Laundry service is one of the services that is quite commonly used today, this service can help people who don't have time to wash their clothes. Rizky laundry is an example of a laundry service that is developing in the Dharmawangsa area, Surabaya. The system used in Rizky Laundry still uses manual data which make it difficult to find customer data. Such conventional systems can cause operational ineffectiveness and are prone to data loss. Based on this description, the authors have the idea to create a Web-Based Laundry Service Information System at Rizky Laundry. It is hoped that this information system can help for transactions and can make it easier for Rizky Laundry to create customer data and reports.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Tira Laundry which is located on the street Walahar / Tegal Kelapa Subang is one where the laundry business provides kilogram washing services including washing and dry services, irons, washing clothes, washing pants, washing bed covers, and washing blankets. Based on existing problems, the Tira Laundry service data still uses manually from recording customer data to reports, data collection clothing that has not been taken by customers is still using ledgers, and consumer registration is still done by handwritten in a laundry activity book, so as to searching for customer data and other report data is experiencing difficulties and requires a long process. From this problem, a laundry service information system is created which contains customer data on the laundry tyra that occurs on a daily basis. In conducting this research using the methodology of collecting customer data and compiling conducting interviews about all activities related to customer service business data on tyra laundry having its address at Jalan Walahar / Tegal Kelapa Subang. The result to be achieved is to be able to create a web-based laundry service information system on tyra laundry, so as to increase the effectiveness of the efficiency of the tyra laundry business performance and facilitate the service of laundry data so that it can run quickly and easily.

The development of technology is very influential in the business processes of an organization to be able to carry out its duties and functions. As a government agency engaged in research, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) needs to make organizational changes to support its vision as a world-class research institution. One of the first steps taken is reorganizing and redistributing employees that have a high impact on the business process of service to employees because the supporting resources are placed corporately and no longer in the work units. To deal with this problem, we developed a Regional Service Information System using the Scrum methodology. The output is a web-based software that facilitates service requests needed by employees, ranging from service submission, processing by the Area Manager and Central Manager, to being received again by the service requester. The Regional Service Information System is expected to be a solution to the problems that arise as a result of the redistribution of employees at LIPI and to improve the effectiveness of employees as the research supporting resources.

Current web-based administrative services are not only for government at the city or regional level, but now the village also needs it to support its government activities. According to Law No. 6 of 2014 the village is a legal community unit that has the territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and administer government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, original rights, and / or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the Republic of the Republic of Republic's government system. Indonesia. In the current technological era, there are many services for villages that use and utilize information technology so that the service process becomes easier, more transparent and faster. For this reason, in this study we had the opportunity to develop a web-based Village Service Information System in Leran village, in developing the system this time we used a prototyping method. This system will have several features, including: making independent reports, submitting a letter of introduction from the village and online, making a biodata of the village community, and also containing the profile of the village of Leran. The results of this research are a village service information system that can help the work of government officials in the village of Leran, and also facilitate the villagers in obtaining information about services or other information in the village of Leran.

Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. Facilities provided in this information system are charging from ' registration ' fee installment, option packages, and reports data umrah applicants with various details.

Abstract   Online Service Information System Uses MD5 Encryption for Web-Based Citizens' Services for residents of the purple cottage in Central Kaliai, North Bekasi. From the research found the findings in the cover letter service. The application uses the codeigniter framework template, and uses the MYSQL database, PHP Myadmin. this study uses the waterfall method. Abstract – Transportation is needed by humans as the times develop and there is an increase in mobility of activities. The development of motorized vehicles every year is increasing and diverse. Of course, the increasing number of vehicles, the more people who need service or repair services they have. In the current era, it requires the use of technology. The technology that is widely used is web-based technology, the web is used by thousands of people as a good promotional media. In designing information systems a model that can be used is needed, the selection of the right model is an important factor in the success of building a system. The Waterfall Model is a simple model and is suitable for developing software with specifications that do not change. Datacom is a private company engaged in the sale and repair of computers. Services in the datacom must be done properly and correctly to facilitate and speed up the flow of services, a computer data processing information system is very appropriate to simplify services on the datacom. This study aims to produce a computer service information system in Datacom, this system is built based on a website using the Codeigniter Framework and will be developed using the Waterfall method. Testing on this system using Blackbox Testing results in the system being able to check the status of computer service, can print service data, and can print data service reports per month.

The right and appropriate information system is important in managing the company. Ameera Store is a company engaged in the distribution of baby products from various kinds of principles, marketing products on credit and cash to customers. Salesmen who work at the Ameera company have an important role in distributing a product to customers. In each order, the sales and admin records data twice. Customer data and visits can only be seen manually by sales. Therefore, it is necessary to process customer data, visit frequency, order goods and billing. Currently, there is no application for salesmen as reminders on every visit, this raises problems in the form of: frequent interchanges between bills and orders, so that visits are not on target and have an impact on reducing sales value and time effectiveness. Therefore, designing a sales visit information system becomes the basis for managing data. The method used is descriptive analytical method by means of interviews, observation and literature study. For the development of information systems applications using the waterfall methodology and modeling the business process information systems using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The research objective is to produce responsive web-based applications in the distribution process. The application of this system will greatly facilitate and benefit more parties, both sellers and buyers. One of the advantages for the seller or sales is that it is more time efficient because you don't have to go to the admin first to find out the schedule of visits that are adjusted to the status of the bill, whether the customer has made a payment or not. Thus, buyers also feel more helpful because sales visits are right on target. The meaning of right on target is a salesperson visiting because it's time for a bill and a new order is made by the customer or buyer.

This research has the aim of building a system of acceptance for new students with a website-based method, so that it can help prospective new students in the subject make it easier to obtain information about the registration of new students. Data processing in the acceptance of new students at Al Amanah Vocational School Pasar Kemis still uses Conventional systems, namely prospective registrants come directly to the school then fill out the registration form then the registration data is recorded in a book and reports are made also using manual recapitulation resulting in archival loss and needing a very long time in the process of making a report. Using research methods namely Library Studies, Analysis, Observation, Designing, Trial and Implementation. The information system at the admission of new students is designed using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database as a Database Server. The output of this research is that the information system on admission of new students with web-based can have the ability to provide convenience for parents of new students in terms of getting all information about acceptance to new students and doing the registration process flow online.   Keywords: New Student Admissions, PHP, MySQL Database.
