Many acts of terror happen recently. The spread of radicalism and terrorism is well-supported by the sophisticated media and technology. In addition, this advanced information technology is also slowly eroding the local cultures. This paper focuses on how to prevent radicalism by maintaining the local culture in Kudus regency. The method of this research is a qualitative method that uses literature study by examining some of the literatures both printed and online. The results of this study show that Kudus regency is still very strong with their local wisdom. This is shown by the Islamic local cultures which are still preserved today, those are: Dandangan, Kupatan dan Syawalan, Bulusan, Kudus Mosque Minaret, Buka Luwur and Cow as Sacred Animal. Globalization tries to erode those local cultures. Nevertheless, Sunan Kudus teaching brings local wisdom of Kudus society could prevent the radicalism in this globalization era.

The strategy forming tourist attraction to attract repeating guest is by developing entertainment tourism which offers sense of pleasure, satisfaction, and valuable experience. Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance in Outer Area Uluwatu Temple was recognized as the most famous entertainment forms by domestic visitors. This aim of study is to identifying characteristics and measuring perception of domestic visitors to Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance based on seven operational dimensions of entertainment tourism (Learning, Enjoyment, Escape, Refreshment, Novelty, Involvement, and Local Culture). The research used qualitative method with data collection techniques are questionnaire (number of samples were 65 respondents) and literature study. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis with continuum lines. The results showed that the perception of 65 domestic visitors for entertainment tourism in Uluwatu Temple were strongly agreed on Learning (277.5) and Enjoyment (285). While perception that were agreed are Escape (227), Refreshment (248.5), Novelty (259.25), Involvement (266), and Local Culture (272.33). In determining the dominant indicators of each dimension of entertainment tourism, the author uses the highest frequency capacity value. The three dimensions with highest average value are Enjoyment (285), Learning (277.5), and Local Culture (272.33). The administrator Outer Area Uluwatu Temple emphasize strategies that can maintain the three dimensions of entertainment tourism that have a dominant value, which is the Enjoyment dimension, Learning dimension, and the Local Culture dimension.   Keyword: Visitor Perception, Socio-demographic Characteristics, Entertainment Tourism, Domestic Visitors

The village has the right to budget as regulated in Law no. 6 year 2014 on the Village, the village is also given the responsibility to report it accountably, cleanly and transparently. Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) along with its supporters are prepared to make the village have a fast, efficient, transparent governance by sticking to local wisdom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Taking data through participatory observation, indepth interview and literature study to explore more deeply how the utilization of communication and information technology in Kesamben Village Kesamben District Jombang.Utilization of Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) in its identification appears on several aspects such as human resources, facilities, infrastructure. The limited human resources capable of Technology, Information and Communication become obstacles in the utilization of Village Information System along with the lack of Internet network.

Cultural association analysis of color is an approach to know color from the side of culture. Unlike the previous color studies which see the color from the aspect of psychology, this research of color aims to provide insight based on the colors from local culture. Johannes Itten’s theory of color was used as a basis of thought in this research. The theory was reflected to Indonesian cultures, and this time, represented by Java island. Research used qualitative method by literature study, interviewing the color experts, historians and artists, visiting cultural centers. Results of the research are in the form of morphological matrix cultural over color. Matrix of analysis resulted in argument and study proposal. Students implemented the color schemes from 5 big cities in Java. They were asked to change the color composition of food and beverage packaging. Students may use, explore, and maximize the principle of color in visual communication to achieve contrast and balance.

The development of increasingly advanced information technology can provide many benefits for completing work quickly and accurately. One example that requires the delivery of information quickly and accurately is the field of library, this is in accordance with the function of the library which is the heart of education. Most libraries are still many who adhere to a conventional system, of course this will result in disruption of the continuity of the process of managing books in the library. Therefore, the author takes the theme of this study regarding Library Book Management Information Systems Based on Websites by using the waterfall method on software development as well as methods of observation and literature on data collection. This Information System is the best solution for problem solving in managing library books. With the use of managed computer data technology becomes faster, reducing inefficient time and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The design results of this system can facilitate educational institutions in conducting online cloud computing-based student counseling

This research is intended to search and information about the strengthening of Islamic religious education (PAI) through the recitation of furudhul Ainiyah which is carried out in Nurul Jadid Paiton Junior High School. The method of this research is by qualitative method with case study method, to express. That is more intense and deep with the above phenomenon. Technique of completion of data and information is done through interview, observation, study study, and literature study. The findings of this research are 1). Students or students are required to complete the recitation of Furudhul Ainiyah as a condition to take the odd semester and even semester exam and become a requirement for class and graduation increase. 2). the implementation of the furudhul Ainiyah memorization is performed on Thursday and Friday nights and Tuesday nights, and can also be done during normal day breaks, 3). The responsible and recipient of the rote deposit are PAI teachers and their homeroom teachers, 4). For students and students who can not read written Al-qur'an is not subject to rote burden, but get special coaching related to Al-Qur'an reading written by the religious coordinator of students. 5). Memory materials include Aqidah, Fiqih or Amaliyah materials, and daily prayers for students of VII and VIII semerter 1 and 2, while for classes IX semesters 1 and 2 cover the material of the Qur'an and Fiqh. 6). This study aims to understand language management for learning in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study. The results show that the State of Indonesia has carried out language management in relation to the recognition of existing languages and is regulating for the government in the context of the state and nation so that there is a triangular relationship between language and the state which is regulated by the government for the benefit of the nation. If the state has guaranteed the existence of a language as a whole, then a number of policies will emerge to guarantee the rights and obligations of each in managing the existing language. Policies are formulated in the form of rules known as regulations, to serve as joint guidelines between the government and speakers of existing languages.
