<p>The background of this article is based on madrasa resistance to radicalism. The purpose of this study is to see how madrasa resistance to face radicalism. The type of this research is qualitative research and data collection methods with observation and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. This study uses Peter L Berger's theory of the fundamental dialectics of society-externalization, objectification, and internalization. The results showed that madrasa resistance to radicalism with social empowerment through the process of social construction (externalization, objectification, and internalization). The tolerant attitude of the community which is manifested in social humanitarian activities such as <em>genduri, sambatan</em> and <em>kerja bakti</em> is contracted by the madrasa as a subjective reality into objective reality, so that the anti-radicalism attitude in this society can become the norm for the madrasas to be deprived and implemented in the daily life of the madrasa.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Latar belakang artikel ini didasarkan pada resistensi madrasah terhadap radikalisme. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana cara madrasah menghadapi radikalisme. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada responden terpilih. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Peter L.Berger tentang dialektika fundamental masyarakat-eksternalisasi, objektifikasi dan internalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah menolak radikalisme dengan pemberdayaan sosial melalui proses konstruksi sosial (eksternalisasi, objektifikasi dan internalisasi). Sikap toleran dari masyarakat yang dimanifestasikan dalam kegiatan sosial kemanusiaan seperti <em>genduri, sambatan</em> dan <em>kerja bakti</em> dikontrak oleh madrasah sebagai realitas subjektif ke dalam realitas objektif, sehingga sikap anti-radikalisme dalam masyarakat ini dapat menjadi norma bagi madrasah untuk dicabut dan diimplementasikan di kehidupan sehari-hari madrasah.</p><p><strong></strong><br /><em></em></p>

In this study the researcher uses a qualitative research design to discover what makes hotel expatriates remain in their overseas assignments. In-depth interviews, participant observations, and personal documents are used as data collection methods. Four hotel expatriates are recruited as participants of the study. The collected interview transcripts and fieldnotes are further analyzed through the use of grounded theory. Five selective codes found as the dominant themes in this study are hotel expatriates’ : (a) personality characteristics, (b) motivations to work overseas, (c) challenges derived from overseas assignments, (d) competencies, and (e) roles/identities in overseas assignments. These five main themes are further analyzed and concluded with a coherent theory that explains why hotel expatriates remain in their assignments.

This research was conducted to describe the entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" and description about the obstacles experienced by SMEs Tofu "RDS". This research uses descriptive qualitative research design that aims to obtain the information available at this time, and then attempt to describe, record and interpret the information. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. This type of qualitative research is case study. The result of the research is the condition of entrepreneurial leadership from the leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" is generally good because he is able to motivate employees well, have a picture of the future effort, able to read opportunities well, actively seeking new ideas, persistent in running their business And barriers faced by SMEs Tofu "RDS" can be overcome well by the leadership of SMEs Tofu RDS.

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah banyak dijumpai di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran terdapat beberapa anak yang pada saat melakukan kegiatan tari, tampak berbagai reaksi anak yang berbeda-beda salahsatunya seperti kurangnya percaya diri pada anak.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari pada usia 5-6 tahun di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari usia 5–6 tahun di TK Santa TheresiaUngaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan tanpa adanya manipulasi dari peneliti. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang Kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai aspek kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari yang meliputi aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemandirian dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan seni tari. Kemampuan kemandirian dapat dimunculkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial dimana anak sudah mampu menunjukan rasa percaya dirinya, tidak tergantung kepada orang tua maupun kepada guru pada saat mengikuti kegiatan tari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang disampaikan adalah kepada siswa dan guru bahwa kemandirian juga dapat di terapkan dalam kegiatan tari, yang diharapkan siswa mampu bersikap mandiri dalam segala aktifitasnya, khususnya dalam kegiatan seni tari.Kata kunci : Kemandirian. Tari ABSTRACTThe background that led to this research was that there were many children in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten, there were several children who when doing dance activities, showed various reactions of different children, one of them was a lack of confidence in children.The focus of this research is the independence in dance activities at the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten with the aim of analyzing the independence in art activities from the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten.This study uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects in accordance with the conditions in the field without manipulation by the researcher. Data collection methods in this study are by observation, interview, and documentation. This study analyzes the independence of dance activities at Santa Theresia Ungaran Kindergarten. This study discusses the aspects of independence in dance activities that cover emotional, intellectual and social aspects.Research results show that independence can be applied to dance activities. Independence skills can be raised in several aspects, namely emotional, intellectual and social aspects where the child is able to show his self-confidence, not dependent on parents or teachers when attending dance activities. Based on the results of this study the suggestions submitted are to students and teachers that independence can also be applied in dance activities, which students are expected to be able to be independent in all their activities, especially in dance activities.Keywords: Independence. <p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The achievement in implementing all programs in the tahfidz al qur'an institution is the result of a combination of neat management, the cleverness of the educators and the availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the input of quality students, this research finds out how the management of santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor recruitment, a place in meticulous is Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool which has a focus and commitment in fostering its students to complete memorization of 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool which is equivalent to the level of Madrasah aliyah. Research shows the existence of santri recruitment management which is carried out in ma'had bina madani for adequate input attainment in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that ma'had bina madani had managed the recruitment of students which included (1) Planning for Santri Tahfidz (2) Implementation of the New Santri Tahfidz Recruitment which included one PSB committee formation, two determinations of the number of students received, three announcements of new santri admissions. Four Registration Five Entrance Selection Six Announcement of New Santri Admission (3) PSB Evaluation (4) New Student Orientation.   </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak    </strong>                              </p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Ketercapaian dalam melaksanakan semua program dalam lembaga tahfidz al qur'an merupakan hasil dari paduan antara menajemen yang rapih, keiklasan para pendidik dan ktersediaan sarana dan prasarana juga input peserta didik yang berkualitas, peneletian ini mengetahui bagaimana manajemen rekrutmen santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor, tempat yang di teliti merupakan Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool yang memiliki fokus dan komitmen dalam membina peserta didik nya untuk menyelesaikan hafalan 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool yang setara dengan jenjang Madrasah aliyah. Penelitian menunjukan adanya manajemen rekrutmen santri yang dilaksankan di ma'had bina madani untuk Ketecapaian Input yang memadai dalam mencapai target hafalan al quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa ma'had bina madani telah melakukan manjemen rekrutmen santri yang meliputi (1) Perencanaan Santri Tahfidz (2) Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Santri Tahfidz Baru yang Mencakup satu Pembetukan panitia PSB, Dua Penetuan Jumlah Santri yang di terima, tiga Pengumuman Penerimana santri Baru Empat Pendaftaran Lima Seleksi Masuk Enam Pengumuman Penerimaan Santri Baru (3)Evaluasi PSB (4) Orientasi Peserta didik Baru.    </p>

Abstract This research try to raise the perspective of Islamic law answering the problems in society by using the Al-Istihsan method of Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi. The complexity of the existing regulations has not been able to answer the problems in society, so we need a way to find the law. This research is a qualitative research with a conceptual approach with data collection methods obtained through the work of Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi and literature that discusses about Istihsan. The results of this study found that; First, Istihsan can be used as a argument for syariah because istihsan does not stipulate law with analogy, istihsan is a method of legal istinbath that can be accounted for because it is based on a strong foundation (sanad); Second, after describing istihsan in ushul fiqih in the view of the Hanafi school, it can be said that in essence istihsan is one of the efforts of the mujtahid to find a way out of the power of general principles or qiyas to aparticular problem in order to find legal provisions that are more in accordance with The soul and spirit of the Shariah, because indeed the texts cannot be understood only in language but also understood by using the broad logic of making shari'a (Al-Mantiq Al-tasyri'i) which gives the mujtahid the opportunity to realize the will of Al Shariah. Keywords: Al-Syarakhsi, Istihsan, Law, Society.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat perspektif hukum Islam dalam menjawab masalah-masalah yang muncul di tengah masyarakat dengan menggunakan pemikiran Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi tentang Al-Istihsan. Kompleksitas regulasi yang ada ternyata belum mampu menjawab problematika ditengah masyarakat sehingga dibutuhkan cara untuk menemukan hukumnya. Penilitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dengan metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui karya Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi dan literatur yang membahas tentang Istihsan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa; Pertama, Istihsan dapat di jadikan sebagai dalil syara’ karena istihsan itu bukan menetapkan hukum dengan ra’yi semata, istihsan itu merupakan suatu cara istinbath hukum yang dapat di pertanggung jawabkan karena di dasarkan kepada sandaran (sanad) yang kuat; Kedua, Setelah diuraikan istihsan dalam ushul fiqih dalam pandangan madzhab Hanafi maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pada hakikatnya istihsan itu merupakan salah satu upaya mujtahid untuk mencari jalan keluar dari kekuatan kaidah umum atau qiyas terhadap suatu masalah juz’i dalam rangka mencari ketentuan hukum yang lebih sesuai dengan jiwa dan ruh syari’at, karena memang nash tidak bisa di pahami hanya secara bahasa semata tetapi harus di pahami dengan menggunakan logika pembuatan syariat (Al-Mantiq Al-tasyri’i) yang luas yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mujtahid untuk merealisasikan kehendak Al syari’ semaksimal mungkin. The creation of a play entitled “Tanah Ode Kampung Kami” have several stages, starting from determining the issue and the ideas, conducting research, implementing the method of collective writing text, and finally becomes a show. The research process is a way of organizing and understanding the main problem of a play, i.e. the land, so it would be able to be implemented as a drama script collectively in theatrical performances. Collective text aims to make actors and directors have the same perception of a predetermined theme. This study uses a qualitative research design with data collection methods in the form of observations and interviews. The conclusion of this study is that the collective text method used in the “Tanah Ode Kampung Kami” script is used to harmonize the ideas that were built together so that it becomes a complete text which is the result of collaborative thinking between the elements involved in the process of making the script.

<p>The objective of this research was to map out and seek solutions to the problems faced by students of English as a foreign language in reading literary works. Conducted at the Department of English and Literature, Faculty of Cultural Sciences at Hasanuddin University, the study took place over one semester. The research respondents were Indonesian postgraduate students taking the English Stylistics and Literary Appreciation course. The aims were: 1) to map out the language constraints of learners in reading English literary works, and 2) carry out troubleshooting to minimize the constraints. The data collection methods used was a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the foreign learners need to have sufficient knowledge of trope and scheme in general and linguistic deviation in particular, in order to understand the author's language in a broad sense as well as specific literary stylistics.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui konsep pembelajaran pendidikan moral di perguruan tinggi di Jepang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Tokyo Gakugei University. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.  Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pendidikan moral pada perguruan tinggi di Jepang bertujuan untuk membangun karakter warga negara muda untuk berpikir bagaimana caranya hidup dan bertindak atas dasar penilaian otonom dan hidup sebagai orang yang proaktif bersama dengan orang lain. Pendidikan moral menjadi alat dan media untuk mentrasformasikan nilai-nilai dasar filosofis masyarakat Jepang. Pendidikan moral dapat tercermin pada karakter keseharian masyarakat Jepang yang memiliki etos dan semangat kerja tinggi dalam menjalankan setiap profesinya-----This study aims to determine the concept of learning moral education in universities in Japan. This research is a qualitative research. The study was conducted at Tokyo Gakugei University. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that moral education at universities in Japan aims to build the character of young citizens to think how to live and act on the basis of autonomous judgment and life as people who are proactive together with others. Moral education is a tool and media for transforming the basic philosophical values of Japanese society. Moral education can be reflected in the daily character of Japanese people who have high ethos and work spirit in carrying out every profession

This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of good corporate governance(GCG) in Islamic Commercial Banks, which is represented by Bank Syariah Mandiri and BankMuamalat Indonesia. This research method is included in qualitative research with a library researchapproach, namely a series of studies relating to library data collection methods. The results showedthat the implementation of GCG in BUS as represented by Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank MuamalatIndonesia has implemented the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in accordance withthe prevailing laws and regulations, namely Bank Indonesia Regulation Number. 11/33 / PBI / 2009dated 7 December 2009 and Circular Letter (SE) of Bank Indonesia No. 12/13 / DPbS dated 30April 2010 concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance for Sharia CommercialBanks (BUS) and Sharia Business Units (UUS), especially Article 62 and Article 63 concerning theobligations of Banks to submit GCG Implementation Reports to Bank Indonesia (BI) and stakeholders.other interests.
