Bongkot village has many people suffering from mental disorders. There are around fifty people suffering from mental disorders. Prediction of mental disorders at table three is usually done through interviews. Cadres need to fill out the form provided on the Towards Healthy Soul Card (KMSJ) at the interview. The form needs to be filled out based on the results of the interview to predict whether the interviewee has a mental illness or not. If the results of the interview are predicted to have a mental disorder, the cadre will recommend appropriate follow-up. This process is certainly prone to mistakes because it only depends on cadre knowledge. Predictions will certainly affect the recommendations given. in this community service program, the authors propose to apply Information Technology (IT) to reduce the risk of such errors. The system is named the Mental Health Posyandu Management Information System (SIM). The system is expected to be able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services at the posyandu, the output of this service produces an online-based application related to the service of mental health posyandu with the address www. poskeswa.com.

Objectives: To determine the accuracy of data contained in Manitoba's Mental Health Management Information System (MHMIS) as compared with client charts and to determine which factors influence completeness and accuracy. Method: Data on diagnosis, open date and close date, demographic information, and contact information were obtained from client charts and compared with data extracted from the MHMIS. Semistructured interviews were conducted with individuals who contribute data to the MHMIS. Results: Data on required demographic variables, primary diagnosis, and open and close dates are highly similar in the 2 sources. The correlation between data sources on the number of client contacts is also good. Conclusion: This study establishes the reliability of MHMIS data. MHMIS data, in combination with hospital abstracts and physician claims data, provide the information needed to serve as a psychiatric case register (PCR) and can be used for psychiatric epidemiology as well as for planning, monitoring, and evaluating mental health services.

This Community Service activities are carried out using the substantive developing database approach to assertions - accounting management assertions of intangible assets recorded in the State - Owned Financial Management Information System (SIMAK BMN) of the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The substantive developing database carried out includes assertions - occurrence assertions, completeness, valuation, right and obligation and disclosure. The results of the substantive developing will be used as follow-up material from the recommendations of the findings of the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Audit Agency to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Technology and Higher Education where the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta is one of the entities that sampling BPK RI. The Community Service activity is also an alternative discussion to be a guideline for the existence of a research gap in the implementation of the PSAK (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) Number 19 concerning intangible assets that adopt the basis of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) where financial reports on assets become reliable, must be assessed based on fair value. PSAK 19 regulates the appraisal time to be carried out at the latest 3 years and at the latest every 5 years. This is where a phenomenon occurs, where if the appraisal is carried out in the 5th year while the amortization period of the intangible asset has been completed before 5 years, then the audit cannot be carried out based on the audit management assertions and make the asset the subject of audit findings potentially affecting audit opinion if material.Participants were given training on tips for managing a procurement of intangible fixed assets, both in the context of procurement by the university or by other units in certain circumstances, and systematically recording the SIMAK BMN UNJ after first carrying out asset reconciliation regular with the accounting and reporting section.

AbstrakSIMPPM atau Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan sistem yang dikembangkan oleh DPPM Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Sistem ini menampung proposal penelitian dan pengabdian dosen seluruh universitas muhammadiyah malang. Reviewer dalam menilai suatu proposal masih kesulitan untuk mengetahui apakah proposal yang diajukan itu sudah atau pernah diajukan, sehingga reviewer tidak tahu nilai originalitas dari proposal yang diajukan. Algoritma Biword Winnowing digunakan untuk mencari fingerprint dari dokumen proposal yang ada dalam sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma tersebut untuk mencari nilai kemiripan proposal satu dengan lainnya, sehingga setting algoritma Biword Winnowing yang baik perlu untuk dicari guna untuk meningkatkan nilai akurasi. Hasil akurasi dengan algoritma ini dibandingkan dengan aplikasi Plagiarism Checker X sebagai ukuran akurasi dari Algoritma Biword Winnowing.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai window dan basis sangat mempengaruhi hasil akhir similarity.Abstract SIMPPM or Management Information System Research and Community Service is a system developed by DPPM University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This system accommodates research proposal and dedication of all university lecturers muhammadiyah malang. The reviewer in assessing a proposal is still difficult to know whether the proposed proposal has been or has been submitted, so the reviewer does not know the originality of the proposed proposal. The Biword Winnowing algorithm is used to find the fingerprint of the proposed documents in the system. This research uses the algorithm to find the value of similarity of proposal with one another, so setting a good Biword Winnowing algorithm needs to be searched in order to increase accuracy value. The result of accuracy with this algorithm is compared with Plagiarism Checker X application as accuracy measure from Biword Winnowing Algorithm. The test result shows that the value of window and base greatly affect the final result of similarity.

This research is entitled Sistem Informasi Manajemen Mutu Produk Di PT Deltomed Laboratories Wonogiri. This study aims to create a product quality management information system at PT Deltomed Laboratories, facilitate information management & product quality administration, and create efficiency and effectiveness in the process of product quality management for the better. The system development method used in this study is Waterfall where the process starts from Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. For system design tools using UML diagrams with the Visual Basic programming language and MySQL Database. The results achieved are a product quality management information system that facilitates information management & product quality administration, as well as creating work efficiency and effectiveness in the process of product quality management for the better.

The use of Information Technology (IT) at a university is needed at this time. There are many advantages in using IT and have a good impact on a university. The use of IT in a university has different roles according to their needs. The utilization of IT in Higher Education theoretically provides appropriate and efficient administration systems (Fernandes Andry and Christianto, 2018). IAIN Palangka Raya is one of the universities that has implemented IT, in this case, the academic and student management information system. The information system at IAIN Palangka Raya is one of the IT applications that is often used to carry out IT governance, however, there are several problems that occur in the information system, including features or tools that are not yet functional. For this reason, the researcher will analyze the information system to get the level of maturity and recommendations so that IAIN Palangka Raya can follow up on the results of this analysis and improve it to get the goal of good information system governance. In this study, the COBIT 5 framework is used with a focus on the EDM domain (Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor). The results of the analysis showed that the capability level was 2.86 (established), which means that the process was carried out, achieved goals, and well managed. With a balance value of 0.96, which means that the expected distance with the current distance is not too far so that features or tools that are not yet functioning are functional. So that the academic and student management information system of IAIN Palangka Raya runs according to its goals and is better.

Department of Population and Civil Registration of Magelang City is a local government agency that run public services effectively and efficiently. It is because the service is oriented to the societies. This study aims to analyze supporting technology as performance support of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Magelang City namely the Management Information System for Admissions Management of Population Administration Applications (SIMP3AK). This study belongs to the category of qualitative research. This study used interview as its method. The results show that the continuance usage of SIMP3AK is determined by the existence of three indicators, namely, trust, efficiency and effectiveness, and satisfaction.
