Onion production must always be increased. Liquid organic fertilizers affect the growth and development of soil microbes and the nutrients contained in POC will be absorbed more quickly by plants. Guano or swallow droppings originating from the swallow cultivator building are currently not widely used and further processed, even though the waste can be used as fertilizer that can fertilize plants. This study aims to obtain the POC dose of swallow droppings that provide the highest growth effectiveness and yield in shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) plants. The research method used was a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD), namely the dose of POC with 7 treatments that were repeated 4 times, namely treatment A (Without NPK and POC (control (-)), B (NPK 600 kg / ha (control (+)), C (POC 3 l / ha + NPK 300 kg / ha), D (POC 6 l / ha + NPK 300 kg / ha), E (POC 9 l / ha + NPK 300 kg / ha), F (POC 12 lt / ha + NPK 300 kg / ha), G (POC 15 l / ha + NPK 300 kg / ha). Data were analyzed using variance (ANOVA) and DMRT at the 5% level. Based on the results of the study, the dosage of swallow droppings POC did not have a significant effect on all components of growth and yield. This shows that POC made from swallow droppings has not been able to increase the growth and production of shallot plants.

Red onion production can be increased by fertilization. Fertilization serves to provide nutrients for plant growth. Chemical fertilizer provides a bad impact on the environment in the long term so that the application of organic fertilizer can be a recommendation. Organic fertilizers are fertilizers derived from animal matter, animal manure, human excreta, and vegetable matter (e.g. compost and crop residues). Waste mushroom logs, cow manure fertilizer, and decomposers used in this research. All of the matter in this research can be a source of nutrients for growing plants and an increase of production and yield of red onions. The objective of this research was to study the combination test between of waste mushroom logs, cow manure fertilizer, and decomposers to growth and yield of red onion. This research was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD), where the main plot is cow manure fertilizer and waste mushroom log, the subplot in the form of a decomposer. The results showed that there was not interaction between cow manure fertilizer and decomposer waste on all parameters of observed growth and yield of red onion. Special decomposer real treatment of the growth of the number of leaves of plant ages 15 HST (18.98), 20 HST (20.33), 25 HST (23.47), 30 HST (25.76), and 35 HST (26.11), and plant height is 35 HST (33.21 cm). The treatment of waste mushroom logs 100% produces a relatively large number of tubers compared to others, which is 8.89 tubers.

Planting shallots in Buahan Village is only carried out once a year, namely in July. The continuous use of synthetic fertilizers at high doses without being balanced with natural fertilizers has degraded the land so that soil fertility has decreased. The negative impact caused is a decrease in the yield of shallots. Quality organic fertilizers can overcome this problem. Organic vermicompost and biosllury fertilizers are quality organic fertilizers that can replace synthetic fertilizers to increase the growth and yield of shallots. The research objective was to determine the growth and yield of shallots by giving the type and dose of organic fertilizers outside the growing season. The research was conducted from March to July 2019 in Buahan Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The study used a simple randomized block design with one factor with 6 treatments, namely B0 (Without Organic Fertilizer), B1 (2000 kg / ha vermicompost); B2 (1000 L / ha biosllury) B3 (1000kg / ha vermicompost + 500 L / ha biosllury); B4 (4000 kg / ha vermicompost); B5 (2000 L / ha biosllry); B6 (2000kg / ha vermicompost + 1000 L / ha biosllury); B7 (4000 kg / ha vermicompost + 2000L biosllry) and B8 (5000 kg / ha vermicompost + 3000L / ha biosllury). The parameters observed were plant height, number of tillers, tuber wet weight per clump, harvest dry weight of tubers per clump and number of cloves per clump, soil pH, N-total (%), C-organic and total population of soil microorganisms. The results showed that the type and dose of organic fertilizer had a significant effect on all the meters observed. Treatment of 5000 kg / ha vermicompost + 3000L / ha biosllury gave the highest yield, namely 56.8 g per clump, 60% higher than the control 35.5 g per clump.

To produce optimally good quality shallots, proper cultivation techniques are required. Efforts that can be made include modifying the environment in which plants grow. Alternative efforts to increase the quantity and quality of agricultural products, especially shallots can be done by using organic fertilizers and the use of Trichoderma sp. as a plant growth promoting agent, as well as improving the quality of organic fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Trichoderma in increasing the ability of plants to absorb nutrients from the growing media and to determine the best type of organic fertilizer to increase the growth and yield of shallots. The research was conducted at the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, Wedomartani, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region, at an altitude of approximately 104 meters above sea level. The time of the research is from May to July 2021. This study was arranged in a factorial Completely Randomized Block Design with 3 replications. The first factor is the type of manure (P1: without manure, P2: cow manure and P3: goat manure). The second factor was inoculation of Trichoderma sp isolates (I0: without inoculation of Trichoderma sp. isolates. and I1: by inoculation of Trichoderma sp. isolates). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the addition of cow and goat manure was able to produce more leaves and plant height than without the addition of manure, although it did not show a significant effect on the yield of shallot bulbs. There is no significant difference between cow manure and goat manure. Trichoderma inoculation has not had a significant effect on the growth and yield of shallots
