The domain of the activity is technology for the society whereas the focus is practical computer science for the society. The background of our activity is based on the needs of YPK junior high school in Malang city, Indonesia. The school need to develop computer-based school report card and also daily grade card for teachers. The method for software/application development is spiral model which consist of the cycle of system identification, risk analysis, and enhancement of the prototype to be an operational prototype. Evaluation of the product was based on the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) from IBM. The CSUQ using 5 scale of Likert scale contains three categories: 1) system usefulness (SYSUSE), 2) information quality (INFOQUAL), and 3) interface quality (INTERQUAL). The mean rank’s result in order from the greatest to the lowest is SYSUSE, INTERQUAL, and INFOQUAL, respectively. It was reported that SYSUSE category was superior to INFOQUAL (U = 3369.5, p = 0.0005). Overall, the user satisfaction score is 78.4%, which is in the “worthy” category

The purpose of this study is to develop a mobile multimedia-based Batakologi learning model as the tradition of the Batak culture and lead computer based innovative module products for Junior High School students. The application development method consists of seven phases, namely (1) Research and Preliminary Information Collecting; (2) Planning; (3) Developing Preliminary Product; (4) Preliminary Field Testing; (5) Preliminary Product Revision; (6) Main Field Testing; (7) Operational Product Revision. Data were collected in the research and development using qualitative descriptive analysis of the implementation and results of the design development of the model. Product of this research was the computer based Batakologi learning modules that could be accessed using mobile devices. The findings of the research shows improving student learning atmosphere and it was more fun and independent in learning about Batak culture.

Abstract Introduction: Accurate diagnosis and severity scoring of acute and, in particular, chronic GVHD remains a challenge for clinical practice and for correct self-reporting of GVHD data to evaluate transplant outcomes. Perceived complexity and time investment issues limit the implementation of international standards and the recently updated NIH criteria for chronic GVHD. Here, we describe the development of the EBMT GVHD App, a computer/web-based algorithm-driven application to help physicians correctly diagnose and score severity of acute and chronic GVHD and improve the implementation of current standards in clinical practice and research. Methods: We applied a User Centered Design (UCD) process, through an iterative process between end-users and the development team to ensure that the App is user-friendly and efficient. A first EBMT GVHD App version (v0.0) tested an initial GVHD algorithm. An second improved prototype v1.0 was developed as a true web application (App) compatible with desktop computers and smartphones/tablets. V1.0 relies on two modules: a diagnostic module for NIH diagnostic, distinctive, common signs or proven evidence of GVHD (skin, nails, scalp/body hair, mouth, eyes, genitals, gastrointestinal tract, liver, lungs and muscles/joints), and a scoring moduleto assess severity of acute (Glucksberg and IBMTR criteria), chronic and overlap (NIH criteria) GVHD. The App v1.0 was tested by 28 hematology professionals (University Hospitals of Leuven, Belgium): 8 senior physicians, 8 junior physicians, 2 medical students and 10 data managers/research nurses; median experience in hematology 2.25 years, range 0-30, IQR 6.6, evenly distributed, by profession and seniority, to one of two groups (A and B). Usability of the App was determined for user experience and satisfaction. User experience was tested at baseline and end of study with the technology acceptance model (TAM), evaluating six Perceived Usefulness Statements rated on a 7-point Likert-like scale (1=extremely unlikely to 7=extremely likely). User satisfaction was evaluated by PSSUQ (Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire), which scores system usefulness, information quality and interface quality, on a 7-point Likert-like scale (1=strongly agree to 7=strongly disagree). App's accuracy relied on the proportion of correctly assessed clinical scenarios from 4 representative GVHD cases developed by a panel of GVHD experts as gold standard. In a quasi-experimental crossover design, professionals were invited to solve two cases either with standard paper tools or with the App, and later crossed over to use the other tool, both for the two other cases, as well as to solve again with the new tool their previous two cases. Comparisons were performed 'within groups' and 'between groups' (A vs B). Results: User experience and satisfaction were very good, with a median of 6 TAM points for user experience, and a median overall PSSUQ score of 2.2 for user satisfaction, 2.1 for System Use, 2.4 for Information Quality and 1.7 for Interface Quality. Users (70%) reported that they would be more likely to use the App on a desktop than on a mobile device. Accuracy results were only moderate with standard paper tools: 65% for diagnosis and 45% for scoring. The use of the App significantly increased diagnostic and scoring accuracy to 94% (+29%) and 88% (+43%), respectively (both p<0.001). The App also improved accuracy of individuals repeating the same clinical case (within groups) for diagnosis (+27%) and scoring (+42%), beyond a potential learning effect. From v1.0 results, an App v2.0 has been developed refining details in the algorithm, improving term description, adding a user's manual and the option of generating patient reports, which is now ready for further testing. Conclusions: The "EBMT GVHD App" is a first electronic tool to diagnose and score GVHD. Initial testing of v1.0 uniformly showed high scores for user experience and satisfaction, accurately reflected the subtle nuances of the NIH criteria, and improved significantly the accuracy of a diverse group of hematology professionals to diagnose and score severity of GVHD, compared to their practice with standard tools. Testing of v2.0 is underway to adapt layout and screen content and to address ambiguities of current guidelines. One example of the growing information technology today is mobile learning, mobile learning which refers to mobile technology as a learning medium. Mobile learning is learning that is unique for each student to access learning materials anywhere, anytime. Mobile learning is suitable as a model of learning for the students to make it easier to get an understanding of a given subject, such as math is pretty complicated and always using formulas.The design method that I use is the case study method, namely, learning, searching and collecting data related to the study. While the development of engineering design software application programs that will be used by the author is the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of 4 stages: Requirements Planning Phase, User Design Phase, Construction Phase and Phase Cotuver.

The use of Accounting Information System (AIS) is very helpful in accommodating all the information needed to make an accurate decision. Indicators in determining the good and bad performance of an information system can be seen through AIS user satisfaction and usage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of top management support, system quality and information quality on AIS user satisfaction. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 147 people consisting of administrators, loan officers and savings at 29 Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in Ubud Subdistrict. The data in this study is primary data which is the answer from the questionnaire. The regression results show that all variables have a significance of 0,000. It shows that top management support, system quality and information quality have positive influences on Accounting Information System user satisfaction.

BACKGROUND In Iran, around 0.05 of population suffer from epilepsy. Poorer health outcomes stem from limited health literacy. The use of mHealth, especially for educating patients in terms of self-care can be very effective. But the important thing is the content that is presented by apps, especially when unreliable or biased information can negatively affect the patient-doctor relationship, causing anxiety or stress. Also, usability of mHealth apps and their impact on behavior change are the other important issues that should be considered. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to assess the quality of Persian language epilepsy-related mobile applications in terms of functionality and quality with a focus on content. METHODS The Persian equivalent of the keywords 'epilepsy' and 'seizure' were searched in the Google Play, Cafe Bazaar and IranApps app stores and the Persian language applications about epilepsy were extracted. These apps were evaluated by two trained reviewers independently using the uMARS scale and DISCERN instrument. Also apps’ prices and the number of installations were assessed. RESULTS A total of 659 applications were retrieved, 78 of which were epilepsy-related. After exclusion of non-Persian language and duplicate apps, there remained 11 relevant apps. The overall mean uMARS score was 2.8 out of 5 while six out of 11 apps (54%) scored higher than 3. The mean figures for the section-specific scores were as follows: engagement 2.2, functionality 4.0, aesthetics 3.3, and information 2.3. The overall DISCERN scores ranged from 26 to 40 out of 80, while the mean score was 34.5. The mean score of reliability was 18.5. CONCLUSIONS This study showed that the overall information quality of the epilepsy apps is poor. The most important missing characteristics of these apps include lack of functionalities for self-care, missing entry date, lack of details about additional sources and inexistence of the risks/benefits of each treatment. The findings suggest that more efforts should be made to develop evidence-based epilepsy-related apps to cover broader domains of self-care and behavioral change techniques.

Mobile software application development process must be matured enough to handle the challenges (especially market related) associated with the development of high quality mobile software development. Ever increasing number of both mobile users and mobile applications had presented software engineers with the challenge of satisfying billions of users with high quality software applications to be delivered within deadline and budgets. Always there had been a lot of pressure to develop complex software categorized by thousands of requirements, under resource constrained environment. Requirement prioritization is one of the activities undertaken by software engineer to deliver partial software product to its customers such that most important requirements are implemented in the earliest releases. During next releases some changed and pending requirements are implemented, an activity that generates ripple effects. Such ripple effects need to be tested by executing modified source code against test cases of previous releases (regression testing). Regression testing is a very effortful activity that requires a software tester to select test cases that have high fault detection capability, execute the modified code against selected test cases and performing debugging. This regression testing activity can be lowered to the maximum extend by considering dependencies between requirements during the time of requirement prioritization. Thus requirement prioritization will be carried out not only against aspects like cost, time, risks, business values etc but against dependencies also. The aim is to implement almost all dependent highest priority requirements in current release so that implementation of new requirements is unlikely to have ripple effects. Changes in requirements might not be related to variable usage and definition and might not involve a change in functionality. In such cases there is no need to select already executed test cases of previous versions. Module dependencies can lead to test case selections of previous versions if changes of requirement lead to ripple effects. This paper aims to implement highest priority requirements such that regression testing is performed to minimum thereby improving development process of mobile applications. The proposed technique had been successfully evaluated on Android based notification software application that meets the specification of Aakash tablets.

BACKGROUND:The aim of this study was to evaluate the information quality of YouTube videos on hallux valgus. METHODS:A YouTube search was performed using the keyword 'hallux valgus' to determine the first 300 videos related to hallux valgus. A total of 54 videos met our inclusion criteria and evaluated for information quality by using DISCERN, Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and hallux valgus information assessment (HAVIA) scores. Number of views, time since the upload date, view rate, number of comments, number of likes, number of dislikes, video power index (VPI) values were calculated to determine video popularity. Video length (sec), video source and video content were also noted. The relation between information quality and these factors were statistically evaluated. RESULTS:The mean DISCERN score was 30.35{plus minus}11.56 (poor quality) (14-64), the mean JAMA score was 2.28{plus minus}0.96 (1-4), and the mean HAVIA score was 3.63{plus minus}2.42 (moderate quality) (0.5-8.5). Although videos uploaded by physicians had higher mean DISCERN, JAMA, and HAVIA scores than videos uploaded by non-physicians, the difference was not statistically significant. Additionally, view rates and VPI values were higher for videos uploaded by health channels, but the difference did not reach statistical significance. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between video length and DISCERN (r= 0.294, p= 0.028), and HAVIA scores (r= 0.326, p= 0.015). CONCLUSIONS:This present study demonstrated that the quality of information available on YouTube videos about hallux valgus was low and insufficient. Videos containing accurate information from reliable sources are needed to educate patients on hallux valgus, especially in less frequently mentioned topics such as postoperative complications and healing period.

Social media application (SMA) shows several important functions that causing theincrement of usage among mobile application or mobile app users, especially among18 to 28 years-old users. This causing several developers to create their own SMA thathave been targeted to mobile app users. However, only several SMA managed tobecome popular and successful in term of usage, leaving other unpopular SMA in thelower rank of the Google PlayStore. SMA created by developer in Malaysia face thesame situation as mentioned before where those SMA were supposed to attractMalaysian mobile users more. To assess this situation, this study aims to identify thesuccess factors of SMA usage and develop a set of metric based on the success factorsusing research model that have been developed in the past. Information SystemSuccess Model (ISSM) were studied and chosen as the reference model for this studybecause the model is suitable and have been used by other researchers in studiesregarding social media and SMA. ISSM contains several success factors like systemquality, service quality and information quality that affect the user satisfaction and useof a system, where this model were modified in this study with the addition ofnetworking quality and perceive privacy factors. This study were conducted on 380Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) students and after analysing the data collected, allproposed success factors except of service quality were found to have a positive impacttowards user satisfaction and usage. The success factors were included in the metricdesign and the metric were presented in an evaluation form for SMA developer inMalaysia to evaluate and applied the metric in their SMA.

Website is an important part of any organization namely in the government, business, health and education sectors. In the world of higher education, website can be used to disseminate information related to campus life as well as a medium for promoting the existence of the campus to the outside world. As a higher education institution, Polytechnic ATI Padang own a website which is used to display various information about campus academic activities. In its management, the level of user satisfaction of the website of Polytechnic ATI Padang has never been measured. The Webqual 4.0 method used in this study aims to measure the satisfaction of internal website users by looking at the dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Measurements performed by using a questionnaire instrument with Likert scale then calculated with the help of SPSS software. The results obtained that the independent variables, namely Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality have an influence on the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction of 70.1% and there are still 29.9% of other independent variables that can affect the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, based on the results of the calculation of the satisfaction level with Likert scale, it was found that the variables of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality and Customer Satisfaction received a satisfied interpretation, so it can be concluded that the Polytechnic ATI Padang website provides good service to its users.
