This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Information Technology Utilization and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance with  Motivation as Intervening Variables in the Regional Government of Sidoarjo  Regency. The analytical tool used  in  the form of a  questionnaire distributed  to  100 employees in 15 sub-districts in Sidoarjo regency with the results of the use of Information Technology has a significant effect on motivation; knowledge management has a significant effect on motivation; the utilization of Information Technology and knowledge management simultaneously have a significant effect on motivation; Information Technology utilization has a significant effect on employee performance; knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance; motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and the use of Information Technology and knowledge management has a direct and significant effect on employee performance through motivation.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Application Knowledge Management And Motivation To Employee Performance that is mediated by Learning Organization either directly or indirectly. The data in this study using the data tabulation of respondents from the results of the questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 248 employees in Construction Consultant Company of Inkindo Member of East Java. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with Amos program. The primary data is obtained from the questionnaire which measurement using Likert scale  which tested the  validity  and  reliability, SEM evaluation and  hypothesis test  with  the respondent's deskritif and variable. Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. Based on the SEM test shows that Knowledge Management and Motivation affect the learning organization, besides Knowledge Management and motivation also have an effect on the performance that is mediated by learning organization either directly or indirectly.

Penelitian bertujuan mengukur  pengaruh pelatihan dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pengetahuan manajemen. Sampling jenuh digunakan pada penentuan sampel. Data diambil dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan Bank Maybank Indonesia Area Lippo Cikarang yang berjumlah 100 orang sebagai responden. Analisis jalur digunakan sebagai alat analisis diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui pengetahuan manajemen. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja melainkan dimediasi oleh pengetahuan manajemen. This study aims to measure the effect of training and knowledge sharing on employee performance through knowledge management. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of the Bank Maybank Indonesia Lippo Cikarang Area as respondents. This study uses path analysis as an analytical tool that is processed using SPSS software. The results showed that training had a direct effect on performance and indirectly through knowledge management. Research also found that knowledge sharing does not have a direct effect on performance but is mediated by knowledge management.

This study examined the effect of work behavior and knowledge management on employee performance and organizational performance, the effect of employee performance on organizational performance, and the mediation effect of employee performance between work behavior and knowledge management on organizational performance at PT Bank Aceh Syariah. The sample used in this study was 120 respondents using the Census method. The analytical tool used was path analysis with the help of SEM Amos 21. The results showed that work behavior and knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work behavior and knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. In addition, employee performance had a positive and significant influence on organizational performance. The result of the mediation effect analysis revealed that employee performance fully mediated the effect of work behavior on organizational performance, and employee performance fully mediated knowledge management on organizational performance. The population of this study is the Aparatur Sipil Negara in the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Lumajang . In sampling using a saturated / census sampling technique. Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The design results of this system can facilitate educational institutions in conducting online cloud computing-based student counseling

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance, analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance). In this study, samples taken are structural employees PT.centris Kingdom Taxi Yogyakarta. The analysis tool in this study using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The conclusion of this study showed that the variables of knowledge management has a significant influence on employee performance, competence variables have an influence on employee performance, motivation variables have an influence on employee performance, The analysis showed that the variables of knowledge management, competence, motivation on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge management, competence, motivation, employee performance.

Cleanliness is one of many other indicator that have to be held by a tourism destination. It mean that the tourism destination should be clean from garbage or any other dirty things. Indonesia is a tourism destination that have been known as a beautiful and humble country to be visited. As a tourism country, Indonesia should also give a big concern to the cleanliness issue. Various criticisms and suggestions always delivered to the manager or government of the tourist sites, but the response from them was null. There have to be a research to find out what is the root of the environment cleanliness problem and which part of the improvement that was missed. This study covers how to integrate all the stakeholder by using Information Technology in order to address the environment cleanliness issue. Existing policy established will be the basis for analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating a product in addressing the issues of garbage. The research is developed under the PEST and SWOT method, and using the Knowledge Management System. Visual Communication Media is a product that was built to help people in controlling the outstanding garbage. Information technology is built to become a medium in managing information related to garbage problems. Meanwhile, Counseling and Socializing is held to provide learning of the importance in maintaining hygiene. The integration of these things is monitored and evaluated to obtain a comprehensive improvement. Index Terms—Cleanliness, Information Technology, Knowledge Management System.
