This research aims to know thecorrelation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang and used the correlational quantitative research. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. The research sample are 68 people consisting of 3 classes with ages ranging from 16-18 years. Data Analysis methods use the spearman rank technique and SPSS Version 23 for windows. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,037  where is p<0.05, it means there is correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. Other word that one of the factors that can influence adversity quotient is achievement motivation.

A well-written abstract speaks for the paper’s quality—it reflects an article’s value. Research is a relatively new discipline for senior high school learners, thus, the writing of an abstract can be problematic and challenging. Anchored on Hyland’s model of research article abstracts as adapted by Behnam and Golpour (2014), this paper presents a move analysis of thirty (30) randomly-selected research abstracts of Grade 12 senior high school students in a Philippine University. The results revealed the three (3) dominant moves in the corpus of research abstracts namely Introduction-Purpose-Method-Product, Introduction-Purpose-Method-Product-Conclusion, and Introduction-Product-Method. It was also noted that the “Conclusion” move is less frequently observed and considered “optional”. Additionally, instances of move embedding were prominent between the Purpose and Method move. It was recommended that research instructors in the senior high school shall consider using models in teaching the writing of the abstract. The findings of this study may serve as a basis in crafting a genre-based research syllabus, with genre-based tasks.

 This research aims to describe and find out the increase in students' understanding of concepts in the indicators of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation in class X SMA 9 Pekanbaru by applying evidence based learning (EBL) learning models to the momentum and impulse material. This type of research is a quasi experimental. The research population was students of class X SMA 9 Pekanbaru in the Academic Year 2018/2019. The research sample consisted of 2 classes totaling 72 students, of which the experimental class X IPA3 and the control class X IPA6. Research data based on posttest scores understanding the concept of momentum and impulse material, obtained after the implementation of the learning model is given. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially to see an increase in students' understanding of concepts. The results of data analysis obtained an increase in students' understanding of the concept of class X IPA3 reaching 71.73% with the category of understanding the average concept is good, while the results of inferential analysis, there is a significant increase in understanding of the concept of momentum and impulse material. Thus, the application of evidence based learning models is effective in increasing students' understanding of concepts in the material momentum and impulses in class X3 SMA 9 Pekanbaru.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creativity on the performance of SMEs. Population in this research is all of micro enterprise in templek stone industry in Purwakarta, number of sample used in this research is 21 micro enterprise, all member of population is used as sample. Primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents ie owners or managers of SMEs, while secondary data obtained from BPS and other relevant agencies related to research, data analysis methods used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the program IBM SPSS version 23 . Based on the results of research and testing has been done show that partially creativity significantly influence the performance of SMEs templek stone, furthermore, the results of research and testing of psychological capital variable is known to have a partial influence not significant to performance, simultaneously or creativity and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Batu Templek micro enterprise in Purwakarta.

Fluor albus atau keputihan dapat mengenai sebagian besar wanita termasuk di dalamnya keputihan yang dapat mengenai remaja putri.Hal ini terkait dengan pengetahuan remaja tentang fluor albus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap remaja putri tentang fluor albus di MTS Al-Ittihad Tanjungsari Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 81 responden di kelas 1, 2 dan 3diambil dengan metode angket. Analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengetahuan tentang fluor albus pada remaja putri dengan pengetahuan kurang sebesar 35,80%, sedangkan untuk remaja putri yang memiliki sikap negatif sebesar 43,21%. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan sikap remaja putri tentang fluor albus di MTS Al-Ittihad Tanjungsari Bogor. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna (p<0,05) yaitu pengetahuan yang kurang yang akan menyebabkan sikap negatif tentang fluor albus pada remaja putri di MTS Al-Ittihad Tanjungsari Bogor.Kata kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, fluor albus. ABSTRACTFluor albus affect the majority of women include adolescence. This problem related to lack of knowledge about fluor albus. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between knowledge and attitude about the fluor albus of adolescence in Senior High School IttihadTanjungsari Bogor. Method used in this research is the analytical method with cross sectional approach. The data used are primary data with the research instrument was the questionnaire distributed in 81 respondents in grades 1, 2 and 3 Senior High School. Research shows that knowledge of the fluor albus in adolescence with less knowledge is 35.80%, while for adolescencewho have negative attitude is 43.21%. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitude of adolescence about the fluor albus in Senior High School Ittihad Tanjungsari Bogor. <p><em>This study examines the focal point of illustration of the first winner of the contest for writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan. This study aims to describe 1) the focus point of illustration of the title of the first winner of the contest writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan? 2) the focal point of information information of the first winner of writing contest for high school level opinion in South Kalimantan; 3) the focal point of illocution of the moral message of the first winner of the high school opinion writing contest in South Kalimantan. The study was conducted in October 2016 at Balai Bahasa Balai. The method used is qualitative deskreptif. The technique used in this paper is the sampling purposive sampling. The sample used as data is the first winner of the contest for writing the opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan, in South Kalimantan Language Hall, in 2016. This first winner is named Norhidayah, a student of SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, with the title of Language Role in Introducing Children of Nation. Data analysis is done by steps, data collection, data identification, classification, selection and interpretation. The results of data analysis are presented in ordinary words with technical terminology. Based on the results of the study of the focal point of the article, the first winner of the South Kalimantan high school opinion writing contest includes the focus point of the title illusion, the focus point of information illocution, and the focus point of the illustration of the moral mandate. The focus of the title illustration can be seen in the meaning of its ilokusinya, language, and suitability of the theme in the title. The focus point of the information illumination of the article can be seen in its meaning of ilokusinya, its language style, and the type of discourse. The focus point of the illustration of its moral mandate can be seen in the author's expectations contained in the title, the focus of the information, and on the final paragraph of the paper</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Masalah yang dibahasa mengenai titik fokus ilokusi  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan 1) titik fokus ilokusi judul artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan? 2) titik fokus ilokusi informasi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan; 3) titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskreptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang dijadikan data adalah artikel pemenang pertama lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan, di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan, tahun 2016. Pemenang pertama ini bernama Norhidayah, siswa SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, dengan judul Peran Bahasa dalam Mencerdaskan Anak Bangsa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan  langkah-langkah, pengumpulan data, indentifikasi data, klasifikasi, seleksi dan  interpretasi. Hasil analisis data disajikan dengan kata-kata biasa dengan terminologi yang teknis sifatnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian titik fokus ilokusi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan  meliputi titik fokus ilokusi judul, titik fokus ilokusi  informasi , dan  titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral.Titik fokus ilokusi judul dapat dilihat pada makna ilokusinya, gaya bahasanya, daya bahasa, dan kesesuaian tema pada judul. Titik fokus ilokusi informasi artikel dapat dilihat pada makna ilokusinya, gaya bahasanya, dan jenis wacananya.Titik fokus ilokusi amanat moralnya dapat dilihat pada harapan penulis yang terdapat pada judul, fokus informasi, dan pada paragrap akhir karya tulis</p>
