The object of this research is the modern digital society as a new civilizational level in development of humanity. The subject of this research is the evolution of ethical values and principles in the context of transition from postindustrial stage to information society, as well as ethical aspect of implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence systems into the realm of social management. The article familiarizes the audience with the Chinese system of social score – the largest social experiment on the basis of digital technologies, as well as with the trends and prospects of digitalization process in modern Russia. Having analyzed the national and foreign experience, the author demonstrates the risks of hurried implementation of digital solutions based on artificial intelligence without extensive ethical examination, point out the contradiction between scientific-technological and economic freedom, and the need for limiting these freedoms for the sake of human welfare. The conclusion is made that despite all advantages, digital technologies bear the risks of unethical usage of personal data and violation of privacy. Turning data into the product as a means for gaining profit, difficulties of legal regulation and control thereof, makes a human extremely vulnerable in the new digital world. Therefore, in the process of collection and processing of data, as well as in creation of robotic systems based on artificial intelligence, it is essential to adequately assess the risks and formulate ethical restrictions, which should be taken into account in their design and exploitation.

In this paper, we propose to discuss possible ways to develop the psyche of a modern person, more precisely, the features of the development of the subjective sphere on the example of the development of his spirituality in the conditions of the formation of modern society. The research is carried out in the context of L. S. Vygotsky’s cultural and historical approach to the study of the psyche, further consideration and clarification of which in its entirety was carried out in the works of human dialectics philosophers (E. V. Ilyenkov, A. S. Arsenyev, V. S. Bibler, F. T. Mikhailov). The paper shows that a necessary condition for the implementation of the dialectical approach to the study of the human psyche is its consideration in interaction with the surrounding world. In this regard, the analysis of the activity performed by the subject is presented as having a dual nature, in accordance with the duality of the world in which a person lives. Based on the analysis of the duality of the activity performed by the subject, it is proposed to consider the mechanism of interaction between its two sides: semantic and operational-technical in the logic of Dialogue (V. S. Bibler). The process of mental development of a person is characterized as a constant interaction of two sides of the activity (consciousness), where one of them is a stimulus for the development of the second, which allows us to characterize the entire cycle of activity. The analysis of the interaction process of the content of the performed activity in accordance with the changing meanings of the subject allows us to show differences in the logic of its development. The logic of cause-and-effect relations and goal-setting logic are characterized, each of which is applicable to a certain type of activity: with objects of the material world and living people. As a result, based on the analysis of observed phenomena in life, the factors that contribute to and hinder the mental development of a person are presented.

The paper analyzes the logic of the formation of a subject-oriented approach, which includes activity and subject-activity approaches, on the basis of ideas about scientific rationality. The model of technogenic civilization ignores the subject-oriented approach. The subject-oriented approach is useful for analyzing the crisis of technogenic civilization and searching for philosophical and methodological foundations for the formation of a model of post-technogenic civilization. The focus is on the problems of organizing hybrid reality environments, including integrated subjectness, physical and digital realities, including the realities of artificial intelligence. The ontological paradox of the model of a technogenic civilization is formulated, which limits the control of the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the interests of ensuring life, safety and development of social systems. The development and implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence is carried out in their own paradigms (morphological, logical, neurocybernetic, weak, strong, general artificial intelligence, etc.) in isolation from social values and paradigms of social systems. The technocratic approach leaves out of the control of society the potential negative consequences of the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence and makes it difficult to develop and implement these technologies in the interests of the development and security of mankind. The problem of integrating the paradigms of social systems and artificial intelligence is urgent. Creation of appropriate conceptual and technological levels and the establishment of an interface between them. To solve this problem on the basis of a subject-oriented approach, it is proposed to use a model of self-developing poly-subject (reflexive-active) environments (third-order post-non-classical cybernetics). The consequences of ignoring the subject-oriented approach are illustrated by the example overcoming the threats of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The article deals with the problem of digitalization in the economic processes of modern societies. The fundamental aspects of economic processes are the development international trade and international services. Communications define "proprietary" technologies as factors of Informatization and digitalization of society. An important element of building "smart" computing systems is artificial intelligence. Creating the concept of artificial intelligence has its own shortcomings, which are reflected in the allocation ethical norms and principles of the financial environment modern society. The effectiveness of the digital environment is determined by the principle of "successful functioning" of the subject, taking into account the temporary accumulation goods and services in globalization and digitalization. Research activities contribute to the development digitalization of economic processes in the structure digitalization society.

Digitalization of agricultural production is an existing reality. About 50% of farms to some extent use elements of digitalization in the implementation of technological and managerial tasks. A system analysis to the objects of agricultural production, as to the information environment when describing them in the information space, is applied to the study. The main problems of digitalization of agriculture associated with large amounts of data and the required accuracy of the resulting solutions are shown. The main tasks in the use of digitalization by agricultural producers are identified and justified. The general requirements for the volume of information for solving problems of agriculture, crop production and means of processing this information are revealed. The amount of information when using digital methods of managing technological processes in agriculture is determined from the necessary resolution when managing technological processes and the volume of arable land in the subject of Russia. The analysis of positive trends allowed us to formulate main messages in the application of digital technologies in agricultural production at the present stage of its development.

Oil and its refinery products have always been the most important source of energy for modern society, and, therefore, one cannot imagine the life of mankind in any field of its activity without this resource. Energy, military defense, transport, agriculture, domestic needs of the population, the economy of the country are directly dependent on oil and its prices, it plays an extremely important role for Russia in particular, since it is the main revenue item for the state, therefore, forecasting oil prices is a primary task. The purpose of the article is to forecast the prices for this resource for April-August 2018 on the basis of the neural network model use as one of the ways to implement artificial intelligence. Oil prices have been chosen as the object of forecasting, and the subject is the dynamics of oil prices. The choice of the object and the subject of forecasting was conditioned by the fact that the price of oil is one of the main factors affecting the state and pace of development of the domestic economy, and primarily GDP. The pricing of many types of oil is determined by the price of the Brent crude oil reference mark, including the cost of three out of five Russian export brands: Urals, Siberian Light and REBCO, calculated on the basis of Brent prices.

The goal of this research consists in studying the influence of digitalization processes upon generally recognized (“classical”) management approaches, as a management science in a narrow sense, or the impact of control subsystem upon management subsystem for achieving the set goals (in a broad sense of understanding managerial impact). The object of this research is the transforming (under the influence of digital technologies) management science. The subject of this research is a set of conceptual economic, organizational and managerial relations established in the process of development and influence of digital technologies upon the basic provisions of management science. The author applies systemic, procedural and comprehensive scientific approaches with corresponding tools, as well as the theory of information objects. The following conclusions were made: 1) in the conditions of digitalization, increases the effectiveness of management decisions based on implementation of digital technologies, and in particularly of algorithms and capabilities of artificial intelligence; 2) polarization of society increases, which entails a very limited by a number of top management pyramid control subsystem, represented by the initiator, developer, controlling element, and the lower part – represented by service users, and object of management influence.; 3) management system becomes self-sufficient, since it already incorporates a set of all possible variables in implementation of managerial acts with regards to “formalized” object of influence. The action of object in predetermined digital environment forms the competences of existence therein, depriving an individual of the creative beginning and the ability to think and act independently; 4) paradigm of the classical school of management (with prevalence of personal communication skills for influencing the managed system) is replaced with the paradigm of formalized-algorithmized and depersonalized management of focus groups carried out by artificial intelligence.
