The aim of the work is the theoretical justification of the appropriateness of the integration assessment of personnel risks in order to ensure the personnel security of the organization and the development of methodological and practical recommendations for working with personnel. The current economic conditions of an industrial enterprise are inextricably connected with the impact of environmental threats on the work of personnel, which, on the one hand, is a source of risk generation and development, and on the other hand, is an object of risk exposure, which can affect the results of work. The definition of personnel risk and the types of its manifestations excite many scientists and practitioners, but now in Russia, scientific research in this area is still limited and requires further study. There is an objective need for systematic research and a comprehensive solution of theoretical, methodological, and applied problems of personnel risk management in working with personnel of industrial enterprises. The author conducted a study of the conceptual apparatus and approaches to classification, which allowed using his own approach to risk classification when assessing them based on well-known approaches of integration assessments of personnel work risk. The object of the study was the personnel of the Russian aviation industry enterprise, where, based on the scales and questionnaires developed by the author, experts from among employees were interviewed. The subjects of the study were the following: laws, principles, methods, processes, and organizational and managerial relations regarding personnel risk management in the personnel management system of the enterprise. The implementation of the goal identified the need to solve the following tasks:analysis of the opinions of Russian and foreign scientists on understanding the nature of personnel risks in working with enterprise personnel;identification of the socio-economic content of personnel risks, types, and factors of them;development of the conceptual framework for managing personnel risks in working with enterprise personnel;conducting a comparative analysis of methodological approaches to identifying and assessing personnel risks in working with enterprise personnel;conducting a comparative analysis of methodological approaches to managing personnel risks in working with the organization’s personnel.Based on the studies, the author assessed the level of risk of personnel work in practice, which allowed concluding that it is advisable to develop a new risk management system for the personnel of a high-tech enterprise.

The article argues that the market economy specifics translates into shifting a focus towards a discrete industrial enterprise, since to withstand in competitive settings, business must adequately and timely respond to changes and challenges of the external environment. A modern industrial enterprise is facing a critical need to carry out integrated systemic analysis to meet market demands, enhance product innovations, trending products in particular as well as to attract qualified staff and constantly upgrade their professional skills and competences by implementing relevant strategies to build flexibility and proactive approaches to respond to socioeconomic changes. The study demonstrates that market demands and the new economic system challenges give rise to certain crisis phenomena that negatively affect the development of domestic industrial enterprises. The article seeks to explore a range of different interpretations to the economic concepts of adaptability, system, management and management system available from academic sources and offers the author's original definitions which laid the basis for a structural decomposition analysis of the content of such notion as "adaptive-oriented enterprise management system based on innovation" which is viewed as a well-organized set of a strong targeted unity of each of the system backbone elements that is able to effectively respond to changes in the internal and external environment through the implementation of creative and intellectual development trends based on the aggregation of the dominant tenets of the innovation theory driven by consolidated effects from active creative innovation. This fosters effective economic and noneconomic accelerated growth through enhanced management performance and achievement of tactical and strategic goals. The theoretical implications of the study by help of structural decomposition analysis contribute to better understanding of the concept of adaptive-oriented enterprise management system based on innovation which is a crucial element in the theoretical and methodological paradigm as well as a framework for developing a methodological toolkit to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of managing transformations of enterprises as integrated business and economic systems. It is concluded that theoretical provisions related to adaptive-oriented enterprise management system based on innovation should be complemented by setting their implementation goals, specifying their functions and outcomes, together with developing and adapting methodological approaches to perform analysis and evaluation. Addressing the above issues will be a step forward in the applied research taxonomy in the theory of economic systems management.

The most important characteristic of the economic activity of an industrial enterprise is the level of its financial standing. The higher this level, the more attractive is the company for shareholders, banks, service, raw materials and components buyers and suppliers, the more competitive its products are. In recent years, we have seen an unfavorable business climate both in Russia and around the world, which, on the one hand, forces some companies to cut costs or completely withdraw from the market, and on the other, it fosters companies’ attention to creative function, and not only in relation to the products being created, but also to the enterprise management model, the distribution and use of resources. In this connection, the possibility of using sourcing’s technologies in the issue of improving the financial stability of an industrial enterprise through the restructuring of its distribution model and the use of resources is of interest. To achieve this goal, we have used the sourcing’s maneuver model "higher utilization of production areas by providing outsourcing services". The development of proposals for improving the financial standing of the enterprise was carried out through the application of the "direct-hosting" system. In the present work, the authors developed proposals for improving the financial standing of an industrial enterprise through the application of the sourcing’s maneuver model. The results of this work can be useful for further scientific research in the field of economy of sourcing and development of the "direct-hosting" system. They can also be useful for managers of financial and economic units of large industrial enterprises. The developed proposals for improving the financial standing of an industrial enterprise through sorsing maneuver suggest the prospect of further scientific work in the field of forming methodological approaches for making managerial decisions.

Thes article proves that the actual direction of effective enterprise management is the use of network management concept of production and commercial activities, which is based on the theory of stakeholders. This area of research is widely discussed in foreign economic publications, where a significant number of innovative developments and proposals have already accumulated. Research, generalization and use of foreign experience in the field of stakeholder theory are extremely important for domestic industrial enterprises. The purpose of the study is to study the methods of substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for managing relations with stakeholders on the basis of a cost approach, identification and grouping of stakeholders of industrial enterprises taking into account their interests. Achieving this goal is carried out using a conceptual approach to the formation of total value, which includes the value of the industrial enterprise and the value of its stakeholders, who jointly create the overall contribution of this economic entity in achieving society as a whole. The proposed approach differs positively from the conceptual provisions available in the theory of stakeholders and can be based on the theoretical provisions of managing the relationship of an industrial enterprise with its stakeholders on the basis of a cost approach. The implementation of the proposed approach allows an industrial enterprise to rank stakeholders by value, analyze the dynamics of the structure and parameters of flows of material and financial resources of the enterprise and its stakeholders.
