Modern schools continue to emphasize the nurturing of a socially oriented student, which should contribute to social maturity. As a consequence, there is a need to focus education on the development of a specific personality of the student, coordinated with the needs of society, the environment. The aim of the article is to develop and substantiate social competencies in education, which are a prerequisite for the successful socialization of students. The description of social competencies of a student’s personality is based on the analysis, systematization, and generalization of scientific experience on the research problem. The article introduces the concept of socialization, presents social competencies, characterizes them, and shows specificity and behavioral indicators of social competencies. The author substantiates the relevance of using new social competencies, shows their features, which are formed not only in the interests of the student, his personal meanings but also in the interests of social development, which results in self-development, personal fulfillment in life, taking into account the features of society functioning at a certain period of its development. The educational environment provides motivation for learning and working activities, the ability to adapt to new socio-economic conditions. The author identifies social competencies that contribute to the successful socialization of students in the learning process, which can be used in the practical activities of educational institutions under the conditions of educational transformation.

The article identifies and analyzes the paradigm of educational information environment formation in the technical higher educational institutions. The authors presented the paradigm based on the humanitarization of higher education, which aims to provide valuable guidance and motivation to establish criteria for creating conditions for self-development and personal fulfillment of future engineers. The article argues that revealing of the integrity of education and regulating scientific, research and practical innovation of training activities and educational paradigm should be considered in conjunction. The pedagogical paradigms of professional training of future engineers in the educational and information environment of a technical university enable determining the content of academic disciplines. In general, the analysis of the dynamics of formation and development of the paradigm helps to preserve the principles of learning and a genetic nucleus of the national pedagogical science and practice.

The connection of Ukraine with the world and European community implies a focus on the Person, his/her spiritual education, upbringing of value attitude to the social environment and him/herself, with a thorough education and deep knowledge, the ability to successfully solve his/her own life problems, readiness to take on the responsibility conditions of international relations, capability of self-development and self-improvement, responsibility for other people. This fundamental approach requires a rethinking of the process of education in universities with a technical profile of training specialists, and in general in the educational system of the state. The problem of development of the Concept of educational system of the modern higher technical educational institution for today and the necessity of finding effective ways of formation of world outlook positions and values landmarks of the student youth on the basis of spiritual, moral and cultural bases of life of the Ukrainian people, coordination of interaction of educational institutions of professional education, state institutions are considered.

The article considers the authorial school as a phenomenon of innovative educational practice: it describes the nature of the concept of “authorial school” and ways of modelling the changes in the authorial school, defines the classification features that distinguish it among adaptive, innovative and experimental comprehensive educational institutions. While summarizing the results of content analysis, we revealed that concept “authorial school”, which is interpreted as a comprehensive educational institution with a high level of innovative capacity as the prerequisite and the result of self-development of its competitiveness using means of experimentally tested, original authorial concept of educational system of technological nature that provides stable and positive performance results. The competitiveness of the authorial school is an integrated quality of dynamic nature that characterizes the capability of authorial institution to achieve its own innovation capacity and manifests through the ability of its students to succeed in a competitive environment

ABSTRACT: Jakarta as the nation's capital and representative of a country that already has state relations with Indonesia, the placement of its representative offices is more in Jakarta, as well as the presence and development of more foreign schools in Jakarta. Based on the data of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia, the existence of foreign schools in Jakarta approximately fifty (50) fruit either managed by the embassy of the country concerned or from the private sector in cooperation with educational institutions in Indonesia and in franchise only from the curriculum only. As for foreign schools that develop education in Indonesia, one is the Francis LFJ school. Louis Charles Damais Jakarta who already has a curriculum about learning Western art. Community Service (P2M) is one of the Tri Darma of Higher Education as an opportunity for researchers to use constructivism approach as learning emphasizes the level of creativity of students to channel new ideas as self-development of students based on experience in Dance and Music Tradition training, so that children finally able to move the dance and play a simple instrument of Tradition.   ABSTRAK: Jakarta sebagai ibu kota negara dan perwakilan dari sebuah negara yang sudah memiliki hubungan negara dengan Indonesia, penempatan kantor perwakilannya lebih banyak di Jakarta, demikian dengan keberadaan dan perkembangan sekolah asing lebih banyak di Jakarta. Berdasarkan data Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia, keberadaan sekolah asing di Jakarta kurang lebih lima puluh (50) buah baik di kelola oleh kedutaan negara bersangkutan maupun dari swasta bekerja sama dengan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia maupun dalam bentuk wara laba hanya dari kurikulumnya saja. Adapun sekolah asing yang mengembangkan pendidikan di Indonesia, salah satu adalah sekolah Francis LFJ. Louis Charles Damais Jakarta yang sudah memiliki kurikulum tentang pembelajaran seni Barat. Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (P2M) merupakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi sebagai peluang peneliti menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivisme sebagai pembelajaran menekankan tingkat kreativitas siswa untuk menyalurkan ide-ide baru sebagai pengembangan diri siswa didasarkan pada pengalaman pada pelatihan Tari dan Musik Tradisi, sehingga anak-anak pada akhirnya mampu menggerakkan Tari dan memainkan alat musik Tradisi yang sederhana. Qualified human resources will lead educational institutions to achieve their goals easily. This paper was written to know the concept of developing human resource management is, and the process of developing human resource management in Islamic educational institutions is. The author uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature (library research). The stages of the research that the author did were collecting research materials, reading literature, making small notes, processing the readings into research data. After analyzing the results obtained, among others: The concept of human resource management development is an activity of planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating. The process of developing human resource management includes education, training, and self-development. In more detail the process of developing human resources through, first: by conducting a needs diagnosis, second: conducting problem design, program design, participation design, educational calendar design, individual needs design, a group needs design, time design, procedure, and evaluation, third: the implementation process, and finally carry out the evaluation.

The article presents an analysis of the attitude of teachers and students, colleges and universities to distance learning during the 2020 in Ukraine. The factors of the success of online learning were analyzed. The main stress factors were identified. Analysis of the results of the dynamics of opinions led to some conclusions and recommendations: for teachers regarding self-development; for school administrations regarding technical, organizational, and moral support for all participants in the educational process; for universities that provide professional training for future teachers.

The rapid development of innovative technologies and the rapid change in the social environment necessitate the search for tools for the formation of professional competence that meet the modern requirements of training students in vocational educational institutions. Purpose of the article: analysis of the implementation of foresight sessions in the professional self-development of students. Methodology: the article presents the dynamics of student participation in foresight sessions, an increase in the number of students over several years, as well as the results of a survey of participants in foresight sessions to determine the advantages of the method. Results: Conducting foresight sessions expands the possibilities of forming the professional competence of future specialists.
