<span lang="IN">With the increasing understanding of how young children develop and learn, there has been a greater emphasis on the education of young children. This study aims to obtain a description of appropriate and inappropriate teaching methods developed in a kindergarten program, specifically in the village of South Meruya. This research is qualitative descriptive, using interview method to teaching method of kindergarten teacher. The subjects consisted of 8 kindergarten teachers, consisting of 4 teachers of kindergarten and 4 teachers of kindergarten. The results obtained from this research are the kindergarten teachers in Meruya Selatan Village have shown appropriate teaching methods developed in the kindergarten program almost on all components except the teaching strategy component (addressing the ideas conveyed by the children), content and curriculum approach (aesthetic expression), reciprocal relationship with parents, and program policies (teacher-child ratio). </span>

Learning can take place in school, course, and community. There are some differences of teaching at school and course, such as teaching methods used. It is one of the most important elements in teaching. Teaching method is used to help the learners to gain the knowledge and help them to achieve their learning targets. Therefore, this research focused on teaching methods that were used by English Education Department students in UIN Ar-Raniry in teaching grammar at English courses. The purposes of this research were to identify which methods were used in teaching grammar at courses and to describe the teaching techniques that were applied in classroom. The participants were five English Education students who have been teaching English at English courses. They were selected using purposive sampling with a consideration that they have completed Teaching Method, Micro Teaching, and Teaching Practice (PPL) subjects in their previous semesters. This research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive and two techniques for collecting data namely observation and interview. Based on the research findings, writer found that all of the selected teachers used Grammar Translation Method (GTM) as the main teaching method which was sometimes combined with some techniques of other methods such as Direct Method, Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), and Bilingual Method.

The application of TBL teaching method to "Zhuang Medical Prescriptions" is an actual practice of group cooperative learning mode. Through this method, a more active learning atmosphere can be constructed, and it is also an activity to jointly achieve the teaching goals. From the perspective of the practice of basic teaching, it is a creative teaching strategy. Let students develop the awareness and habit of using team groups for cooperative inquisitive learning, so as to gradually improve students' level of comprehensive application analysis. This paper discusses in detail from the perspective of practical research and building, and compares data under different teaching methods with test results to prove that TBL teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method.

 Teaching strategy is an important part of learning. Without suitable learning method, the required goals cannot be achieved. A review study comprises of descriptive and statistical results of previous published articles on traditional lecture and discussion teaching methods has been conducted. Thirty (30) articles published from 2014-2020 have selected for the review.  The review of literature indicated that form 30 selected articles, 24 articles showed statistically higher significant value for discussion teaching method and only six articles showed low significant value form discussion teaching method. So, by review it can be concluded that discussion teaching method is more effective and result oriented teaching strategy than traditional lecture method.

The ideological and political curriculum in high schools as a fundamental course for the implementation of moral education plays an important role in cultivating students’ labor values. However, the traditional and indoctrination teaching methods used by some teachers are not suitable to cultivate these values. This article proposes a new teaching method in high schools’ ideological and political lessons to cultivate students’ labor values in four aspects which are students’ knowledge, feeling, meaning, and action. By setting topics to emphasize on labor values, circulating and discussing these topics to cultivate labor emotions, promote thinking for firm labor faith, and promote action in the practice of labor behaviors to cultivate students’ labor values, improve their rational cognition and emotional identification of Marxist labor values, as well as internalize labor values in their minds and externalizing them in practice.

bjective: To assess the preferred teaching strategies for undergraduate medical students of clinical sciences. Study Design and Setting: -This cross-sectional study was conducted among the 4th and 5thyear students of clinical sciences at Al-Tibri Medical College and Hospital Isra University. Karachi campus. Methodology: All medical students of 4th and 5th year were enrolled and included for this study from May 2018 to June 2018 and absentees were excluded. A questionnaire was given to students in which they opted for the best teaching aid and strategy. Data was collected and analysed by principle Investigator. Demographic variables included were gender and year of M.B.B.S. Descriptive statistics was carried out via frequency and percentages. Results: A total of 166 Students, 82 from 4th year and 84 from 5th year were reviewed. Among 4th year students; preference in academic teaching aids were white boards and multimedia and were equally preferred and for clinical teaching the most preferred aid was Out Patient Department (OPD)/clinical rotation. Among 5th year medical students’ multimedia was most preferred for academic teaching and for clinical teaching the most preferred teaching aid was clinical based learning, i.e. 32 (38.1%). Conclusion: White board, multimedia, were the most preferred teaching methods for academic teaching and bed side teaching and clinical based learning were highly preferred teaching method for clinical teaching among both cohorts of 4th and 5th year medical students. Therefore, approaches for improvement of the preferred teaching methods and establishing better facilities for students can be improve both knowledge and skills among clinical students

A teaching method known as the flipped classroom has become increasingly popular in recent years and the method is now widely used around the world at all levels of the education system. This paper seeks to examine and elucidate the concept of the flipped classroom method as well as scrutinize its varying manifestations within educational settings, focusing particularly on the question of whether the teaching method is a fruitful teaching strategy for project management. Data gathering was based on an analysis of research literature focusing on the application of the flipped classroom as well as interviews conducted with both teachers and students associated with a master’s degree program in project management at Reykjavik University. The interviews sought to extract perspectives of both teachers and students with regard to their experiences of the flipped classroom method in contrast to conventional teaching methods. Finally, the paper will present the findings from an analysis comparing test results from an international certification examination in project management for two groups of students. One group attended lessons where the flipped classroom method was applied whereas the other group was instructed using traditional teaching methods.The findings of the study reveal that the flipped classroom method is a fruitful and relevant strategy for teaching and learning project management. The findings show that the students were more positive toward the method than the teachers. Furthermore, the students were generally more receptive to new teaching methods than the teachers were. 60% of the students who attended lessons that used the flipped classroom claimed that it had aided them in preparing for the certification examination.

Google Translate as the recent platform which enables people translate from one language to others has been hype nowadays.On the other hand, inaccurate result in translating frequently happens. In accordance with that, Google Translate lets everyone help them in correcting the result of translation through their Google account. They are asked to fix inaccurate words then give corrections or translate from one language to others. This idea has been brought as teaching method in Translation course for EFL learners at Department of English of Universitas Negeri Malang. By giving contribution in translating the words, they will get badges and stats as rewards and become the lecturer’s assessment. Therefore, the researchers are going to analyze the effectiveness of Google Translate based in Translation course. Meanwhile, the significance of this study is to give insight for education practitioners in developing teaching method of Translation. The data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive by distributing questionnaire to twenty seven EFL learners who took the course and interviewing the lecturer who applied this method.

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. All economic activity done by Serah community is meant to get God’s willing. Keywords: Islamic Working Ethos, Handicraft Businesses

The ideology of state-ibuism has always been interwoven with how the New Order regime until nowadays government constructing the “ideal” role of women in the family and community through the PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) organization. However, in Cangkring Village, Indramayu, the ideology of ibuism works not because of the massive government regulating the role of women through the PKK organization, but it is possible because of the structure of the kampung community itself. Through involved observations and in-depth interviews about a kindergarten in the village, a group of housewives who dedicated themselves to teaching in kindergarten were met without getting paid high. From these socio-cultural phenomenons, this paper will describe descriptively and analytically that housewives in the Cangkring village are willing to become kindergarten teachers because of their moral burden as part of the warga kampung and also from community pressure from people who want their children to be able to read and write.
