The development of technology nowadays is so rapid along with the development of technology-based information systems, this is what causes rapid changes in various fields. Information technology in this case is one pillar of success in the era of globalization, policy making in companies is demanded to be as efficient as possible to continue to maintain the survival of the organization. Analysis of data using linear regression. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, non-participant observation. The population of this study is the Aparatur Sipil Negara in the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Lumajang . In sampling using a saturated / census sampling technique. The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation and competency on employee's performance. The Objects are employees of  BJB bank at Ciamis, Garut and Tasikmalaya). The method used is descriptive. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique with total of the samples 89 people. By path analysis, the research found that work motivation with indicators internal and external motivation; work culture with indicators of Service excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Intelligence, Trust included in the high category. Work motivation with indicators of internal motivation and external motivation is included in the sufficient category. Competencies with indicators of Work Quality, Cooperation, Responsibility and Quantity of work are included in the sufficient category. Employee performance with indicators of Work Quality, Discipline Behavior, Use of work time and Attendance are included in the sufficient category. There is a partial positive effect and simultaneous work culture, work motivation and competence on employee performance so that the hypothesis is verified. This means that if the strategy which includes work culture, work motivation and competence is increased, the performance of bank employees to Tasikmalaya, Garut and Ciamis will be better.

This research was conducted to know the influence of work culture and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at Unima. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population is all Unima employees totaling 335 employees spread over six work units. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the amount determined by the Slovin rule, and 182 employees were obtained. The data collection technique is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis through the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study reveal that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (3) work culture and work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees at Unima. It is recommended to strengthen work culture, so socialization in order to increase understanding and acceptance of values and norms that have governed attitudes and behavior of working and interacting in the work environment, carried out continuously in line with developments and demands of the organizational environment so that it is strongly internalized. In addition, the organizational climate should be created in a conducive and transparent manner so that employees are free to express their various needs related to their work. The fulfillment of the needs related to his work will encourage him to carry out his duties well.


This study aims to examine the use of information technology and the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance. The object of this research is the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The population in this study was 50 employees in 3 units of the ministry of trade, namely the General Bureau unit, the Directorate of Export and Import Facilitation units and the Directorate of Agricultural and Forestry Product Exports. The sample of this research is 3 units in the Ministry of Trade. The sampling technique used in the study was purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that (1) the use of information technology has an effect on employee performance, (2) the effectiveness of accounting information systems has no effect on employee performance.

This study intends to analyze the impact of work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at BPSDM Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is explanatory research, with a total sample of 47 respondents. The sample size was determined based on the slovin method, the sampling technique was carried out directly. Data was taken using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data by descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 43, 757 with a coefficient of 0, 74. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 82, 629 and a coefficient of 0, 93. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that work culture and job satisfaction greatly affect employee performance. This shows that the two variables, both work culture and job satisfaction, have been tested to significantly affect employee performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa akibat aspek budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.  Tipe penelitian merupakan eksplanatory research, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 responden.  Besar sampel didetetapkan berdasarkan pada metode slovin, teknik penarikan  sampel dilakukan secara langsung. Data diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert.  Analisa data dengan cara deskriptif serta regresi linier berganda.  Hasil  riset membuktikan kalau budaya kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kemampuan pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 43, 757 dengan angka koefisien 0, 74.  Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 82, 629 serta angka koefisien 0, 93. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisa data, disimpulkan kalau budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja sangat  mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variable tersebut, baik budaya kerja maupun kepuasan kerja teruji secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reformasi birokrasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. R. Soedjono Selong Kabupaten Lombok Timur Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 270 orang pegawai yang diambil memalui teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reformasi birokrasi dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. R. Soedjono Selong Kabupaten Lombok Timur Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat reformasi birokrasi dan budaya kerja, maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: reformasi birokrasi, budaya kerja, kinerja pegawai. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of bureaucratic reform and work culture on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital, dr. R. Soedjono Selong, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses a quantitative method with 270 respondents employed through the stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that bureaucratic reform and work culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital dr. R. Soedjono Selong, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This proves that the higher the level of bureaucratic reform and work culture, the higher the employee's performance will be. This is a study on the effect of work culture, employee empowerment, librarianship training and work ethics on employee performance at National Library of Indonesia in Jakarta, Bung Karno Library in Blitar, and Bung Hatta Library in Bukit Tinggi. This was a quantitative research using path analysis. The sampling technique is simple random sampling and a representative samples of 124 librarians. The data were collected using a Likert-type structured questionaire and the validity was tested using the Pearson Product Moment test analysis and Reliability test using Cronbach Alpha test. The result showed that (1) Work culture, employee empowerment, librarianship training and work ethic have direct positive effects on performance; 2. Work culture and employee empowerment have direct positive effects on work ethic; and 3. Employee empowerment has no direct positive effects on work ethics. The study also shows the importance of policy and chief regulation to strengthen the work culture, librarians’ empowerment equaty, and enhancement librarianship training.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Information Technology Utilization and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance with  Motivation as Intervening Variables in the Regional Government of Sidoarjo  Regency. The analytical tool used  in  the form of a  questionnaire distributed  to  100 employees in 15 sub-districts in Sidoarjo regency with the results of the use of Information Technology has a significant effect on motivation; knowledge management has a significant effect on motivation; the utilization of Information Technology and knowledge management simultaneously have a significant effect on motivation; Information Technology utilization has a significant effect on employee performance; knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance; motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and the use of Information Technology and knowledge management has a direct and significant effect on employee performance through motivation.

This study aims to obtain information about the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation, information technology on innovation, entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, information technology on business performance, innovation on business performance, innovation mediates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance and innovation mediates the effect of information technology on business performance of business shop owners in Glodok Market. The data used are primary data derived from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study were all business shop owners in Glodok Market is 758 with a probability sampling technique of 176 stores as respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using the Lisrel 8.80 program. The results showed that there was no effect of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation, there was a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, there was a positive and significant influence on information technology on innovation, there was a positive and significant effect on information technology on business performance, there was a positive and significant effect on innovation on business performance, innovation cannot mediate entrepreneurial orientation to business performance and innovation can mediate information technology on business performance.

This study aimed to empirically examine the impact of accounting information technology use on employee performance at MSMEs in Jepara Regency. The study sample consisted of 105 employees who use accounting information technology and purposive sampling was used. The results showed that the variables of accounting information use, incentives, utilization of technology, and technology relevance significantly affect employee perfomance, while work culture and interpersonal communication skills do not affect employee performance. PT Andromedia is a private company engaged in IT Development located at Jalan Gayung Kebonsari Perum Graha Indah F21-22 Surabaya. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work culture on person-job fit and employee performance at PT Andromedia. The population in this study amounted to 68 employees and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling meaning that the entire population would be sampled. The tool for analyzing data in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method that is run with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The test results have 5 hypotheses, among others, first, competence has no significant effect on a person-job fit. Second, work culture has a significant influence on a person-job fit. Third, competence has a non-significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, work culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Fifth, the person-job fit has a significant influence on employee performance.
