Digitalization of agricultural production is an existing reality. About 50% of farms to some extent use elements of digitalization in the implementation of technological and managerial tasks. A system analysis to the objects of agricultural production, as to the information environment when describing them in the information space, is applied to the study. The main problems of digitalization of agriculture associated with large amounts of data and the required accuracy of the resulting solutions are shown. The main tasks in the use of digitalization by agricultural producers are identified and justified. The general requirements for the volume of information for solving problems of agriculture, crop production and means of processing this information are revealed. The amount of information when using digital methods of managing technological processes in agriculture is determined from the necessary resolution when managing technological processes and the volume of arable land in the subject of Russia. The analysis of positive trends allowed us to formulate main messages in the application of digital technologies in agricultural production at the present stage of its development.

The authors substantiated the necessity for an epistemological approach to determining the main messages in the digitalization application by agricultural producers, taking into account natural and climatic, commodity-production and social factors.(Research purpose) To formulate the main messages when applying digital technologies in agricultural production, which determine epistemological approaches to their systematic use and allow increasing grain production by 2-3 times on the example of JSC Sokolovo.(Materials and methods) The authors applied a system analysis to agricultural production objects as to information field when describing them in the information space.(Results and discussion) The authors found that agricultural production objects were in an objective multiplicative relationship. Based on the results, a communication scheme between objects in agro-industrial production, reflecting their dialectical commonality was developed. They presented production objects as a resource characterized by a certain set of parameters and values. They showed the multiplicative nature of the resources relationship, describing the nature of the dependence by the method of passage to the limit. The authors identified general information requirements for solving the agriculture problems, crop production and for the means of processing this information in the amount of more than 2 petaflops. They established the necessary resolution for managing technical processes - less than 3 centimeters.(Conclusions) The authors proposed a paradigm for information support of technological processes in agricultural production. They confirmed the legitimacy of this approach to the paradigm formation by creating more than 20 databases. They gave examples of increasing the efficiency of grain production in the Novosibirsk region. The epistemological principles were based on the formulated six messages of information digital technologies, which made it possible to use them in more than 247 520 different combinations and apply to the whole farms variety, depending on their capabilities and desires.

The relevance of research is due to the increasing role of digital technologies for managing agricultural production on reclaimed lands in ensuring sustainable growth of agricultural production efficiency. The object of research is precision (precise) management of agricultural production. The subject is advanced technologies for the rapid formation and regulation of the reclamation regime of agroecosystems that meet the requirements of sustainable development of the crop production system of the domestic agro-industrial complex. The purpose of this work is to improve methodological and technological approaches to digitalization of technologies for managing the reclamation regime of the agroecosystem. the Scientific novelty of the work is to substantiate the functional orientation and list of priority tasks solved by the created digital systems, which required studying the specifics of applied technologies for managing agricultural production; determining the effective direction of improving automated management. The research was based on the analysis of normative-methodological and legal documents, literary sources, as well as personal developments of the author on the subject under consideration. Methods of comparative and system analysis and expert assessments were used in the work. Factors of competitiveness of economic entities implementing support of management decisions by digital systems are identified. Uncovered causes that reduce the effectiveness of the implementation of the digital control systems of agricultural production on reclaimed lands in the Russian agricultural sector Shows the priority approaches to the structure of control system of technological processes of agricultural production, emerging based on the integration of access to information for business processes of enterprise management. A list of priority tasks of automation of technological processes of reclamation agriculture has been developed. Priority requirements for improving digital technologies for managing the reclamation regime of agroecosystems in terms of information, technology and software are formulated. The proposed transformation of approaches to the creation and use of automated production process control systems (APCS) and General approaches to enterprise management (APCS) meets the requirements of the «Internet of things (IOT)», one of the newest trends in the evolution of modern Internet technologies. The technological process of precision management of agricultural production based on digital systems Maxim built into the management procedures of the hydroreclamation system, rationalized, with significantly increased efficiency transforms the interaction of producers and consumers, bringing them flexibility, organizing the exchange of information via the Internet.

The issues related to the creation of a robotic agricultural mobile unit for the implementation of basic technological processes in the production of products in the field crop field are considered. Functional schemes of various subsystems necessary for monitoring and managing the power, technological and operational modes of a robotic agricultural unit are proposed. On the basis of the analysis of the task assigned to control processes using microprocessor blocks, algorithms are proposed both for the complex as a whole and for individual mechanisms and machines that make up a mobile power tool equipped with various machines designed to perform a number of technological operations for the production of field crop production . The article also deals with issues related to obtaining and transferring information for agronomical and engineering services and optimizing the use of machinery in the farm and improving the efficiency of the entire production cycle. Global perspective of robotic implementation in agriculture are boiled down to possibility of following objectives: creation of the automatic monitoring and predicting systems, reduction of the agricultural production costs, technological processes qualitative indicators improvement, reducing the environmental stress of agricultural production, improving the competitiveness of medium and small agricultural producers, as well as enhance ecological and technological safety. Scientific researches in robotic field should be supported by the State.

The subject of the study presented in this article is the economic relations arising due to the progress of the urbanization that leads to changes in agricultural production. For a long time in Russia a reduction of agricultural land, arable land and crops takes place. One reason for this is the global progress of urbanization. Changes in agricultural land use occur across the country however this process is uneven in different regions. Among all regions Moscow and Moscow region significantly stand out. The study showed that in the more urbanized regions of the country reduction of the agricultural land and changes in agricultural land use are greater than in less urbanized ones.

The digitalization of agriculture is connected with the increase in the efficiency and sustainability of its functioning. The paper studies the dynamics of indicators of the development of agricultural production in the Samara region. First of all, agriculture of the region is represented by crop production, the share of which in the total volume for a number of years has been over 60%. The basis of the regional crop production is the production of high quality food grains. Cereals are one of the most demanded items in the export of agricultural products. For the period from 2009 to 2020 the gross harvest of grain crops increased 1.6 times. The Samara region is one of the ten regions of the Russian Federation in terms of sunflower production. The gross harvest of sunflower, which serves as a raw material for the main export position of the region namely sunflower oil, has increased fivefold over the period. Digital technologies, the need to use which is determined by general trends in the development of the world economy, create new opportunities to increase the competitiveness of products and further develop the export potential not only of a particular region, but also of the country as a whole.

The paper discusses the issues of digitalization of modern society. Within the framework of the system analysis of the subject of research, the author highlights the theoretical aspects of digitalization in social management, examines the historical background for digitalization; social management is represented through the categories of selfgovernment, organizational order, goal-setting, subject-subject interactions, management tools. In the system of social communications, digital technologies and artificial intelligence are presented by the author as a new socio-digital reality that transforms the environment of interaction. The author’s review of the main stages and markers of the development of digitalization made it possible to update the list of positive aspects in social management, as well as problems caused by the digitalization process.

The article defines the role of the market of agricultural production services in the process of agricultural production. The works of domestic scientists devoted to the efficiency of agricultural production, services sphere and the market of agricultural production services are analyzed. A number of methods have been selected for this study. The essence of the concepts of production service and the market of agricultural production services is defined. There are established that the volume of use of production services in the agricultural production process depends on the area under crops in crop production and the number of heads in animal husbandry. The dynamics of changes in sown areas and livestock in Ukraine are analyzed. It is determined that all production operations in agriculture are carried out in accordance with the technological maps. The definition of the concept of “technological map” is given. Information on the composition of agricultural production services in the field of crop production is given. It is established that agricultural production services in crop production can be carried out both manually and mechanized. The importance of technical equipment of the agricultural enterprise for the implementation of the production process was showed. The presence of the main types of agricultural machinery in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine and households is analyzed. The peculiarities inherent only in production services in the field of agriculture are highlighted. The dependence of the volumes of production services on the total volumes of sown areas in crop production and animals in animal husbandry were shown. The concept of production outsourcing is defined and its place in the activity of agricultural producers is defined. The results of a sociological survey of consumers of agricultural production services are shown and analyzed.

Purpose. To highlight the features of transformational change in the use of natural grasslands in agricultural production in recent years in terms of land use specifics, the real economic condition, the available dynamics of hayfields and pastures, their productivity and efficiency in feed production in Ukraine. To justify the scientific and practical approaches to intensification of forage production on natural meadows and pastures in conditions of globalization of the agricultural production and climate change. Methods. Observation, comparison, analysis and synthesis, system analysis and forecast. Results. The analysis of production efficiency in the use of hayfields and pastures in Ukraine was carried out. It was found that as a result of the redistribution of land and the decline of the livestock industry in the agricultural business entities the basic balance between the arable land and natural grassland was violated, what does not allow to effectively combine and use their environmental and fodder value. The results of many years of fundamental and applied scientific research on the influence of agricultural intensification on the biological potential and increasing the productivity of forage agrophytocenoses located on natural forage lands in various agro-climatic zones of our country are analyzed. Conclusions. The efficiency of forage production in meadows and pastures in the context of transformational changes depends on the development of specialized areas of cattle breeding based on the rational use of natural forage resources. In order to eliminate the degradation of meadows and pastures, it is necessary to carry out scientific support of agrotechnical developments, including such regulated elements as plant groups, soil, water, anthropogenic factors, feed quality, and animals.

Цель работы охарактеризовать существующую степень автоматизации процедур управления технологическими процессами гидромелиоративных систем, включая формирование мелиоративного режима агроэкосистем и энергетического потенциала мелиорированных земель и рассмотреть направления совершенствования последних. Установлена потребность в модернизации теории и практики назначения управляющих воздействий. Новизна исследований - в разработке научного обоснования необходимости и целесообразности цифровизации системы управления мелиоративным водохозяйственным комплексом на основе технологий решения основополагающих задач агропроизводства, формируемых информационной компьютерной цифровой платформой сферы мелиорации. Практическая значимость в определении принципиальных положений разработки функциональной структуры и организационных мероприятий внедрения мощного инструментария полнофакторной автоматизации процедур регулирования мелиоративного режима агроэкосистем. Методическая основа работы - информационно-аналитический метод исследований, экспертные оценки, системный анализ и синтез. В качестве действенного направления совершенствования методических подходов к автоматизации, электронизации и информатизации технологических процессов агропроизводства, способствующих успешности цифровизации системы растениеводства на мелиорируемых землях, предложена разработка и внедрение информационно-аналитического программно - технического обеспечения, интегрированного в составе специализированной цифровой платформы мелиоративного водохозяйственного комплекса, пилотный проект которой рекомендовано реализовать в действующей Программе цифровой экономики.The purpose of the work is to characterize the existing degree of automation of procedures for managing technological processes of hydro-reclamation systems, including the formation of the reclamation regime of agro-ecosystems and the energy potential of reclaimed lands, and to consider ways to improve the latter. There is a need to modernize the theory and practice of assigning control actions. But-wizna research in the development of scientific substantiation of the necessity and appropriate-STI digitization management system reclamation water complex technology based solutions to the fundamental problems of agricultural production generated information computer digital platform sphere of melioration. Practical significance - in determining the basic provisions of the development of the functional structure and organizational measures for the introduction of powerful tools for full-factor automation of procedures for regulating the reclamation regime of agroecosystems. The methodological basis of the work is the information and analytical method of research, expert assessments, system analysis and synthesis. As an effective direction for improving methodological approaches to automation, electronics and information of agricultural production processes that contribute to the success of digitalization of the crop production system on reclaimed lands, the development and implementation of information-analytical software and technical support integrated as part of a specialized digital platform of the reclamation water management complex, the pilot project of which is recommended to be implemented in the current program of the digital economy, is proposed.

The article deals with the problem of the forming an information society in the agroindustrial complex at the regional level, as a necessary condition for sustainable development of the country as a whole. Based on the analysis of modern information society development in Bryansk region its connection with the transition to digital economy is established; examples of application of digital technology solutions in crop production and in animal husbandry taking into account the environmental situation in the region are given; the causes hindering their implementation in agricultural production are identified. The necessity of developing specific methods for calculating indicators of the level of application of digital technologies in agricultural production is substantiated. Priority directions for effective implementation of digital technologies in the agroindustrial complex are proposed, the successful solution of which leads to more effective work of the region as a whole.
