Physical and sports education, as well as legislative and pedagogical law, is characterized by its marginalization of which institutional causes are indexed in this study. Data on documentary research, participatory observation and maintenance with resource persons, state of the existence of general inspectors of education and training in EPS, of the deficit of specialty inspectors EPS, from the initial absence of training in STAPS from elementary school inspectors, school principals who do not require the practice of this discipline for the masters candidates in the CAP, principals validating the temporary transfer of hours of EPS in the disciplines of cognitive knowledge, exclusion of motor education in the promotion of quality, lack of adequate space for practice, time jobs and programs that reserve few time and coefficient factors to discipline in the fundamental cycle.

In South Africa, Adult and Community Education and Training (ACET) is established to cater for the educationally disadvantaged individuals, especially rural women, hence, ACET programmes are running in the country nationally. One of the aims of ACET is to open economic opportunities for women; however, the majority of rural women are still performing poorly economically. This empirical study aimed to explore the effect of ACET on the economic development of women in the Lusikisiki district of South Africa. A qualitative approach in the form of a case study design was used for the study to help the researcher relate to the real life circumstances of the women. Purposive sampling was used to select 35 participants from a population of 115. The participants were selected because they had wealth of information and could explain better the phenomenon under study. Data collection instruments used were face to face individual interviews which were audio recorded with the consent of participants. The major findings of the investigation include the following: inadequate learning resources available to women; inadequate skills development programmes provided and skeptical perception of the economic benefit of ACET to women. The study suggested that the programmes of ACET should be restructured and skills driven to meet the needs of women, especially in rural communities.

This study is inspired by the limited educational resources in sports education, especially those that discuss the role of leadership in improving the quality of education and training of athletes in achieving the quality of human resources in the form of improving performance in sport. Through this research, it is hoped that a pedagogical resource can be used as a model, that improving the achievements of the young generation in the field of sport is not enough with the education and training of athletes, but strong leadership is needed by the Regional Head of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, and the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Kediri City is the parent of the research. This method of research is qualitative. Data was collected using in-depth interviewing and participatory observation techniques. The results showed that the role of leadership in the education and training of athletes plays a very important role in improving the performance of sport in the area. Its form may be in the form of a leader's decision on the allocation of funds, monitoring, motivation and maximum moral support.

Abstract: One of the problems in educational sector in Indonesia today is the low competence of   Elementary School Islamic Religious Education teachers in their instruction. Therefore, efforts to increase their competence need to be realized. One of the efforts can be pursued through quality education and training programs. This research is aimed at producing a training model for    education and teacher training provider and finding out the level of validity of the developed model in improving the competence of Elementary School Islamic Religious Education teachers. The type of the research is R & D which applies Gall and Borg development model. Data sources are training implementers at the teacher training agency of West Sumatera Regional Religious Education Center (Balai Diklat Keagamaan Wilayah Sumatera Barat)  in Padang, namely: the Head of Division of Elementary School Islamic Religious Education (Kepala Bidang PAI SD), and he Head of the Sumatera Regional Religious Education and Training Center in Padang, and the PLPG Implementation Committee for   Elementary School Islamic Religious Education teachers at the Tarbiyah Faculty and Teacher Training Center of IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Data were collected through observation, interview, Focused Group Discussion, and expert judgment and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed with the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive statistics.       The research results showed that the education and training for teachers refers to the centralized model guide The results of the validation of the training model were 80.07% with a very valid category.  Abstrak: Salah satu permasalahan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah masih rendahnya kompetensi guru PAI SD dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan. Oleh sebab itu,  upaya-upaya peningkatan kompetensi  pendidik  perlu dilakukan. Salah satu upaya dimaksud dapat ditempuh melalui program pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) yang berkualitas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pelatihan bagi lembaga pelaksana Pendidikan dan pelatihan guru dan mengetahui tingkat validitas model dalam  meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R & D dengan menerapkan model pengembangan Gall and Borg. Sumber data penelitian adalah pihak pelaksana pelatihan pada instansi pelaksana pelatihan guru, yaitu: Kepala Bidang PAI SD,  dan Kepala Balai Diklat Keagamaan Wilayah Sumatera di Padang serta Panitia Pelaksana PLPG bagi guru PAI SD di Fakutas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan Teknik observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion, meminta expert judgement dan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan adalah model interaktif. Miles and Huberman. Teknik analisis data kuanitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi guru mengacu kepada panduan model secara terpusat. Hasil validasi model pelatihan adalah 80,07% dengan kategori sangat valid.

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of principals of primary schools in the Al-Kourah District and for their roles towards newly appointed teachers and ways to improve them. The findings of the study showed that elementary school principals’ roles towards the newly teachers at schools in Al-Kourah District and the means for improving their roles was in an average level. High, there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (? = 0,05) in the samples’ which elementary school principals’ practice their roles towards the newly teachers at the schools in Al-Kourah District due to the gender variable, and the educational experience. The researcher recommended the need to stand by all means on the current global trends in the developed countries in the field of preparing and training the teacher and benefiting from them in accordance with local conditions, and the need to plan the preparation of the teacher as well as on the basis of sound scientific starting from drawing strategy to prepare descriptive analysis and the level of preparation process itself in the areas Scientific and cultural.

This paper talked about Conceptual Skill of the School (Madrasah) principals participants of education and Training on Strengthening competences of School principals of South Sumatera, Lampung, Bengkulu, and Babel Provinces. This paper is aimed to know how is the conceptual skills of The school principals participants of  the education and training on strengthening competences of the school principals. The analysis was emphasized on descriptive theoritic- emphiric, namely comparing among theory related with the facts and described. The conclusions that the participants on  strengthening competnces od the school pricipals was having problem with the conceptual skill, this is probably becoming main reason why Madrasah was still left far behind with another public school.

The article deals with the problem of development of information and communication competence of primary education pupils in the Kingdom of Belgium (Flemish Community). There is presented an analysis of the experience of national institutions such as the Ministry of Education and Training of Flanders, the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Training, Pedagogical Advisory Services relating to the development of common approaches and assess the content of information and communication competence of elementary school students in Belgium. There are identified peculiarities, common trends and future development.

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah aims to improve the competence of school principals in accordance with their duties and functions, and encourage school principals to create independent schools to improve student learning outcomes which lead to the realization of student wellbeing. Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah is held for 71 hours of lessons @ 45 minutes, online via the website: https://sim.tendik.kemdikbud.go.id/penguatanks. Prior to the implementation of the training, participants took the LMS introduction stage by the LMS admin for 6 jp. Training is held for 23 days. The service team consists of three people, namely 1 teacher, 1 LMS admin, and 1 LMS operator. Participants will get a Certificate of Completion of Education and Training (STTPP) with the results according to the predicate, if: (1) have completed the entire series of School Principal Strengthening Training activities, (2) meet at least 95% attendance, and (3) complete all assignments and bill. The implementation of the training to strengthen school principals in Tulang Bawang Regency, Tulang Bawang District was in accordance with the plan. Participants participated in the entire series of training activities enthusiastically and completed all given assignments properly and on time. After carrying out all stages of training to strengthen school principals, the results of the assessment were obtained. Based on the results of the assessment, it was found that all training participants passed and were entitled to a Certificate of Completion of Education and Training (STTPP).</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepala sekolah sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya, dan mendorong kepala sekolah untuk menciptakan sekolah merdeka demi tercapainya capaian belajar peserta didik yang bermuara pada terwujudnya students wellbeing. Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah diselenggarakan selama 71 jam pelajaran @ 45 menit, secara daring melalui website: https://sim.tendik.kemdikbud.go.id/penguatanks. Sebelum pelaksanaan Diklat, peserta mengikuti tahap pengenalan LMS oleh admin LMS selama 6 jp. Diklat dilaksanakan selama 23 hari. Tim pengabdi terdiri dari tiga orang yaitu 1 pengajar, 1 admin LMS, dan 1 operator LMS.  Peserta akan mendapatkan Surat Tanda Tamat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (STTPP) dengan hasil capaian sesuai predikat, jika: (1) telah menyelesaikan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah, (2) memenuhi kehadiran minimal 95%, dan (3) menyelesaikan seluruh tugas dan tagihan. Pelaksanaan diklat penguatan kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, Kecamatan Tulang Bawang telah sesuai dengan rencana. Peserta mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan diklat dengan antusias dan menyelesaikan seluruh tugas-tugas yang diberikan secara baik dan tepat waktu. Setelah melaksanakan seluruh tahapan diklat penguatan kepala sekolah, diperoleh hasil penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian, diperoleh bahwa seluruh peserta diklat dinyatakan lulus dan berhak memperoleh Surat Tanda Tamat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (STTPP).</p><br /><div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -46px; top: 502px;"> </div>
