Increased sales and business systems development is a main beam that moves Toko Sinar Jaya on sales of goods primary to secondary to achieving progress in its business. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the potential of information systems strategy implementation and also to develop information systems at Toko Sinar Jaya and to design an application system based on an analysis of existing systems. The research methodology used is the method of analysis and design methods, in which the analysis method used consisted of literature study method, field surveys, and interviews of business processes that are running, whereas in the method of design using object-oriented design and design analysis. Result to be achieved is to provide facilities such as applications that are useful for recording data inventory, purchasing, and sales for Toko Sinar Jaya.

Technological development that grows so rapidly and the mounting business competition force a company uses technology that can support the work activities quickly and precisely. At this time, the business processes run by XYZ Company is still done manually which hamper the running business processes. This research aims to analyze the company's current business processes, provide functional recommendations, and design an information system for sales, inventory, and purchasing goods that can support the company's operations. The research uses several methods such as literature study, analysis and design of information systems. The study produces an information system for sales, inventory, and purchases which is able to facilitate the transaction recording, up-to-date, and reliable. The results prove that the new system is able to help the company's performance in running several activities in sales, inventory records, and purchase monitoring to support business processes running more quickly and precisely.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. Company faces a business competition that requires the company to survive or be superior to its competitors. PT. XYZ is a trading company engaged in distribution of raw materials and goods of Japanese foodand it needs the support of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) to be applied in all business processes. One of the most important business processes is purchasing and supplying of raw materials. Raw material is a resourceor materials that have a good economic value to be sold directly or processed into finished goods that will be marketed. Therefore, it is important for companies to know how to do a good internal control related to thepurchase and inventory. The methodology used in this research is to conduct a survey on the condition of the company's business processes, the study of literature with the method of analysis and design of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). The results of this study is the analysis and design of purchases accounting information systems, cash expense and inventory that can assist the companies in carrying out business activities and organizing internal control related to the purchase and inventory and to be able to reduce the distortionsthat occur and to maintain the smooth operation of the company. The information systems that are designed are able to help the companies in reducing errors caused by data record error transactions by employees and allow the companies to control the supply of goods.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze problems in CV TVB and to create sales system of design service in credit to the company. The method used is analysis and design method. The analysis method is observation, interview, literature study; meanwhile, the design method is using object-oriented. The expected result is this paper will be useful for the company in increasing affectivity and efficiency in design service cycle, and also as the reference for other researchers to research the same problem. The conclusion is that the computerized sales system design service from the purchasing order process until printing report will solve problems in the old system and procedure.

The aims of this research are to identify and to analyze the need of accounting information systems, including the processes, procedures, and also the documents which related to the production process in XYZ. Next step, We conduct designing accounting information systems which is useful to support current business process. Analysis and design the systems that we conducted, related to the organizational structure and current business processes. Its analysis and design systems based on the theories of accounting information systems, production process and also internal control. The result achieved is an application model, which can assist production process activities, especially in documenting and storing data transaction and also generating reports in accordance with organization’s needs. The conclusion is the implementation of the accounting information systems application which can improve the XYZ’s systems performance and the current business processes. Therefore, it can obtain the required information in a timely and accurately.

Based on an analysis conducted, PT XYZ may face problems on their business process since it is still executed with a non-computerized system. The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes perFormance running at the company. Besides, this study may support PT XYZ to monitor their business activities primarily from sales and inventory. The focus of the analysis and design of the inFormation systems lies in the records of beef suppies and sales transaction. A procedure and design of an integrated inFormation system in the Form a desktop application is the output of this study.

Information systems become an important part in all areas of life, one of which is a hospital that uses information systems as a support for business processes. The level of user acceptance of the information system in the hospital needs to be reviewed and analyzed as a way to improve service because the main factors that play an important role are users. This study analyzes the factors that influence the acceptance of users of information using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This study uses employee data as a sample, 30 respondents used to test the validity and reliability, from the number of 1436 employees used 112 respondents and the questionnaire returned was 94 questionnaires. Determination of the number of respondents based on Slovin formula shows the number used is 94 respondents. The research methodology includes literature study, determination of research variables, data collection and observation, hypothesis determination, instrument development, questionnaire distribution, data processing and analysis of results. In the development of instruments found 6 variables with 32 indicators, and 35 question items. Based on the validity test found 5 indicators that are not used and Cronbach's alpha value of 0.912 which means that the value is greater than 0.6 so that the instrument is reliable. Research shows that the correlation of the final results shows that the significance level is below 0.05 and shows that the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that user acceptance of the technology in Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital is good.

Technology plays an important role in various enterprise business processes for improved customer service, decision making, and means of information exchange. Hospitality accommodation is an example of fields that use information systems technology. This research was conducted in the field of hospitality especially front office system. Using computerized front office system, data about guests will be stored more safely and the reports will be better resulted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems on a Front Office of a hotel including identifying information needs and designing information systems to improve hospitality services to guests. The method used is analysis and design. Analysis is performed towards library research anddata collection needed for measuring through observation, interviews, and documents related to the information system. Menawhile, design uses object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) method and application programusing MS Access 2010. The result achieved is an application design of information system of hospitality front office that consists of five modules, namely Reservation module, Services module, Housekeeping module,Restaurant module, and Billing module. As a conclusion, a computerized information system of hospitality front office can assist hotels in providing better service to guests, which in turn can increase guest satisfaction.

ITB STIKOM Bali is a technology-based university so that all business processes, especially related to academics, student affairs, and finance, utilize information technology. Management of the information system and technology is carried out by the Computer and Network Center unit (Pusat Komputer dan Jaringan - PUSKOMJAR). In the management of Information Technology (IT) services, an agreement is needed in the form of Service Level Management (SLM) which contains the level of service, quality of service, and complaints handling, so users’ needs are aligned with the system developer. Meanwhile, in managing the internal system of ITB STIKOM Bali, the agreement between PUSKOMJAR and related units is only in the form of submitting a form for making or changing the system. Therefore, it raises a problem if there is a mismatch in the manufacture or development of the system because there is no contract document that regulates in detail about the system. Hence, designing an SLM of IT and system services at ITB STIKOM Bali to overcome these problems is necessary. The research presents a case study by analyzing and designing the SLM of service system and IT in ITB STIKOM Bali. The applied research method is literature study and observation, analysis of existing SLM, designing new SLM, and conclusions. The result of the research is a document of SLM for internal IT and system services at ITB STIKOM Bali. Based on the analysis and design of SLM, the SLM document can help the PUSKOMJAR in documenting IT service information and making it easier for users to get information related to the provided IT services.
