada minat berwirausaha, (3) adanya efek partial dari penggunaan media sosial pada minat berwirausaha, dan (4) adanya efek simultan dari motivasi berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan penggunaan media sosial pada minat berwirausaha. Sehingga, motivasi kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan penggunaan media sosial membawa pengaruh pada minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi tahun 2017, Universitas Negeri Malang.
